The guy Phil was amazing the decive works and does what it is supposed do, the DVM didnt have update of this device on the vehicle, that sucked

Constant issues with the device. Followed the instructions and still have violations literally every week. Use a different company, Im sure they all have issues but check consumer affairs sites for smart start and youll find hundreds and hundreds of complaints. They are the worst of a bad lot.
