Really helpful staff. They made the whole buying process very easy.

I went in to pick up some Noni Juice that I have on automatic reorder. The team is always nice and helpful. I will continue to go there. BTW...for those of you who have problems with inflammation and hot flashes, please try the Tahitian Noni Juice it is wonderful.

Today, I went in to buy some supplements at this location. I have been a long time shopper at Vitamin Shoppe and I spend a lot of money on my vitamins, etc. Today, I made a quick stop at Buford (Mall of Georgia) location. I was on the phone with my client when I walked in. Within seconds, I heard someone yelling behind me. I thought it was intended for someone who forgot their purchase at the counter. Then I saw someone stand right behind me within seconds, yelling at me : “Ma’am, Ma’am, you cannot be here without a mask!”. I turned around and saw the manager by name Scott standing a few feet away from me. I motion to him that I was on the phone. He totally ignored me and I had to hang up with my client, because he did not respect the fact that I was on the phone and kept interrupting my conversation. I told him that it is extremely rude to talk to customers the way he did, ESPECIALLY, when they are on the phone with someone else. I run my own business and take business related calls in all kinds of places. I also told him that I have an enlarged heart and under disability act I do not have to disclose my condition or wear a mask that can cause me to asphyxiate and I can lose consciousness, as it happened a few weeks ago. He did not want to hear it and kept on insisting that I need to wear a mask at his store. I told him if Vitamin Shoppe’s views were aligned with the CDC requirements, they would know that masks are not required to be worn by people with certain health conditions. I also told him he was rude and disrespectful and if everyone kept 6 feet away from one another, everyone would be fine, as per CDC recommendation as well. Side note: when I walked in, there was only one other person in the store (about 25 feet away from me). I ended up leaving the store with a really bad taste in my mouth and I called the corporate office to let them know how I was mistreated. This is an unacceptable treatment and he could have at least waited till I get off the phone and politely ask me if I could wear a mask to which I would politely explain my situation and why I cannot wear one as it is a hazard to my health.

The staff at this location are not helpful at all and extremely rude. I was told I need to wear a mask. I explained I have a medical condition and response was, So what next time you come you need a mask. We had some discussios about it. There were two females at this location and both were rude. I definitely will not shop at this location and take my business elsewhere.

I hate the mask laws and rarely wear one unless I don’t have a choice. I needed to pick up a supplement for my wife. I’ll go in places that require masks for her that I’d just do without for me such as this visit. However as I pulled into my space I spilled coffee all over me and my mask. Although I completely disagree with their mask rule I did stick my head in the door and explained what happened. They were extremely understanding and offered to go back and get the item that I needed. I thought this was a pretty good compromise, thank you.

They were sold out of the product I wanted. The person at the counter was adamant of wearing a mask in the store. Not everyone has compromised immune systems. No need for me to return there.

We always go to this store chain because they have the best selection of protein powder and vitamins that regular stores dont carry. The staff is always helpful and will even suggest where to go if you cant find what you need here. I highly recommend checking them out either in the store or online.

I used to be a great fan, I still go there but not as much, prices have been going up steadily, there are bunch of items that you can definitely get a lot better price at Costco and great qualities too.

This store near the Mall of Georgia did not require shoppers to wear masks when I was there last week. To their credit, they did limit the number of people in the store. However, customers not wearing masks was a dealbreaker, especially with the rise in Covid-19 cases. I decided not to go inside and will get my herbs and vitamins through Amazon.

We come here all the time. The staff is very friendly and the store is alway clean and well kept. The female manager here really knows her supplements and herbs. She is great to talk with about any natural options if you are looking for alternative medicine.

They send out coupons monthly and give discounts and their clearance section is the best ever!!!! Brand name awesome vitamins and protein powders for dirt cheap. Its like paradise for body builders and those who just workout. They also have different kinds of jerkeys...like ostrich and turkey and such.they send out rewards too I only spendt 100$ on about 300$ worth of items it was incredible.

Best health supplements and more. Best prices and fantastic health associates. Wish everyone offered the customer service as this place .

I usually get an my protein suppliments from this vitamin shoppe. The reason I gave it only four stars instead of five is due to their high pricing sometimes. Overall good store for any natural products you might be looking for.

Very well organized. I went in and found exactly what I was looking for. The associate was even able to provide product knowledge for my selections.

They have everything I am looking for. Not much difference on price compared with Amazon. It is better go to real store and see the items before purchase decision.

Hi. I am just leaving Buford, Ga location I was planning to make another big purchase. I had my 13 year old daughter with me and she had just passed out at the doctors office from a blood draw so I wanted to get her a protein shake. We opened the shakes as we shopped when the clerk lady yelled at me across the store that I needed to pay for them first. It was embarrassing. I will never shop here again. The customer service is AWFUL

The people who work there are so knowledgeable and helpful. They always have what I need in stock.

Selection and knowledge is excellent.Do know if you signup for their rewards program it begins to spam you the same day! 1-2 emails every single day! This is ridiculous.

I feel like some things (like the essential oils) are over priced, but they have EVERYTHING!! They employees are nice too! Very helpful

Theres a lot of great stuff here, but everything is WAYYYYYY overpriced. Id rather go there to browse what they have to offer and then look it up online and order from there instead.

Good assortment of vitamins seems to be better than GNC but if you dont mind waiting a couple days a lot of times you can get the same items cheaper from Amazon and 2 days free shipping if you have Amazon Prime but if you need something quickly this is the place to go

Always check Ebay and Amazon bc they will price match here if you can show them the same product at a cheaper price

Ive come in here three days in a row looking for a certain type of water. The first day the guy told me the truck was coming tomorrow and to check back. I checked back and they said sorry he told you that, the truck comes later today, we can call you when it comes in. Never got a call, came back today and they said they got the truck but didnt get that type of water. So I asked if the GM made the truck order. They said no, corporate just sends stuff. Whether that is true or they were just covering for the manager the place is run like crap.
