The company I normally use appears to have gone out of business and after reading reviews I drove out to your location and met Alex Haviland. From my first impression, it was clear that this is a very professional company with a focus on customer satisfaction. From my discussion with Alex, we set up a pick-up time to service three pieces of equipment.On the day of the pick-up, it was my pleasure to meet Robert Earl. This individual is a great representation for your company. He very clearly explained the servicing process and what I should expect. I noticed how carefully he loaded my equipment and ensured that it was completely secured. Again, it was clear that Lanier Outdoor Equipment is 100% customer focused.In less than two weeks, I was contacted by Alex, letting me know the equipment was ready and the associated costs. I was surprised that the total cost for all three pieces was less than I normally paid for only two pieces at the previous service location.The next day, Robert Earl delivered the equipment and ensured everything worked as expected. Don’t go anywhere else for power equipment or service! What is profoundly lacking today is true hands-on customer service. What does company did for me initially, a stranger on the phone asking for advice, is nothing short of almost nonexistent! They literally spent a half a day giving advice, helping me find a product, making sure they had the right one and at the right location and being completely available to assist, guide and offer any and all kinds of friendly and high-quality service. Alex at the Lanier location is simply the bomb. If they had more than five stars, they would get it. Thank you!!!!

I tried using Lanier Outdoor Equipment for the first time during their Spring tune-up special. It was a super promotional tool with a great price (including PU/Del) that brought in a lot of new customers like me, I’m sure. Throughout the entire experience everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to actually care about the customer. I say that with gratitude after years of dealing with less than honorable small engine repair shops in the past.Of special note, I called Lanier Outdoor Equipment recently regarding a problem with the emergency brake on my riding mower. Robert Earl Lord came by the house to pick it up and as I closed the garage door he rode it to the street for loading on his trailer. A couple of minutes later, Robert Earl was knocking on the door. He had fixed the problem and was giving the mower back to me! “No charge,” he said. Wow!For all the right reasons, I highly recommend Lanier Outdoor Equipment.

I first dealt with Danny at the Lawrenceville location. Rude abrasive not helpful. I then spoke with Leon in Buford. He said nothing was available I was looking for then tried upselling me. I was going to purchase from him but wanted to see the mower first. Commerce is closer to my home so I stopped by there. We were going to buy through Leon however when Bo in Commerce called Leon he said he had another buyer on the way so if we wanted it we had to quickly get the hour or so to Buford. Since the only mower was in Commerece we purchased it through Bo. I felt Leon had a high pressure tactic that was based on a lie. I have had 3 friends leave Lawrenceville and spend over 10 grand in other places due to the poor service. So when I give this score it is based on Commerce and Bo only the other locations were a complete fail.

Everything you need for your lawn care needs. They have a well stocked showroom of all the latest Husqvarna models from trimmers, mowers, blowers, hedge trimmers and everything in between. Their service department is very knowledgeable and friendly plus theyre quicker at fixing your mistakes than anyone else in town. I was quoted 2 weeks to fix my mower and they had it ready in 3 days. Super professional employees and great location will have me coming back again and again.

Got a flat tire on my uncles mower. They found no holes and filled the tire up with no charge. Then, thanks to the thorough inspection, they found the wheel got major defect and quickly helped me to claim with the warranty. Later I have some issues with the claim but again, they helped me out what to do and how to get it done. Now I got a new tire set. So helpful and kind. Thank you! Appreciate it so much! I would highly recommend Lanier Outdoor for outdoor equipment repairs. In my case it was a riding lawn mower, still under warranty that would not start. They corrected the issue and returned my equipment timely and in working order. Staff was great to work with.

Lanier Equipment took care of a blown transmission for my tractor mower and settled everything with the Warranty Company and Home Depot in a professional manner. Their staff is very client and service oriented. Highly recommend their services.

Initial sales experience was fine but they seem to not be able to turn around a repair in a reasonable period of time. Theyve had my mower for 2 weeks and have not even looked at it yet. Sure glad I dont depend on this mower for my business.Update: Lanier was able to deliver my mower repaired the next day.

I was working in the area, which is about an hour from my normal area, when I managed to run through a pile of roofing nails and pop BOTH rear tires on my BRAND NEW Ferris. I found Lanier Outdoor using Google maps, and when I arrived, they told me it would be about 3 hours! Once I explained my situation, and time schedule, a tech OFFERRED to skip lunch, and proceeded to put 14 PLUGS IN MY TIRES, just to get me back to work. These guys are the BEST!!!!! I will be making the drive to Buford from now on for ALL of my landscaping needs!

Easy going southern boys who know their stuff. I got a great deal and they fixed my issues without question and very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Called to see if they can reset the gas line on my blower and he said there are two weeks behind and I told him it would only take about 5-10 minutes I just need them to poke back in the gas line to the gas container he said yeah you have to wait two weeks for them to do that he said they got all kinds of small projects like that.So dont even think about calling in for something that will be quick and easy that would take about 5-10 minutes...

If you need any kind of lawn care service or repair this is the place to go they treat you with respect and know their business.I will not buy another piece of lawn equipment or get my lawn equipment serviced by any place else. Great people!!

Purchased mower and warranty from Lowes. Lowes sent mower to this company for the warranty work. Its been 6 weeks. Was promised mower to be returned 2 weeks ago and now these folks wont even return our call. May do good work but at this point wouldnt know because we havent seen anything from them yet. If you need your equipment like we do, go elsewhere.
