I recently joined the Georgia Gun Club as a member, what attracted me to the place is how friendly and knowledgeable is the everyone is. As a new gun owner, I felt very comfortable in the place, the staff is AWESOME! They really take time to understand your need and attend to it.Shout out to Manager Kyle and Eric are invaluable to that place, they are very friendly, knowledgeable and most of all very professional. They make it a point to answer all questions, this is something you don’t see a lot now that a lot of business are taking advantage of COVID-19 to take short cut and provide poor customer serviceGreat business to patronize! I recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a firearm for the first time, take classes or just want a good place to go practice.I will be a member for a long time to come😊

We literally visited the Georgia Gun Club and became members same day! GiGi the concierge was awesome! She made us feel right at home! 🏡 Everyone made us feel like family! Eric another concierge met us a few days later and it was like talking to an old friend! Maura who is a security agent in the range is also amazing! We can ask her any question while we shoot and she’s super accommodating and knowledgeable! Can’t wait to take classes with Kyle for both safety and one on one technique! We honestly feel like family ✨💜✨ and that’s what makes us want to keep coming back. Since we signed up at the end of March 2021 we’ve been in the range once or twice a week! If you are looking for cleanliness, friendliness, superb customer service, great experiences and conversation, knowledgeable people willing to help you then this is the place!!!!!!! The facility is spacious and clean, the inventory is broad and comprehensive, the ranges are fantastic... but MOST importantly, the PEOPLE are just good. It makes a huge difference walking into a range where you feel welcome and helped (especially for those who are new to the game)... vs walking into a range where everyone is stand-offish and arrogant. Check them out if you can, and Id bet that you wont be disappointed.

The range was top of the line. Great indoor 100 yd range. It definitely was worth the ride.

This place is great, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. There are 28 lanes so I have never had to wait for one to open up. The 100 yard rifle range is super convenient

Erick, Lilly, Shannon and Mitzi are amazing! I have not experienced this level of superb customer service at any of the surrounding shooting ranges. My wife and I were treated as if we were the only ones at the facility although the place was packed. Super clean inside and outside the facility. We really enjoyed the super pleasant atmosphere the staff provided. We fired numerous 9mm and were happy to purchase one that was highly recommended by Erick and Mitzi!

Stopped by for the first time last weekend and this place is AWESOME! Loved the 100 yard range. Wish I knew that pistols and shotguns could not be fired in the 100 yard range beforehand, but we ended up purchasing access to both the 100 yard and 25 yard ranges after we were told. Regardless, the staff is great, the place is immaculate, and I cant wait to go back.

My husband took me to this Gun Range a month ago. This was the first time I ever shot a gun and learned how to properly hold a rifle. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly gentleman. They have a variety of items/accessories available to buy in the entrance. It was a Great experience & will definitely be back . I highly recommend this location because of how attentive the staff is. Great Customer service! This place looks really well taken care of as well.

I visited The Georgia Gun club to inquire about possible membership. I met GiGi who was absolutely spectacular. Not only was she welcoming and friendly, she was extremely helpful. The rest of the staff I interacted with were also friendly and welcoming. The club appears to be a full service organization and I cant wait to finally become part of their family.I highly recommend both the club and especially GiGi.

My favorite range to go to. Very nice and clean, little busy on the weekends but weekdays are very calm and pleasurable. Staff are always super nice, price is reasonable for range and ammo fees.

I really enjoyed myself. This was my first time at a gun range so I expected a lot of noise but walking in was pleasant but the service was top notch! Once I ended the actual shootin range I had alot of help from Lilly who coached me and set me at ease.

First time going to an indoor range, the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The range was safe and clean, took the family really enjoyed it.

Today I had a very enlightening experience at one of my favorite gun clubs, frequent visitor since 2016. While testing out my new gun in lane 27, I overheard a conversation of a few Russian men in lane 25/26. They were openly discussing with the instructor/overseer of range of how they were going to HUNT HUMANS between the dates of January 4-6th 2021. They expressed this with a sickening delight. I spoke up and specifically asked the instructor, Is this really the new culture of your business? The instructor looked as if I had two horns on my head in silence. Completely taken aback by his lack of response, only having been there for 10 minutes, I quickly packed my bags and proceeded to leave. While exiting, I asked for a refund and the attendant handed me a free pass for my next visit. Unbelievable! Was a free pass suppose to be a peace offering? My expectation was that the instructor responded professionally and expressed a zero tolerance for that type conversation in his range. Yes freedom of speech is active, however, in a firearm establishment, why would anyone condone that kind of discussion? I will NOT support any business that does such!

This is one of the nicest gun ranges in the ATL. They have three different ranges and plenty of lanes on each. They just redid all the lanes a few months ago and the equipment is all top notch. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful from the sales team to the range safety monitors. They have a pretty good selection of gun rentals too.

Very clean and well lit fun range. It is indoors only. However the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. You can rent or bring your own. Long rifle range. Its more updated than most with computerized target stands. Its a good atmosphere for new people wanting to learn and for the ones who just wanna shoot. I recommend this range over others in the area.

Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. Lots of goods and products available. Silencers, scopes, and loads of ammo and accessories to customize your firearm.. There is never a shortage of stuff to find/buy. Just be sure to have deep pockets. One of the only 100yard indoor ranges in GA. I love that I live about 6 miles away! It is a bit pricey but still a great range.

I have taken two gun safety classes here Both classes were very well organized and informative. I am a better shooter because of the fact that each time a question was raised by myself or another student the instructors would take time to answer and the instructors were all very knowledgeable. I will definitely come here again. The 25 yard range is due for renovations in September of 2020, the conditions, of the facility, were already very good and it will be an even nicer facility once the renovation is complete. I highly recommend coming here for learning and practicing gun skills.

I just got home from my Basic pistol class and wanted to review it as soon as possible. I had a great experience in class. Brian the instructor was very patient with all of us, and answered every question we had. When it came to range time, he was very professional and made sure we were all safe and knew what to do at all times. Kyle his manager was also on hand and also answered our questions and helped us on the range, pointing out what we were doing right and what we needed practice on. Both Brian and Kyle were encouraging and welcomed us back at any time to continue our progress. If you have been thinking about taking a class here, stop thinking and do it. You will be satisfied.

More like Georgia AxxHole club! The staff is always grumpy, maybe cause they don’t have anything to sell and are bored. Other gun stores in the area are fully stocked in firearms and ammo even during COVID. This place is a joke!!!

Ok, Im not sure why people are posting negative reviews about this place, maybe they just need a hug. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a nice man who immediately showed me to the gun counter. I browsed for a few minutes, when Mitzie (hope I spelled it right), happily assisted me. I found the gun and ammo I wanted in just a few minutes. Mitzie got my background check and paperwork done in no time at all. The store is very clean and the staff is professional as well as knowledgeable. I will certainly go back. Well done, Georgia Gun Club!

Absolutely top notch indoor range. Plenty of 30yd lanes and 8x 100yd lanes.The staff and range officers are super helpful and very knowledgeable.Range membership brings a basket full of perks! I cant recommend it enough. As a member, no time constraints, jump to the front of the line(of non members) and for me a huge additional perk are their FFL services. Buy a gun online? One phone call to them and they handle everything for a very modest fee. I cannot say enough good things about this range!

They dont have a gunsmith on site anymore although Google lists them under gunsmiths. Nice range, though.

I have used the pistol and rifle range at this location several times and have never had a bad experience. On my first visit to the rifle range, the range master went above and beyond to help me understand the basics on how to shoot the rifle proficiently. Everyone working here is very professional and always eager to help. The lane rental prices are a bit higher when compared to the local competition, but it is worth the premium price because the facility is extremely well maintained. Their retail shop prices are on the higher side as well.FYI - There was no gunsmith on site the last time I checked, so call before heading that way and save a trip.

Excellent staff. The range personal are extremely helpful if youre new, like me, to fire arms. I highly recommend their 3 month summer membership for $89 for the family. 2 folks i met there that are just absolutely wonderful are dale and brain, both army vets.

Very nice upkept building with laid back, knowledgeable staff who you feel arent just steering you in the direction of taking all your money. Awesome range (cant wait to comeback after remodel)

The range is very nice and i have no issues with that part, but i do have a problem with the lady on the phone everytime ive spoken with her. She is usually rude whether youre flustered with customers or just having a bad day i still dont appreciate it. Also if you do an ffl transfer here just plan on it taking forever even if you have your ccw permit.

I have been to a few different indoor and outdoor gun ranges and stores, and I have to say that Georgia Gun Club sets the bar pretty high. They were very polite and helpful. They also are very serious about safety, which is a big plus for someone like me who is not able to shoot frequently. Their indoor ranges are staffed by a range safety officer, and are separated into pistol and long gun areas, with several lanes in each area.Their store area seems reasonably priced, with a very large selection of firearms, ammunition, and a wide variety of accessories. I spent about half an hour just browsing their selection of products. If I could suggest anything, it would be for them to let infrequent customers like myself know either in person or via other communication what services they offer - gun cleaning, work on basic firearms maintenance, installation of new parts, and whether or not they staff or outsource to a gunsmith.

Walked around for 15 mins or so without being acknowledged by any staff. Guns aren’t THAT hard to find. Went down to road to spend my money where it was a little more appreciated.

Best range with very friendly and helpful staff. The range is spotless clean and awesome large with great parking.

This was our first time using a range in Georgia and boy oh boy did we choose the right one. As far as the gun prices I can’t tell u, but the range was great and Jason was the best. He taught me how to shoot. He was kind, informative, and he was just the best. Everyone was kind really. Best experience to date! Nice, clean, and friendly staff. Five stars if prices were a bit more reasonable. Highly suggest picking up your targets and/or ammo elsewhere before going.

I just took their Defensive Pistol course and it was amazing. Our instructors Wade and Kyle not only knew what they were talking about but really knew how to convey it. Its one thing to own a firearm for self-protection and another to go to the range and punch holes in paper but this training helps to prepare you for if the worst happens. For firearms and the training to operate them, this is the place and these are the people to do it. I plan to do a lot more of it there.

If you want to spend 3-4 hours waiting while selected people are allowed to cut in in the line that is a place to go. We just did this weekend. And no, they was not club members but paying customers.If you want to hear after each hour have past that you are next in the line just to hear that again an hour later that is a place to go.If you want to see entitled range staff faces and hear unhappy complaints about amount of people waiting for range to open you know where to go.If I could I would give -5 stars.

Beautiful place. Well maintained. You are going to pay for that though. Prices are high compared to other ranges. However I got the summer deal for 90 bucks. Cant beat that. Good selection of firearms to try out. Highly recommended.

If you care about your health, do not go. NO ONE wears a mask. Not the employees or the customers. The place is also packed btw. So no one social distances. I saw police officers in there with no masks on. Way to be a role model. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want to get covid19 because Im sure I saw people coughing inside without masks on.Edited :5 lanes were broken when I went. There were more than 14 people in just the waiting area. Ventilation wasnt great either

Bought a gun from here....only able to get 3 boxes of ammunition went back to get more and they refused to sell me the ammunition because is only if you buy a gun or if you shoot there. Very disappointed that my $500 dont qualify me to buy ammunition. Customer service was great when I bought the gun....I guess is all about the $$ not the customer

Best gun club so far in Atlanta metro area. Gun range is so huge that u don’t hear loud noise compared to other smaller gun ranges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of the guns in range are new. They also offer simulation trainings and seminars on Gun law. They have a trainer in the range so If you are a first timer they will help you and provide guidance. This is the best gun club experience so far i ever had. Only thing is they are little expensive compared to other gun ranges but you get what you pay for. Accessories are also not cheap so it is ideal to get it from other stores like Walmart. Also you have to use their ammo if you renting their gun.

Have been told to wait in line for an hour (6 peoples ahead). After an hour, realize that the members are allowed to cut in line and still 3 peoples are ahead. You should let me know so I dont waste my time to wait. Never going to return.

A premier gun range. I’ve been to ranges all across the southeast and southwest, and this one tops them all. The facility is huge, very clean, and ultra professional. Customer service is on point as well as range rules allow you to have fun. I’ll definitely bring my daughters here for their first shoot!

This was my first time ever in a range. I always shot outside or on friends properties. It was a great experience and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. I was testing it out to see about getting a member ship. I brought a new firearm and the guy gave me a few pointers. He made you feel confident and comfortable. Well I will be getting a membership in the near future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Just completed the basic pistol course with instructor Scott Adcock. He was very knowledgeable and detailed everything you need to know on a pistol before you go to the range. Look forward in completing there self defense course in the near future. Facility is five stars and there is always a safety person to watch your back for any fools that don’t know how to handle there firearms in the shooting range.

Prices are good and Safety are a plus. Compared to other ranges I dont feel the need to continuous look over my shoulder here. Will be returning here again. Thank you !!!

Great staff, range and customer service! I have bought multiple firearms here as well as range time. Introduced my father in law and he was so impressed he purchased a membership! Great prices. Tony was (will always be) our salesmen! Great all around guy. Went in on a Monday and did some shooting and told them I will be back later on in the day to purchase a new firearm, I did come back 15 prior to close and they didnt care. They stayed as long as I was there and even gave me free range passes!I have always done business with a different local shop but not any more!Thank you Tony and everyone else there!

Range is nice but the hours are different than Google says. That might be due to covid but still they shouldve updated it.

They dont do refunds if you cant make it to a scheduled training event and try to cancel in advance. Thats lame and cheap.

At no point have I ever gotten that just give us your money and leave impression that seems to be common with ranges. Great All-Around Range, Store, and Gunsmith Services. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked. The ranges are bright and clean. The gunsmith is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Daytime range rates M-Th are unbeatable.

1st visit, great experience. I came in for the 100 yd rifle range to zero a new scope. Looked like 7 lanes in that section, 20? more in the 25 yd section. I arrived just after the opening rush on a Sunday and all the rifle lanes were taken. But, ended up waiting for a lane only 15 minutes. I liked seeing a member of staff present, monitoring the range while I was in there. He stepped up and helped me with the target control when he saw me looking for a power button (touch the screen to wake it up). The staff was nice, but were very busy. I see others complain about being ignored? How about speaking up and getting someones attention? Dont be scared to let someone know you need something. Only one minor criticism: your website is broken. Get your web developer to fix the table tags and freshen up the info, or hire someone else that knows what theyre doing.

One of the best range that Ive visited in Atlanta. Extremely clean and well staffed with friendly RSO. One of the few range Ive visited where they treat everyone equally well. Some range I visited in Roswell, the employees wouldnt even give me the time of day. Will definitely return

Very friendly staff and well stocked store. The firing lanes are clean and definitely feel safe with RSO there. Shooting steel targets on the 100 yd range is a lot of fun and if you get the courage, try out the 50 cal!They have a members lounge with couches and televisions. Great area to sit in and relax if you aren’t shooting and just you’re just tagging along.The check-in process can be a little slow at times and if they are busy the wait time for a lane can be lengthy.

Best indoor range I have ever been to. Very clean, the lobby and store area is expansive, and the staff is just beyond nice. The RSO at the 100 yard indoor range was super cool and gave my gals son some gentle suggestions to improve his shooting. I had never been to a range where someone working there didnt have an attitude. You wont find that here, every last person was super nice. They seem genuinely glad to have you there.Great place. I highly recommend it.

Clean, well lit, friendly and knowledgeable staff, decent prices, on-site gunsmithing, training on everything from firearms cleaning and care to shooting techniques to how to work together as a team. Laser gun training room can help you with real life scenarios and even prepare you for the coming zombie apocalypse! (I really need to post up a picture of that...) Member lounge is nice to grab a complimentary bottle of water or cup of coffee, sit, and think about what the heck just happened with your brand new rifle. (True story... scope ring mounts work loose every 15 or so shots. Sigh. Time for a different mount) And if you want to know what it is like to shoot a gun that the military elite snipers shoot, well you can do that also! Beautiful. 50 caliber rifle, a single round, target, and a picture! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Very cool place. Very welcoming to new comers and its a very well designed shooting range. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. Good place to check out whether youre a first timer or a long time shooter.

Joined as a family with my kids early in the year. Great clean and super safe place. Staff is totally down to earth. Range officers are super eager to help of your unsure or need a tip.

Best gun range and store Ive ever been to. Range staff, store staff, gun smith...ALL professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I have taken my children there and feel safe doing so. The variety of shooting to be done there is exceptional and the facility is always clean and orderly. Great place.

I love this place! My second visit I was about to pay for my targets and the guy helping me noticed with the card I was paying with that I was a Vet and introduced me to the Patriot membership and I became a member right then and there, dont think Ill ever give up membership.

Went with family that was here from out of town for thanksgiving. There were seven of us from age 26 to 84, first timer to experienced shooter, and one observer. Staff was very friendly and made un feel welcome. Despite being a very busy Black Friday, we were given two side by side lanes, making it easy to stay together as a family, and try each others guns out (had six different calibers for six different guns from a 20+ year old service revolver, to a recently purchased revolver, and a shotgun).Nice, clean, spacious ranges, good lighting, alert and helpful safety officers, and very nice retail area.Only 20 min from our home, a great place for target practice in a safe environment, will definitely be back.

The facilities are well maintained and spacious for an indoor range. The staff are super friendly. There are numerous pistol range lanes and a 100 yard rifle range which is unusual for an indoor range. I have given this place a 4 star rating only because gun sales and gun transfers are on the pricey side.

Great indoor range with quality customer service in that department. They always have a engaged and active person on the ranges at all times.The store is another thing entirely. I do not recommend coming here to buy your guns or accessories because honestly, that’s not what they are good for. The prices can be more expensive and it’s not uncommon for the service there to be less than optimal.That being said, I go there only for the range and I don’t leave disappointed.

Ive only been to a couple ranges down here and chose this one for its 100 yd lanes. Brought the wife with me and we had an amazing time. I didnt catch the range officers name but we were there Saturday 1/25/2020. Hes was awesome, he has a great feel for when to step in and offer advice. Brought my new Ruger AR 556 mpr in to zero in vortex spitfire 3x. What a great facility! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, top notch set up. This will be my range of choice from now on. Dfinitely worth the 45 minute drive. Cant wait to come back and take full advantage of everything they offer.

This was first time at this range and was planning on becoming a member with my son. We walked up to the guest line and stood there for 20 mins being totally ignored by the staff. Several people walked up to the left in the member line and they were helped with no problems again totally ignoring the guest line which is literally right next to the member line.They definitely lost business today. This was suppose to be a great day for my sons’ first range day and I was going to buy his first gun from them. Overall extremely disappointed with them after all the good stuff I heard and read.

My husband surprised me with this for my bday last year. Loved my experience here and Im constantly referring others.

Currently living out of state and have yet to visit the GA Gun Club myself, but the Customer Service Rep was very helpful over the phone. She helped me purchase a gift card for Father’s Day. Thanks y’all! 🙂

****Poor Customer Service Alert!!!**** My brother-in-law and I visited Georgia Gun Club this past week and were encouraged to come back this weekend and take advantage of their free range time being marketed to the public. We went back today intending to finish zeroing our rifles and were told the free advertising was for their handgun range only. We did not have the AD in front of us and figured wed made a mistake and just went ahead and paid for the rifle range. After we were done, we looked up the email ad and found they had listed free range time and had no disclaimers about the rifle range. We brought it to their attention and were completely blown off. Although the indoor 100 yard range is impressive, they lost my business. I didnt expect to get my money back, but something other than an oh well should have been the response. Just another example of businesses will gladly take your money, but essentially spit in your face when you request true customer service.***UPDATE*** Georgia Gun Club contacted us after we posted our experience online. They acknowledged the error and refunded our range fees we paid during the free weekend. I bumped the rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.

I love this gun range. The set up is great the ranges are very comfortable.Sometimes the younger gun range officers can be a little arrogant and obnoxious. The older guys seem to be a little more helpful and pleasant to be around.It is my favorite place to kill some time - all pun intended.

Ive shot at some nice ranges in Tennessee and Ohio, but Ive never had the opportunity to shoot on an indoor 100 yard rifle range. Great place to sight in my .223. I will definitely be back.

Great experience friendly staff and definitely will recommende to go here. They take safety very serious and they take the time to teach you everything you need to know even if you are first shooting. I was and less than an hour I was shooting like I have been shooting for years I will definitely will go back. A sell person ask me if I have any questions and I did he was very professional and didnt force me to buy anything just tell me to let him know when I was ready to make a purchase and he will be very happy to assist me with all my needs. Where else are you going to find an indoor 100yd range? This place was instrumental for me in getting my bolt action zeroed in. The pistol range is also great. They have plenty of rentals to choose from and their selection of firearms for sale is vast. Took my buddy her for his bachelor party and had him shooting a full auto. It was a great time.

Stopped by tonight because I’ve had the urge to purchase a new firearm and figured I’d finally give in lol. I chose GA gun club because my children and my employees have purchased me gift cards based off of me visiting the range in the past and enjoying it. I walked in, and there were two males behind the counter, but I could tell one was leaving for the evening . I walked to every single gun case twice. Not only was I never greeted, no one offered help and even when I got down on the ground to see a firearm better, they didn’t offer to take it out. I purposely walked past the remaining employee and he didn’t say anything. This is very unfortunate because I like this place . I gave 3 stars vs 1 because it is a nice range and it’s always very clean. I’ve also had a very good interaction with the Gun smith in the past. Hopefully today was just an exception. But it’ll be a while before I try to purchase here again.

Extremely friendly staff. I didnt encounter anyone that didnt have a smile on their face and who wasnt willing to help. Im just not a huge fan of the keep guns unloaded and in a case before entering store rule.
