Took great care of my car...spot on with the repairs. Took a little long (2+ weeks) before they took it and another 2 to fix it. Was not a huge repair but they did a great job. Kept me informed and had it ready a day early. Even had it washed sparkly clean. A go to for sure

Good experience, friendly staff, on time results. Spoke with Rob who listened to our concerns regarding repair cost and timing. He Ordered parts immediately to ensure they were on site at time of our scheduled repair. Repairs were completed on time with text communication throughout on the card cars status. Rob followed up personally, as requested, to ensure the estimate given did not have any additional repair needs. Reasonable price, good follow through, would recommend to others.

I am not overly thrilled with the lack of communication. After 8 days and not one phone call, I called, was put on hold and then was told that they were waiting for a new hood as mine was not repairable. They had not even a clue as to when they would receive the hood or when I would get my vehicle back.

This place has been an amazing experience from the start. Last year I was involved in a car accident that left my bumper damage. My car was taken here for repair and was left surprised at how fast and efficient their staff were. Unfortunately, recently my bumper started to wear down so I took it back to this place in hopes of fixing again. I was anxious about coming back especially near their closing hours, but regardless was greeted with a warm welcome. After explaining the issue of my bumper with Cody and Matt, they ensured that it would be repaired and were able to work around my work schedule. I received my car back looking good as new!! They also took care of my broken glovebox AND was given a car wash! They really went above and beyond. I am grateful I found this place. Highly recommend!

Most have been mediocre, some have been good but few if any have earned my admiration and utmost gratitude for excellence in all facets of how they conduct their business. I was first impressed by their neatness and the organized appearance of their office and shop, a clear indicator of their work ethics. The repairs to my truck were impeccable. They left it looking almost better than new. Their staff were all thoughtful and sympathetic. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone in need of collision repairs.

I went in to get a few estimates on my 2 cars. I have 4 damages on one car and 1 on another. When I went there I was expecting to pay heavy. I was greeted by a man named Daniel who took a look at both my cars. Because 2 different people wrecked one of my cars I need different estimates for different spots on the car. He was very helpful and even pointed out damage that I didnt know I had on that car. He was very respectful and tried to help me out to the best of his ability. He even told me that he estimated high so I wouldnt have to worry if it ran a a little over. I was so pleased after talking to him. Another place had quoted me at 3500 for 1 out of 4 damages done but he quoted me to fix all of it for 4 grand. Im so happy for them. I would choose them over anyone else any other day. Ill be taking my car there to get fixed.

I got in a accident 2 months ago and for 3 weeks now they’re been saying it will be done. They haven’t kept me updated unless I called them. The staff is nice but they are terrible at keeping people updated and making promises. I would not go back here.

I brought my truck into Gordys after I had gotten hit on the back right side of my tail end. I was hoping it was going to be a quick job so I wouldnt be out of a car for a while, thankfully it was and I got my car back sooner than expected. If you want a nightmare take your car here. Under par work and terrible customer service. It took them over two months and being there twice to get my car close to acceptable. They scraped out chunks of window seal and didnt replace it, took manufacturers bolts and screws I had to ask for them to be replaced(off brand,) didnt clip my dash back down, my steering wheel still shakes, and umong several other small issues, when my heater is on it blows a.c. on the front driver side. I have never been more disappointed in a business in my life. I suggest using Bullhead frame and body if you want your vehicle back in better condition than before. At least the owner at Bullhead frame will return phone calls unlike Gordys!!!

Had MY paint peel off and crack after one month on my 2012 car. Also had very poor finish quality with bubbles/specks in the paint as if it had particals of dirt in the paint.Had to take back several times to make right.

Brought my truck in for repair. They did a great job on the truck. However they replaced my toneau cover with one they sold. I feel it was inferior to the one I had. It is terible. When I brought my truck to them they claimed it would take all day to install it. BS. Why make an apointment a month ahead of time for a 2 hour job if they dont intend to do it on time?

A flat tire damaged my front right fender. I called to see about getting it fixd, after doing some research online about fender prices and getting it shipd to my house. I called gordies to find how much just to have them order it or, I order it and bring it to them to have it painted, or what ever might be the easiest way to get this done ect ect.So I was told they couldnt do anything without submitting identification, e mail address mileage the VIN number to the vehicle and what seemed like a full FBI background check. Jeez ! I just wanna get a quote ! Shops like these are all linked up to Carfax and who knows what other kind of data bases for marketing and information selling purposes. So someday when I go to sell the vehicle theres a data base of everything done to it so therefore your cars worth 500$ son !Geez ! Im steering clear of this NWO body shop called the next guy on the list said bring it over, 300$ I got the fender fixed no questions asked. The way I like it, so if you value your privacy as most of us in Arizona do, find another place to go.
