Worse customer service and they cheat you with the pricing, The lady said she will give me a discount for my 3rd purse and it will be only $20 dollarsI trusted and didn’t see the receipt until later . I called and was hoping to get it resolved but the person was rude and didn’t want to work.I wouldn’t ever give business to this store and would ask everyone else to be careful if they purchase anything

Worst customer service ever. Ive spent $146 to purchase 3 wallets for gifts and the lady refused to put it boxes and put them just in a plastic bag. Can you imagine this? Spend $146 without boxes? Should I give them in a plastic bag?

At perimeter mall store, was going to purchase two bags but sales clerk never got off her phone. Will try again on Wednesday. Beautiful bags and coats

Very good quality Italian leather

I had not been to the Mall of GA since it opened, so when traffic was at a gridlock my room-mate and I decided to browse to kill time. I love leather goods, so this store caught my eye and we went inside. Im sorry to say I cannot remember the name of the wonderfully kind lady who was working there tonight (Friday, 9/28/2018), because she deserves recognition. Sales people usually make me very uncomfortable - they pressure you to make you buy things. Instead, the roomie and I had a very enjoyable conversation with this lady, and she allowed me to browse at my leisure. She pointed out the various things that were on sale, the new items that had come in, and helped me decide on what would be best for me. She was definitely the highlight of our experience at the mall. I left with a supple, black leather purse that can double as a backpack, and if I am ever in the area again, Ill be stopping by this store if only to say hello and chat for a moment (if she has time and is there).

Great atmosphere and Shiney will make you feel right at home. Its not just about a sale, but what we impart between each other as people. Great product lines, high quality, unique designs and customer appreciation and service that is admirable and memorable.
