Ordered a banana split blizzard and the bottom half had nothing in it but plain ice cream. Ordered through the drive with employee not being able to hear she kept saying uh. Also my daughter’s was runny. It’s a shame because we love the taste.

Honesty didnt even earn a star. We ordered a peanut butter sundae, and I got a sundae with peanut butter oil. It was separated and he knew it. Would have appreciated if they would have checked it before ruining my desert. Not only that but we got pretzels, which I can add werent terrible but it took 25 minuets to receive them? Please fix this issue.

Very bad experience here. Took my wife for a quick dipped cone and a Misty float through the drive thru. We were 3rd in line after ordering. We sat there about 5mins, normal. The guy in front of us was there another few minutes but only appeared to be given an Amazon Echo and a free water bottle. Then when we got to the window we saw our order there on the counter. We literally stared at it for about 5 mins. I finally knocked on the glass and a Manager happened to be walking by. She came over and said she would get someone. We drove off. Just ridiculous!

For the price DQ charges,the fries were old and tasted like cardboard.I wont go back

Yall let me explain to you that their was not an inch of Carmel to be found in this entire blizzard . Yall kidding me .
