Is this company still in business or just scamming people out of money? If so I need to let my credit card company know to investigate and refund me. No call, no show, answering service says someone will call but never happens. They must be part of that Buford mafia family around here. Ethical business practices doesn’t apply to them.

Angels of Earth were very helpful and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. It’s very nice that their prices are listed online, so you know exactly what you’ll be paying. I’ll definitely be using them again!

They delivered and installed pine straw in the front yard but not the back yard (after emailing specific instructions on placement). Holly, Macy, and the owner communicated directly to me that it would be done on three different occasions but it never was!!! They do not answer the phone or email replies. This is truly an unprofessional company that can’t meet customer service needs, especially after they receive full payment!

I’m giving them a 1 because I have to rate them with a star . I’d probably give them a zero . I tried three days to get these people to call me back .i called them and there answering machine answered every time . Angels of earth never called me back I wanted to have Pine straw delivered and installed .I have used them for years and have always been very happy with their service . But not this time they never would return my call . It’s been over a week and they never have called me !!!

Initially everything started off good. I had been looking for someone to deliver a small amount of mulch, but no one would. I do not have the means to transport it and have some physical limitations with pickup. They sent me a quote for delivery which was fair. My delivery was set for a Monday. I emailed several times trying to accept the quote, but never heard anything. The Monday came and went without hearing from them. Finally they responded and said they could do it the next Monday. They sent me an email to finalize everything and find out what is next. Again did not hear anything. Finally the day before my delivery they email me telling me that I had to buy 3 times the amount to get delivery. This was not the original quote. Now I have to figure something out for mulch. Not very professional and customer service is pretty much nonexistent.

I have been working for this company for two years now so Im only making this view for customers who need to see it :)Pine straw is hard to come by these days and we strive to get it to you the best we can! We have two people in the office that work remotely from home with our babies, the way the world today is, its impossible for us to physically be at the office- so be patient with us. We cannot be onsite for you but there is always a crew member there if needed. Our crew is dependable and if we are short- staffed, our owner is ALWAYS working to make sure our customers are taken care of. If we EVER let our customers down, or receive a less than 5 star rating, know that we are devastated and wish that we could correct in a heartbeat. We know nobody is perfect - we are human, we make mistakes - we only wish that you would be as forgiving as Jesus is for all of us - we are out here doing his Holy work as Angels of Earth.

They had the straw, but ate very slow to respond, said they would hav2r the straw delivered by Mon or Tue didnt show until Thur after I had another company deliver in less time. Wont buy again unless there is no ither option

I cannot believe this company has more than one star. HORRIBLE SERVICE. i bought and paid for 40 bales of pine straw. They never delivered and I cannot get anyone on the phone or a call back.

I lined up the mulch delivery on Thursday afternoon. They were to deliver 3 scoops of black mulch. The time of delivery was Saturday morning at 8 am. I hired workers to help me spread the mulch. They called me at 8:30 am on Saturday and leave me a voice mail telling me that they cant deliver that day and would it be OK to deliver on Monday instead. I was livid. No wonder they are getting one star. That is HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I still had to pay my workers for coming out. Unacceptable!!!

Said they had straw show up and were sold out.

I have done business with Angels of Earth Pinestraw/Mulch for several years, both pick up and delivery/install. I am very happy with their service. They recently installed 50+ bales at my home and the yard looks amazing. Thank you, Angels of Earth. Will definitely be calling again.

Was closing but still helped me get pine straw.

Came out as scheduled, pine straw is of good quality, but only did the B of their advertised T.R.B.. Instead of tucking, raking and blowing, my cameras showed they only blew the pinestraw into place....mostly. Not enough reason to not use them anymore, but not the best practice to advertise something and not actually do it.

Friendly and courteous staff. This business has been helping bulk outdoor customers for decades. They carry a wide selection of Earth, stone, and mulch products (dyed hardwood and undyed Cyprus).The staff recently talked me out of more product than I should have carried in my truck. Without them talking me down, the wet garden dirt would have made for a very dangerous drive home.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pine straw & their installation was impeccable. 1st Class !!

They were supposed to deliver mulch 4 different times now. No one ever answers the phone. Sometimes we get a call back. No one ever shows up to deliver.

I ordered 30 bales of pine straw and was told it would be delivered the next day. I had my credit card charged over $160 for the pine straw and then no one showed up. I have called several times with no call back. Today I called and someone finally answered. Instead of being offered some sort of apology, the rude girl told me its not our fault they havent delivered the pine straw or returned my call because theyre busy. The girl was extremely rude and then hung up on me and will not answer the phone. Do not use this company!!

Completely unreliable. Scheduled a delivery with install a week and a half in advance. They said they would call to confirm. Two days after the scheduled date I called to see what was up. They seemed bothered that I called. They said they would install in the next two days. Five days later, still no call or delivery. Because of their complete unresponsiveness, I would never use this company.

I keep leaving inquiries on the contact us page on their web site. I never get a response. I would like to give them some business but I am not sure they are even still in business.

We were to have 70 bales of pine straw installed last week, didnt show up! They rescheduled 3 times and still no show. Will never use this company again. 😡😡😡

I schedule to have pine straw deliver, no one showed up, I called back half a dozen times with no response, finally got a call several weeks later. Then I got an invoice for the pine straw that was never delivered. I called again was told that I would be contacted in the next hour or two. No response. Fortunately they did not bill my credit card, but I was sure given the run around. Went to another place that delivered pine straw without all this hassle.

Set up pine straw install weeks ago at our lake house and now can’t get a confirmation or call back. Call during office hours and it’s rare that someone will answer the phone. To get a call back is almost impossible. Tried to support a local business but time to move on. Very frustrating.

These guys did a great job at a fair price! Will definitely be using them again!

Other than being somewhat difficult to contact at times, AOE showed up a day early to install our pinestraw and did a jam-up job! Also, they were almost $100 cheaper than the rest of the quotes we checked!
