Shout out to both Victoria and Beth for such great customer service and outstanding attitudes. Victoria was so patient with me as she helped me navigate through the online registration process. She was honest in her response to all of my questions and provided me with all of the necessary information I needed to make the best storage decision per my situation. Oh did I mention how patient she was….she never once sounded irritated with me and all my hundreds of questions but was so gracious in answering all of them. She was truly the a pleasure to work with 🤗.As soon as I was completed with my registration process, I promptly received a call from Ms. Beth thanking me for choosing Extra Storage Space and that my unit was ready for me to move in. She was so nice and willing to answer any new questions or concerns.The entire experience was phenomenal from the first inquiry call to the follow up call to let me know they were looking forward to accommodate my storage needs.Great place and I highly recommend!

Fantastic service. Caring and helpful. Robert was an angel, going above and beyond the call of duty. Took his time explaining how the system worked, but couldn’t understand all the computer (phone) way to do it. Could not get the storage unit open when first getting there on a Sunday night. Robert had given me his phone number just in case something went wrong, and it did! I called Robert and within minutes he was there to help. While waiting, we heard a cat crying from another unit. When Robert got there, he was told about the cat crying and he immediately called the owner of that unit. A happy reunion was had by the owner and the cat. Robert saved the cat and brought the owner to tears with happiness.

Robert, the manager, was amazing. So polite and courteous and made everything happen. Rented a 10x10 over the phone then met him to go over the unit and property. Added a 5x5 just in case size projections were off. I would give the facility and Robert a 10/10.

I just had another great experience with Extra Space Storage. . . I needed to update my mailing address and was having technical difficulties on logging into my account. I called and Mark was able to help me. He was super friendly, patient, and helpful in getting the address updated!Victoria and Burton were incredibly helpful in getting our contract for a storage unit set up. They were both easy to work with, polite, and made the process as smooth as possible.

I have never needed storage space until the end of 2020. I figured that it was going to be a daunting task finding the size of the space I may need. You can imagine how surprised I was when I spoke to a gentleman who priced an agreeable unit for me, then had the manager herself call me to follow up, explain every detail, take my payment & setup the whole thing, all over the phone! The lease agreement was sent over an email, I just filled it out & was good to go! The very pleasant lady that helped me is named Victoria. She walked me through everything that would need to be done, explained my payment dates & how they can prorate them if you need to move your things out before or after your payment date. I was so pleased with the whole process & will definitely be recommending this storage facility to everyone!! Thanks!
