Absolutely the best customer service in any jewelry store Ive been to. We were new to the area and like to support local businesses so we figured we would try Taras and a few others. And we did. We basically drove in a 30 mile radius going from store to store and we ended up back at Taras. I have nothing bad to say about any shop we went to. All were nice, but the staff at Taras really stood out and made us feel at home. No questions were left unanswered and not once did we feel uncomfortable asking them. Dont take my word for it. But I bought all the little girls in my family matching necklace a few years ago and it came with a lifetime warranty. Theyre are 4 necklaces and they all wear them all the time. One keeps breaking so theyve fixed it twice. Well the serving time I was told theyre not honoring the warranty anymore. So needless to say. Dont buy a necklace for your kids. If it breaks. I would just like to express how excellent and amazed I was with the customer service I received at Tara Fine Jewelry Co. I brought my wifes engagement ring in for a repair. It was missing a baggett due to prong broke off on top off normal wear of the ring being 15 years old. The 2 gentleme n that assisted me were Michael Sterner and Brian. All I can say is, TOP NOTCH!!! Worst Experience ever! They lied about their inventory. Eddy the Sales Associate responded to my email in reference to the two rolexes I wanted to buy and said he had them in the store. So I went the very next day. He was not there but the store owner was. The store owner had an attitude. The 2 Rolex watches I wanted were not in store and not available for ordering (even though I was told they were). So instead, the owner kept trying to upsell me by $6000. This was a total waste of time and terrible service for a Rolex AD. I would never buy or deal with this location. They are doing Rolex a disservice. I went to Brown & Co in Atlanta the same day and bought the Rolex watches I wanted. They were available for pickup within 3 weeks. Tara Fine Jewelry is bad business, bad service, and a terrible experience. Don’t go to this AD if you want a great experience when you’re shopping for luxury jewelry. You will not feel appreciated.

I have purchased a watch from Tara. Sales girl was friendly. The watch is beautiful. But they charged credit card processing fee if 4% which is high. I had a small business(restaurant) never charged my customers for credit card fee and Amex fee is little high but visa/mc is not that high. I was time crunched so made this purchase. I am going to make my next purchase at Mayors or Brown and Company.

The employee that welcomed us and looked at our jewelry, belittled us, and said that the ($5,000 a piece diamond and 14k gold) bracelets we brought to sell were not up to par... They wouldnt even sell our bracelets for $100 and that we should go to Zales because our jewelry was not even something they would consider buying/selling. And that our jewelry was way below their class... And just to be clear last week we took these same bracelets to an even more high-end and well known jewelry shop in Buckhead, GA called Icebox and they were extremely polite and helpful and the lady that looked at the bracelets there said they were extremely beautiful and what they are worth she couldnt pay us because they only but gold and diamonds by weight and karats... Not jewelry as a whole. I understand if they (Tara Fine Jewelry) wouldnt be interested in buying our jewelry but the gentleman did NOT have to be so rude to us and try to embarrass us in front of everyone else in the shop. We will NEVER be bringing our business back and we will make sure everyone knows how rude and haughty this places employees are. I would love an apology for his actions although I already know people like him dont think they do any wrong.

The lady that was standing there just starred at me. And then very impolitely asked me what I was doing there I’m like for real I’m a jewelry store I’m not looking for groceries! And the website said that they excel in the customer service...yeah totally not true!!!I forgot the lady’s name because she was very hard to understand what she was saying especially through the mask. But she uses first and a middle name. And she said she was a store/office manager and she doesn’t work at front so I don’t understand with about 5 to 7 people walking around back there she was the one coming to help us she doesn’t have any people skills!!!!Even though she did warmed up to us at the end I wish she was like that to begin with we felt very unwelcome and couldn’t wait to go out of there.Just want to write this review because in their website says they have excellent customer service. LOL it is a lie! that is not true!!!She would barely let me see the rings! Like what was I gonna do? Run out with it when the doors on a lockdown with a cop standing right there?Privately owned business thinking we wasn’t good enough???! For real!!!!!Also want to add that we did buy a ring that day and we spent good amount of money at a store that treated us like a normal human beings and not pests So we or our family will never go there again!!!Was it the car we’re driving? yes our car wasn’t fancy because as we had our spa delivered and our home driveway was blocked so we borrowed this car so we can go shopping... speaking about mistreatment!Wow! Take your businesses and your money somewhere else! Nobody has ever made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome in their business before.

Growing up all the cool Hollywood heavyweights from the 70s and 80s had a Rolex. Newman, Reynolds, Garner, Redford, Eastwood, etc.. so during the middle of a MAJOR pandemic, I decided that I just had to have one! Me and the rest of the WORLD apparently!I reached out to Mr. Eddie Hazan via telephone during the summer of 2020 and he very GENTLY broke the news to me that the Rolex SS Sport watches are among the hottest items WORLDWIDE! He spoke at length about the Rolex line of watches, took note of my preferences and told me to be PATIENT. Eddie set very realistic expectations with me and was very HONEST . . . it may be MONTHS or possibly YEARS before these are readily available. He asked that I stay in touch and he would do his best to assist me in acquiring my highly desirable Rolex. PATIENCE is the key he said!Every few weeks, I would call or email Eddie and his staff. On a couple of occasions I sent a Thank You note and a small token of my appreciation. My inquiries were always welcomed and my Thank You cards were ALWAYS responded to! Similar inquiries to other jewelry stores in the Atlanta metro area were NOT met with the same level of customer service or care. In fact, most laughed and blew me off!Can you imagine my surprise when Eddie called me at 6 pm on Wednesday, December 23rd and told me to come see him on Christmas Eve that he had a Christmas surprise for me? Im pretty sure fireworks were going off at one point. I ended up walking out of there feeling the way gunpowder smells and good whiskey tastes. It was incredible.Although I hear the rest of the staff is also quite excellent, make sure you ask for Kelly. This is not your average jewelry store. This is more of a boutique. If you are expecting a mall store, you are in the wrong place. Tara had a wide price range of jewelry, but I was really taken back by the number of investment quality diamonds that were present. The stores staff were great. Everyone was very patient and did not try to over sale anything to us. It truly seemed as if their primary goal was to make us happy. The owner, Eddie Hazen, personally helped us for over an hour and showed us numerous pieces of jewelry and diamonds while educating us about diamond types and qualities. We did purchase a beautiful Forever Mark diamond and are beyond pleased with the quality and cost. It is beautiful solitaire with a custom-made setting that I get compliments on regularly. I would have no hesitation recommending this store or making additional purchases from Tara.

Tara Fine Jewelry is the absolute best! Every time I come in, I am always treated like royalty, even if Im just stepping in for a ring cleaning. My fiance purchased my engagement ring here and it is absolutely perfect. The last time we were there, Amanda and Eddie helped us look for potential wedding bands for our upcoming wedding. Any time I take my ring to get cleaned, it comes out sparkling like the day my fiance proposed.
