Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They delivered as promised. They did not try to push things I didnt want or need. Demetrius to the rescue! I’ve been using Comfort Control for annual checkups for >6 years. I was a little worried with Vu gone, my CC guy as far as I can remember. This time there was a valve issue and Demetrius came to repair today. He discovered the root cause of the issue (bird in the fan). He took the initiative and was able to repair without the part we thought was needed saving me $$$. CC does a great job communicating and hires a consistently great crew of technicians.

Im so glad I found Comfort Control Heating and Air! I called during the weekend since our A/C went out on a Friday evening. They were able to come out that Monday. They sent email alerts and text messages to provide ETA and who would be arriving with a photo of the technician. I was not happy with the service received sent in a complaint and the director Jeff called me within minutes to talk through matters. He committed to improvement and sent over Jordan. Denson Goff came for the fall maintenance. My husband talked to him about adding UV lights to control virus & clean the circulating air, and a special filter system to control dust, mold and incredibly small particles.Its just a couple days but we were told we might have to get used to the smell of more ozone in our air after installation - so far we think it truly helps breathing. Fixed AC when compressor unit was not working. Tech (Ricky) wasnt only on-time and professional, he found and fixed the wiring problems a previous tech had made. He was honest and transparent with what was needed, costs, and optional improvement recommendations (meaning no hard sell on fake problems). Problems happen... whats more important is will a company take care of them and not screw the customer. Ive used Comfort Control for 10+ years now and always been satisfied. Eric and Rodney installed a new A/C and furnace for our basement and installed a whole house dehumidifier to go with the upstairs system. They arrived slightly early so they were able to complete all the work within one day. They were efficient and cleaned up before departing.

I called 6 different companies in search of getting someone to my house for an A/C tune up vs. possibly replacing my unit. From the first person to pick up the phone to the technician that was out to my house within 2 hours, everyone was great. We chose to replace 1 of our units. Comfort Control replaced my unit 2 days later. The service was great and we love the Carrier unit. We will definitely be back when its time to replace our other unit!

We had to make an emergency call because air conditioning stopped working. The day before, I received a flyer for Comfort Control that I had put aside. Upon calling our normal HVAC company we were told it would take 4-6 weeks before someone could come out. I called Comfort Control and that was it for me. This company checked all the boxes for friendliness, customer service, responsiveness and value for the repairs. The technician arrived three hours early and he took about an hour to diagnose and repair AC. From now on Comfort Control has our full support as our go to HVAC company. This is a professional team of knowledgeable technicians that are on time courteous and neat. one blazing hot summer day in 2017 around 4:00pm one of my ACs went out, they sent a technician the same evening and got my cooled down, so I had them replace two ac units, and two coils this year. They were done in no time and vacuumed the steps and floors before they left. Top notch service everytime. Thanks Jim, Eric, Gavin and Jeff for a job well done.

This company is by far the best heating and air company. I entered into a maintenance contact with them to keep our units up to speed. A preventative service. They came the first time in the fall. This spring service was somewhat troublesome with my schedule. Tammy was very nice, professional and understanding. She never got upset for me having to reschedule the appointment so many times because of my constant changing schedule. She worked it out and solved the conflict. Reece Wilson was the technician that was assigned to come out to do the maintenance.Reese came out to do the maintenance on our units.Reece was very professional. Reese discovered that (1) of our units needed replacing. While Reese was here, he installed a UV light system to prevent mold and mildew. That gives us a cleaner environment.That same afternoon, Jim McClain came out to discuss our options. Jim was very professional and knew the answers to all our questions. Jim made sure that the equipment that we needed would be ready for a Friday installation. He probably made 25 phone calls checking and rechecking to make sure we was taken care of.Today, install day, Gavin Chandler and Ryan were the technicians that came to install the new unit. They were very professional and also knew the answers to all our questions. They kept us up to date every step of the way. They took the old unit out. Hauled it away and cleaned up behind themselves. The work area would be cleaned after every task. They also installed a UV light system on the new unit as well.I usually dont like people in my home but I would trust these guys in my home anytime.
Yesterday the Comfort Control team returned and reinstalled my heat/air unit that had to be removed last week to replace a retaining wall it was positioned on. They did a great job.
We like Comfort Control a lot and have been using them for years. We called in just before 9 p.m. on Saturday to request service as we had a strong acrid smell coming from the heating vents. The answering service said she would relay our request and someone would get in touch with us in a few minutes. Waited 1/2 hour and called again. Again she gave us the same info. Waited another 1/2 hour and called again. Same info. NO ONE EVER RETURNED OUR CALL. We shut off the heating system (in winter) for the night. The next morning office staff called to check and scheduled an appointment. The tech came quickly and checked the system. There was no alarming smell. He told us that having a smell coming from the heating system would have permeated the whole house and not just one wing. So, since that was impossible there was nothing that could be done. It smells normal now, but our late night concern and waiting up for a technician, and turning the heat off because we were afraid there was a fire hazard, and then paying for a service call the next morning was frustrating. I dont know what else the technician could have done. Just giving feedback...

(He was the ONLY HVAC person who reached out to me directly). He gave us many things to try to fix our problem but we were unsuccessful. He was here within a few hours and got us up and running. Scheduled Spring tune-up for AC system. Brett (tech) came to the house and preformed a very extensive checkup and reviewed recommendations, including pictures. I decided to replace both HVAC units in our home. The appointment was scheduled and Jim was in our home reviewing various options and suggestions within a couple of days. I found both Brett and Jim to be professional and, most of all, very knowledgeable. We purchased the units and are scheduled for installation next week. The purchase of an HVAC system for your home is one of if not the most expensive items you will replace. As such, I would expect a salesperson to have heard it all when a potential customer is a little shell shocked over the quote. I had already received a quote of $3800 for a Trane system so when comfort control heating wanted $5300+ for a lesser quality system (Goodman), I was surprised. The salespersons response is were a business, we gotta make a profit. I dont even know where to begin with that but basically what hes saying is We have high overhead and lots of ppl to pay. Im into value not commercial socialism. Back to my original statement, I would have thought the salesman would have been more tactful in his response instead of going down the angered, posturing path. If you want a better system that costs less, find a reputable independent, like I did and skip the angry sales tactics.Update 5/27/2020 *POST INSTALL by competitor*: The primary reason for my < 5 star review is a result of the sales technique not as much the pricing, a business is free to sell their services at whatever price, they are also free to get angry at potential customers.The install of my $3800 Trane system is complete, it was performed by a state licensed, EPA certified individual. The system is authentic, I have registered the 3 components with Trane for a 10 year warranty.I believe the companys response to my review further indicates their arrogant nature despite their spin - the system _was_ installed _professionally_ and its inappropriate for this company to suggest anyone else providing a better product for less is skipping steps.And there isnt another $1000 worth of materials in a typical HVAC replacement, I know this from observation and common sense. My install also included a new filter holder, drain pan and base for the compressor.Attached pictures are my new Trane system.

Brett was helpful and professional. He arrived earlier than originally scheduled (someone called from the company to ask if I was okay with that) and quickly went to work tuning up my AC system. Glad I scheduled something as he found both my units were clogged which would have for sure given me problems this summer. I signed up for the yearly maintenance program since my hvac system (mainly AC) is older than dirt. Before he left, we scheduled a free of charge consultation for upgrading my system. When my wife and I bought this house last year, we planned on replacing the hvac sometime within the first couple years, just glad I found a company to go through.

I have used this company for the last couple of years since moving to this house. Recieved a text offering discounted tune up so I booked. Tech arrived on time, not the usual guy so I showed him where everything was. All good right? No! Because he finished and then told me he had done the heating not the cooling system. Which had been done by the same company only 4 months previously. Was told too soon to do cooling and that would be later when temps warm up ( sunny and 55f today). I paid for the annual membership as usual. When I got the receipt and report later I saw that the tune up did not include a lot of the normal servicing. So wrong service and a poorer service. On calling all numbers go to an answering service who pass on your message. No call back so also submitted a request on the website. No response. Feeling extremely frustrated as I can not talk to anyone and feeling scammed as I did not get the service I needed. Beware of this company...has good reviews but they have changed and the answering service does not make for a happy customer. I still need a cooling service!I have revised my rating. The company reached out to me to apologise and set things right. They came out and completed the cooling service and everything is working great. Thank you!

I was getting the run around from 2-10 warranty to fix my a/c unit in the attic that was leaking water on the ceiling. I finally decided to bypass the warranty company and go with Comfort Control. They were professional from the first phone call. Jess and Mrs. Tammy were very helpful getting me scheduled. They came out the very next day earlier than the time I was told. The technician Jon Fowler called me to see if he could come early. He arrived when he said he would. He took care of the issue (clogged water pipe for the a/c unit. He also checked the temperature in the vents. Fabulous service deserves recognition based on my experience with 2/10 warranty. I will be using Comfort Control from now on. When I got home from work today, I noticed the house was warm and not that cool. I looked at the temp and it was set at the usual setting, but it was 7 degrees warmer than the setting. I had Comfort Control Heating & Air install a new system in the basement last year and they looked at the unit in the main part of the house at that time. I had hoped this unit would last a little longer. It doesnt look like it is going to make it.I called the office around 6:15 and the person who answered the phone was very responsive and said I would be called back shortly. I was called and was told Jon would be on his way to see what he could do. He arrived about 30 minutes later, looked at the air conditioner unit outside and found out it was the capacitor (whatever that might be). He had a new one on his truck and replaced the defective one. The air conditioner is working great once again. We discussed the age of the air conditioner and I knew it is on its last summer, so I asked him to have one of the sales people get in touch with me. Everytime a technician has come to fix the air conditioner, I have always found everyone to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I will continue to use Comfort Control Heating & Air.

After waking up this morning to find a warmer than usual home I became alarmed and noticed that the outside AC fan was not working. I made a call to Comfort Control which had assumed the service contract for AC Solutions..I was pleased when the rep on the other end of the phone advised that I could be taken care of within a short period ( meaning same day).
