Went in today and got a ham salad sandwich and potato salad and drink combo. The ham salad was a pink paste but tasted good. First I found a large piece 1/4 inch around of something hard, bone or grizzle. This was something I would expect from a sandwich machine at the hospital. The potato salad was great. Then I crunched on a piece of sand from something I was eating and I spit it out and left. Terrible experience

Visited this location because my son had a basketball tournament this weekend. Great customer service and great food! The inside was very clean. If Im ever in this area again, I will definitely stop by. Thank you!

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The manager that worked on 5/27 made the environment feel like it was more of a family environment instead of work. Very welcoming and Ill definitely be back!

Great and speedy service. Placed a online order a couple days before, showed up about an hour before my scheduled time and they very happily accommodated me. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Staff was great!

First time ever ordered from Honey Baked Ham. Ordered the Tavern Club. That was one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve had. The smashed potatoes were equally as amazing. Very generous portions of meat, amazing service. Tom was very polite, helpful and on top of everything. Will definitely be eating here more often. Absolutely recommend to anybody and everybody to try this place it least once (it won’t stop there).

Terrible experience. Prepaid for an order for Thanksgiving dinner, only to find out they had run out of Roasted Turkey Breast when I went to pick it up .. I heard other customers that were picking up their orders complain about the same thing .. all the employees said is that they could issue a refund... this is completely unacceptable, zero care for customers, they didnt even have the descensy to call customers ahead and let us know in advance so we could prepare and buy it somewhere else. How is it possible to run out of something that was pre ordered and prepaid ? I feel extremely upset, my 5 yr old was looking forward to having turkey for this holiday .. horrible service !!!

A great place to purchase a gift certificate for employees and relatives you dont want to really shop for. the ham is good, not great, but consistent and good. sides and other dishes go from fair to good. i usually walk out ( after waiting in line for a while ) thinking that price definitely reflects a we saved you from cooking surcharge. its ok food, a little overpriced, and undoubtedly has a place in modern society.

Great sandwich deli and certainly the leader on glazed hams and turkey. We have been going to this location nearly a decade and last several years had most of our Thanksgiving feast items sourced here. All the sides and desserts are really really good. Highly recommend getting the deal from Costco where you can get 2x $50 gift cards for $80 bucks and treat yourself/family to several lunches with the deli or grab a big bone-in ham and soup mix. When youre down to trimmings on the bone, toss in a big pot with the soup mix and enjoy it all over again!

Love this Honey Baked ham store. Every week day they run a managers special which includes a sandwich of their choice, a side of your choice & a drink. The sandwich is different every day which gives you the opportunity to try different selections from the menu. My granddaughter & I love to eat lunch here.The store is well managed & all employees are very nice. It is always clean. Even during busy times like Christmas & Easter they organize so efficiently that you are in & out quickly.

A smooth-running machine, I tell ya! Stopped in the day before Thanksgiving. Quite a long line, but to my delight the line moved very quickly. Good preparation by management to adequately staff for their busy dsy(s). Now to the food--I simply pick up sliced ham and turkey (by the pound), and my family LOVES it. Top quality and incredibly delicious sugar glazed hams and turkeys perfect for holidays and special occasions. They have always been a hit for me anytime I show up to a gathering with one of their hams and/or deserts. They also offer very good sides that are made fresh. One of my personal favorite services they offer is that you can even just stop in and get a sandwich which is the most common reason I find myself stopping in there

We have always eaten here for the lunch combos and we usually buy sandwich meat by the pound, but recently the quality has gone down. The packs of meat by the pound seem like they are just using scraps now, not worth it!!
