Worst customer service ever!!! Paid for a 4 year warranty and could get Tracy to even call us back much less pick up our golf cart & do the repairs!!! Will absolutely NEVER recommend him to anyone!!!!!!

So I am reviewing these guys in a place of understanding, especially since we placed our order amidst the lockdowns and pandemic, but through it all the cart delivered hit every request and want asked of them! These guys put together a fantastic cart and now things are opening back up I would recommend giving them a call and see if they can get you want you want!!! David and Tracey did a great job!

Tracey has a great business plan. When I walked in I told him I was just shopping. He informed upfront that I would find his prices higher than other dealers. After shopping around I came to find out you get what you pay for. His carts are already loaded up with all the goodies. They built me exactly what I wanted. Shopping can be so frustrating. Very knowledgeable and to the point! Love it

I have purchased several carts from Tracey, he is by the far the only place to go if you need a new or used cart. He maintains all my carts too, picks them up at my residence and brings them back all cleaned up and shiny! I will continue to give him all my golf cart business!

Amazing carts!!!! I had been searching for the right cart for a long time until I came across Tracey and his company, Bulldog Golf Carts. Tracey spent time with me and helped to design a cart that I wanted. At least that was what I thought until the cart was delivered. When I took the cart, it was far beyond what I expected!! I am a very particular buyer and they delivered. The worst group of individuals I’ve ever met in my life totally and completely dishonest. Called me and advised me that my golf cart was ready and I needed to pay $1200 and I did. When I went to pick up my golf cart and brought it home it would not even start! When I asked for my money back they refused and said that they had spent money on parts and time but still never got it working and didn’t have any idea what was wrong with it wouldn’t even negotiate on anything nothing terrible people I’ll take your stuff there if it’s broken your golf carts need to go to Real golf cart shop !!

Ordered, and paid for in full after having talked to Tracey and another employee on the phone. They knew I had one stipulation which was I needed the cart delivered to me before a set date which was 8 weeks from the time it was paid for! Was assured initially this was NO PROBLEM! With the exception of 1 time over the next 8 weeks Tracey managed to totally evade all of my attempts to communicate. Would not respond to texts, phone calls, voicemails, or emails. Needless to say the deadline I had for needing the cart has come and I have nothing. Not even so much as any communication from him or the company. All this, after having been paid in full by the finance company i used to obtain 12 months same as cash and for a cart that had a price tag of over $18,000. I now have had to file a dispute with the finance company used in order to get my money back as there has been no responses to my repeated attempts to communicate and find out when and whats going on with the cart. Unless you live close enough to show up at their location and force communication I would never recommend doing any type of business with this company. Its been a complete and total nightmare on my end and has now completely ruined my 10 day vacation in which this cart was to be my only transportation once I arrive at my destination.

Over the weekend I committed to purchase a set of Golf Cart Wheels/Tires from this company. I was asked if it would be okay if she waited until Monday to send me the invoice as they could not ship out until then. I said that would be okay and confirmed the estimated shipping which I though was low though she responded it would be around about that price. Monday came and no response I tried to contact through Offerup with no response I reached out via their website and was provided an email address to reach out to. I reached out via the email address with no response. Today I tried to contact them again via offer up and on their website. I received no response via the website and via offer up I received a The item has been sold to someone else message I inquired again if it was removed because I am purchasing them or... The response I received was Honestly the shipping would have cost you more than the wheels and tires 3 days of my time wasted plus I was going to have them send to a house in GA where she confirmed the shipping cost they quoted on Offerup was around about the right price. I understand they cant lose money though this is pour customer service all around. If this was discussed over the weekend I might have been able to plan a day in Atlanta them stop by and pickup the wheels/tires.There are plenty of other cart shops around so I will be avoiding and asking my Friends/Family in GA to avoid this shop as well. Its a shame because it looks like a nice shop.Update: An employee responded that the wheels were junk and were destened for the trash heap. Thank you for not selling me Junk Per your employee the rims and tires were in great condition. Maybe I should up it to 2 stars because you didnt keep your word. ;)Side note Id stay away from selling junk unless you proactively state its junk, might give people the wrong impression of what you sell.
