I like ace hardware because its nearby decent service not to difficult to find people they kinda find u. Tha ks for showing up to work so i can be able to buy garden supplies. Keep neem oil products stocked for gardeners who use natural pest control. It should be very popular product.

I came out to BHC to fix my parents bathtub and I couldnt find the pieces I needed from the other box stores. I came here and not only had the pieces I needed, fixed the part too. Awesome Job! Thank you

I went into the Ace Hardware in Bullhead City to check out paint samples. I was looking for Magnolia Home Joanna Gaines colors.I found the staff there SO helpful. They looked at what I was trying to match and did a great job helping me find a coordinating color.. I will definitely visit them again when I need something from the local hardware store.

No help in the paint area. I had to find what I wanted and show the clerk exactly what color I wanted. Did not have any paint in stock that was needed to make the color. Not a good experience.

When I can, I prefer to go to places like Ace hardware, rather than big box stores. Ive usually found that they have easier access to staff - and shorter lines!Every time Ive gone to this store, this has been the case, and Ive had a pleasant experience.

Courteous service, very clean and well stocked. We were looking for RV supplies and they had everything we needed and more.

Man oh man, if 2021 was 2020 pt.2 the guys got me out of a tight spot! So I was in town for a road trip, and my new years went south after my truck key broke... ALL lock smiths were closed for New Years, so I called this ACE hardware I thought it was a long shot, I talked to this gentleman named Tim, and he said he can try to make me a spare from the twisted and broken key. So I walked about a mile to the store and try my luck, Tim got right on it and gave me a lift back to the truck to try it. It was spot on! The truck turned on with out much hesitation, couldnt be much happier with the result! If the dictionary had a picture for customer service and customer assistance my man Tim should be in that picture... thank you so much brother! You got out me out of tight spot!!!

I had a very difficult nut and bolt issue the thred was small and 1/4 in was all that was needed! TIM was a trooper and found me ones that FIT and cut them done to size for me. He was patient with me while I was trying to explain what I needed and took over to do a great job for me! I thank him so much! I never could have even found the bolt much less all he did for me! Very appreciated!

If i could give -10 stars I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Followed us around the store acting like we were going to steal something. Had bad attitudes the whole time and went back to return our items and cashier rolled her eyes and someone else mumbled something rude under their breathe. Will not be going back and i suggest if you dont want to be treated like a criminal for absolutely no reason then you dont go there either. Please train your employees on how to properly treat customers.

Helpful.These guys are always on it when you need a special screw or just just about anything.Staff is frendly. Just what you need when your having a hard time trying to figure out what will work.Also the only place I could find my favorite style of rake and this is an essential tool for a landscaper.

I went in here for the first time since Ive lived in this area and I was very impressed with the store. The employees asked if I needed help and the store was very neat and tidy. They make programmable keys and Chip Keys as well. In case youre not aware they also re-screen or build you screens.

This is typical of most ace hardware stores as far as merchandise goes. Its always well stocked and always clean. Friendly and helpful staff as well. Competetive prices. Not as huge as a couple of competitors but they have a small store feel and easy to maneuver. You wont get lost in here. I shop here often.

Mike, the fellow that helped me find what I needed, was prompt, friendly, and knew where everything was located. But the cashier was very rude. She didnt have a name tag, so Im guessing shes gotten plenty of complaints. So she doesnt wear hers anymore. But over all... It was a good experience. Thanks Mike!

I love going to the store, the employees are always extremely helpful. There is constantly employees there offering help. They are knowledgeable about the items for sale. Even if you dont know the name of something that can usually help you find it which is huge.

I have a set about cutters and a bolt came out And was lost, but not found. I want to Ace Hardware and they were able to give me the exact size bolt and nut that I had lost. The gentleman that helped me was very professional and helpful. The store was clean and everybody I passed said Hi or asked how I was doing. Therefore today I give them 5 stars, because I was able to fix my bolt cutters and everyone was nice! :)

It was a well supplied store that has everything that Lowes & Home Depot dont have.

Great support and friendly service, but limited inventory. Went there to purchase a new rod for the water heater. They only had one and it was half the size of our original, so too short.
