Im giving 2 stars because despite me being ultimately dissatisfied, Tommy was nothing but great to me every time I was there. Great associate. In all honesty, I feel like this place is a scam. I financed around $500 for all of this and yet, I still find myself in pain and displeased. Lets just say Im desperate and am willing to try ANYTHING for my pain and discomfort....though now, I regret the whole thing truly. The process truly does not fit into my lifestyle. I have one set of insoles for average use and one for working and being on my feet. Ive been in the store three to four times for re-fitting but I simply cant make my way out there every time my feet hurt. The whole breaking in of the insoles is also just too much. Wearing them for a couple hours at work then switching off to another pair because you dont want to overdue it while working my 9 hour shifts. Its all just too expensive for what all comes with it. Inconvenience, money, and STILL BEING IN PAIN. Having to go back and forth to re-fit everytime Im in pain. Its just too much. Save your money people.

Great place with great people. Nice location right beside my favorite restaurant. I’ve been suffering from so many different things with my feet that I have not be able to enjoy my life they way I wanted. I’ve also been depressed going through a divorce that I picked up extra weight adding more pain to my feet. Brian was very smart and easy to talk to. He was able to help me find the solution to my feet/ I have not been able to find relief anywhere else other than here. The supports are very very very pricey and I told him that there was no way I was going to be able to afford the supports because I’m on a fixed income. I asked Brian was it ok if I took it home to think about it but he cared so much about helping me get out of pain that he asked me to have a seat kindly. He was able to help me out and find a way for me to still be able to get what I needed to get out of pain.I know I’m late leaving a review since I don’t like leaving them but for this place I felt like I had to let the world know how helpful coming to this store was for me. 6 stars ⭐️

Although the lady that helped me with the consultation was very nice I cannot give more than a one star review. I looked on the website for prices and nothing is listed. I went into the store and AGAIN nothing is listed. Testing out the arches I will say that they definitely did give me relief for my debilitating pain. I was overjoyed that I had finally found something that helped only to be extremely disappointed and disgusted when I was informed of the cost! $1300.00!!!! Are you kidding me?!?! Now I know why they dont tell you how much you would have to spend. Most people wouldnt even walk in the door. If I win the lottery maybe I will consider it but just on principle.......probably not.

I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store at Mall of Ga. Ashley assisted me and was very informal and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I immediately felt relief when trying on the supports! I highly recommend this location! Thank you so much for all of your help.

Google 5 stars is not enough you should upgrade to a 10 star because that’s just what type of experience I received at the GoodFeet location @Buford GA beside the mall. Brian was spot on and very knowledgeable in all aspects. I came in to the store with no true expectations expect to see what this store could do for me and my feet. I was blown away with how neat the store was and how friendly the staff was. I feel like dancing and that’s a understatement. My wife and daughter are so happy that they will becoming to get arch supports as soon as they are back from vacation.

Kylah provided us with excellent service. I came in with so much pain, but instantly felt relief after wearing the arch supports. 😍

Great job to whoever is in charge of the staff. The store was clean and inviting. My sales person was kyla. I don’t typically like sales people because they can be pushy or sketchy but she was very upfront about everything. I asked her about the price of everything and she immediately told me. Unfortunately, the price was a lot more than I wanted to pay, but it was nice to have someone not beat around the bush. It was like $400 EACH & around 3 arch supports. That’s like a rent payment! Definitely will be working a lot more to pay for these.

Brian assisted us today and was absolutely amazing! Ive been having some pain in my feet for about a year now from being on my feet alot being a single momma of two minis both boys I will add, plus a couple jobs Ive had and wearing the wrong shoes. It just progressively got worse until finally it brought me to tears almost every single day. I finally couldnt take it anymore and my mother had heard about this store. We went in and Brian was amazing from start to finish! Ive never felt so much grace as far as customer service goes from anywhere Ive ever been. After he took the impressions of my feet and had me start walking around with the different steps of insoles, it was an IMMEDIATE relief! I then cried happy tears and Brian was so gentle and understanding of it all. Its pricey, but it is all worth it in the end to not live in that pain for the rest of my life. I dont have enough words to thank you Brian for what you have done for me today and my family as well. If there were thousands of stars here, he definitely deserves them! He was highly knowledgeable as well! I definitely recommend seeing him if your thinking about visiting this store!

Where do I start:) Hmmmmm first of all I had no intentions to come into the Good feet store. I was walking over to burger 21 for lunch with my son and yes I was limping pretty bad due to my throbbing feet. A gentleman named Brian asked me if I was ok and I told him that I was fine just in a lot of pain. Brian asked if I would be interested in getting out of pain today and if so I would like for you to come to Good feet after you eat so I can help get you out of pain. I gave him such a hard time in the beginning but he stayed nice and calm and helped me realize that I need more than a good shoe to fix my problem. I went in with $150 in my name and I started to cry at the register because I knew that I could not afford the supports. Thank God for Brian working with me helping me with an option that allowed me to walk away with 3supports and one for my son. I’m so Happy that the young man was standing out side when I walked by or I never would of went to Goodfeet and I would not feel as good as I do today! People it is very expensive but it truly works you just have to get over the price and yes it’s not easy but it’s so worth it and like Brian said you are worth it because you only get one life! After being fitted by the Good Feet service person with the store manager present two (2) times the $1,300+ arch supports are not as good as the $50 pair of inserts I purchased from a podiatrist. When I asked about a refund on my $1,300, it was pointed out that the sales receipt said “no refunds”. However, the store manager said she could exchange a $180 pair of shoes for the inserts. Not a fair trade. Buyer beware!4/27/2021 UPDATE. The Client Advocate Team has contacted me, along with the Mall of GA Store Manager. The Store Manager wanted me to come back to the Good Feet Store for a refitting. I was able to go back to the store this afternoon, and was refunded my entire purchase price. Thank You Good Feet Mall of GA team. Your focus on Customer Satisfaction is OUTSTANDING. Again Thank You.

People at the store were ok... But found that my podiatrist does NOT recommend these and has me doing custom orthotics and shoes and tried to return in less than 30 days and the store refused to take them back (UNWORN). HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY Podiatrist do not recommend.

My experience at this location was very pleasant. The gentlemen were so nice and all spoke to me and asked me if I needed water while I waited. I did not know that it was best to have an appointment but they told me that I could still get looked after. Brian was such a great guy and very knowledgeable about the product. I’ve been to to a of orthopedic stores but this one is a different breed. I was off balance and my heels bothered me for about 10 years with other supports. Brian assured me that he would do his best to make sure I left out the store feeling better then when I arrived. Long story short I’m happy the money was very step but 1400 was another story. At the check out point I told him that I did not think I could make a payment like this but he did not pressure me he simply gave me factual information and reminded me of what I was going to go back to if I did not make a change today. He never pressured me but instead made me feel that he cared and that was a help gesture to help me make up my mjnd.

My father went to the good feet store to get arch supports last week. He is 82 years old and is now walking around like he thinks he is half his age🤷🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I’m so happy for him and his new new new feet.Thank you Brian for helping my father do things that he has not been able to in years.

I have had foot problems including several surgeries for years. I spent $1200 on the orthotics and other inserts. I also bought a pair of New Balance shoes for $150. Two months in and the orthotics work well, but the $150 New Balance shoes are falling apart on the inside and have put holes in numerous pairs of expensive compression stockings ruining them. I went to my store to see what could be done to no avail. I will never buy shoes from you again. I have never had an expensive pair of shoes fall apart this way. I would suggest not purchasing shoes from the store if they do not stand by those products.

I don’t even have the words to express about what I experienced with in this store. My knees and back hurt me so bad that I needed assistance from my son to help me around the house. I heard about Goodfeet on the radio so I decided to come see what the hype was all about. I read the reviews first before going and now since I have been I don’t see how anyone could leave a bad review about this store.As soon as I walked in I was greeted by everyone I felt like I was at home. Brian was such a gentlemen we clicked immediately. He was able to take my mind off my pain as we both learned that we had horses. The system was far more than I expected but they way I felt justified the price. I would recommend anyone with pain to come Goodfeet. I am here to testify that The Good Feet Store has totally changed my life. I used to have severe back ache on both sides of my lower spine and its been a miracle. No more pain thus far. I hope it is not Psychological but I walk for three hours straight without any pain med.

I feel like I was talked into buying 3-step insert program that I didn’t need. Went into good feet store with shoes hurting hammer toes. I go to a podiatrist and have never been told that I needed any kind of inserts. Purchasing proper size shoe from Good Feet has eliminated hammer toe shoe pain.

Brian was AMAZING!! I walked in practically lame!! Sciatica running down leg and feet hurting so bad.. I was to the point that I wanted to have my feet removed- and have prosthetics put on (I know that sounds crazy) but that is the level of pain I was at.. I think I found the solution to a pain free living.. and excited to start this journey..

My experience was very nice. I was greeted by everyone in the store. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful. After he put the orthotics in my shoes and I walked around it was amazing . Although I have neuropathy in both feet it is pretty much a given that I still have pain but it is walking in them that makes the difference.Would highly recommend Good Feet!!

I wanted to give a special thank you to Brian the cowboy my mother will not stop talking about! My mother was in pain for over 19 years until she went to good feet and met Brian. My mom was skeptical about good feet but her mind was quickly changed. We tried so many different places and different surgery’s but nothing really helped my mom.Yes the supports were expensive but you can’t put a price on good health. Good feet you are so lucky to have a employee like Brian that cares more about people than his self or trying to sell product. My mother and I were In tears after knowing and understanding the value of a product and a person that went out of there way to help. I just received a text asking me to review this product. I did not purchase the orthotics not because I felt they wouldn’t be helpful but because I felt there were other & possibility better options I wanted to explore before paying $1300 for 3 pair. First of all (if I was going to purchase) I only wanted one pair knowing I wouldn’t use a ‘strengthening nor relaxing’ pair. To get the ‘discount.....what discount?’ you were required to purchase all three pairs. Honestly, if I knew the price before going in for my appointment I could have saved both myself & the sales person an hour or so. I couldn’t find a published price nor when I called to make my appointment would anyone give me a straight answer. Bottom line is they may prove helpful to some but they were cost prohibitive for me especially now that I know I can get 2 pair of custom orthotics for almost half the price.

The arch support system has been such a blessing. I have had gradually worsening plantar fasciitis for 6 months to the degree that I was limping at the end of the day and my entire foot was swelling. I purchased the system with 3 arch supports and they are AMAZING. I have followed GOOD FEET recommendations and am now able to walk in relative comfort. I have had them for only a week and can already see improvement in my pain. Thank you GOOD FEET! These are worth the money.

The service we received was great however the supports caused heel pain that Ive neve had before. I had an issue with a spot on the bottom of my foot by my toe and it got worse when I wore my supports and had to go to foot doctor. Ive stopped wearing them for now. Ill try again when my foot gets better

I’ve been In pain for 20 years and could not find help. My back feels much better than it did before I came to the store. I did not fell like I was obligated to purchase anything rather given solutions to my problems. Brian was great and the store practices covid safety measures.

I wish from the beginning the salesperson would of told me how much they were, I could of saved him and myself a whole lot of wasted time. I was very excited until I went to check out.

For years, I have suffered from leg and back pain and spent hundreds if not thousands on inserts, new shoes, socks, braces, etc trying to alleviate the pain. After 6 weeks, all I can say is WOW. I have been seeing advertisement for GoodFeet for years and although I was suffering and in alot of pain, i was skeptical. 6 weeks ago, I made the decision that I was going to try the GoodFeet program and the last 6 weeks have been life altering. The pain level in my feet, legs and lower back have improved dramatically and I look forward to the next six weeks to see what improvement it brings. My advice.... dont stress about the price.... work the inserts as they should be... and hopefully you too will experience relief from pain and suffering....I was one of the skeptics and now see how the right inserts can literally change your life. Thank you GoodFeet!
