Less than 4 months after updating out countertops, we noticed issues with the installation.I contacted Armex to correct the issues and have been met with nothing but unprofessionalism and a complete disregard for my time/money. This company has shown that they have no integrity and no desire to assist their customers once they have your money. I have been blown off for weeks before even getting an appointment time to come perform repairs.When they did respond, the only time they had available was over a month away. I agreed, the day came and went with no one showing up or calling/communicating in any way that they would not show. I AGAIN had to contact them (twice) to even get a response and which was so pathetic that I was insulted enough to leave bad reviews everywhere I can think of. (advised last minute decisions based on no gas- yet no call or correspondence until I initiate? come onnnn.)See my photos showing email dates and responses.Also, its worth noting that the day of the installation I have on security camera footage that they broke my outdoor step leading up to my front door by resting the stone countertop on it. No one informed me of the damage they did, instead the owner Cristian and his worker just set the piece back on with a dollop of silicone-- which nearly anyone can tell you will not hold brick onto brick. So of course it fell off again after they left and I checked my camera to see what transpired. How little do you respect your customer to not even advise of damage you caused to their home?At this point I would rather just pay another respectable company to come repair the shotty countertop they installed, I dont even want these people near my home again.

Team ArMex did a great job replacing our kitchen counter tops with granite. From quote, to consultation, to install and clean up, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Its a great pleasure to come across honest, ethical, and competent small business contractors.During the process to select counter materials and tile, etc, there was no attempting to up-sell or other nonsense. Just good advice on color matching, contrast, material pros and cons, and other minor details that ultimately make a big difference.We considered the big box options, but our experience in the past ruled them out. We also looked at the national granite franchise, but saw too many less than stellar reviews. Also, ArMex prices beat the others rather handily.We highly recommend ArMex. If we have any stone work jobs in the future, ArMex will get our business and we wont bother to have other contractors bid on the job.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Cristian and Fernanda were very helpful and walked us through several options. Two of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are very passionate about their work and it shows in the quality and expertise. We ended up going with granite countertops in our kitchen remodel. The final product was better than my wife and I could have ever imagined.Anybody in the surrounding area should definitely consider them for their needs. Delivered a great product. Friendly, professional and will go out of their way to do excellent work. They manufactured my bathroom counter tops which included a riser for the center cabinet tower. It was amazing. The mitered seam was undetectable. It looked like one piece of stone! They showed up on time for all appointments and cleaned up after the install. True artistry and honest people you can trust with you house key.

We have used ArMex for our bathroom and kitchen and have been extremely pleased with both projects. Fernanda helped us locate our stone and Christian did an amazing job with fabrication. We look forward to using them again.
