Brain serviced our swimming pool by replacing the light. Him and his coworker did a professional job. Very happy with them.

Contacted this company they were very nice sent me a nice email but never followed up with me after that it was just nothing I’ve even called a couple times and have not even gotten an estimate I think that’s really poor only pool company in the area of Laughlin that can work on my house I’m not a flake I do want to pool but I’m not going to get one with you I’m just probably won’t get one now at all just very unhappy with the situation and I’m sure there’s others not happy but don’t write reviews

Very professional people and Great prices

I have spoken to employees in showroom and the pool builders. All have been great. A couple of my neighbors used them and had good reviews. We are waiting now to build our own pool. I hope the call soon.

Excellent company top-to-bottom. Professional sales team and excellent craftsmanship by the field crew. Easy to work with and fair pricing. Would use them on any future projects without reservation. On time every time and flexible enough to meet customers schedule. They work hard to keep the customer in the loop for the duration of the project. Fair, honest and great quality. i used them for a new pool install, a patio slab and a long driveway. All turned out first-rate!

Aquatic installed our pool a year ago. Vicki was extremely helpful, going out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Bo and the crew did an amazing job designing our pool to maximize our space and the view. The final result is stunning. Thank you to the team at Aquatic! We love our new pool!

I highly recommend Aquatic Pools. They did a great job fixing a serious problem with flooding caused by my pool. Dana and John came out the same afternoon that I called them and quickly diagnosed the problem. They said that John, a senior tech, would come back in the morning with the parts and equipment to repair the system. The next morning, John was there at 5:00am and promptly made the necessary changes in equipment. The pool now works better than it did before. Kudos to both Dana and John for being so knowledgeable and courteous. And thanks again.

We were leaving town after 4 days here in Needles. As upon pulling into the gas station ran over a nail and got a flat tire in Mojave on highway 95 and Courtwright three amazing young men from your company came and and insisting to help change our tire. We told them we were wait for AAA,, but with smiles and big hearts changed out our tire. What amazing young men you have that represents your company. Waited and waited for a call back, return email or some sort of communication to get our estimate after the man came out but nope... nada...nothing...zilch... Not interested in doing business with a company that can’t communicate...

Pouring a pool at 230 am and I walk outside and they start to tell me there nothing I can do old man. They drove over my land ruined my land scape and sprinkle line washes the cement truck out on my landscape and was rude Im sure this is they way the owner runs his company and is ok with it. Let me guess he got to sleep all night because there not pouring a pool a 230am. Beware of people like this they forget we might be the next person walking Thur there front door to get a pool but not now

Make sure pools are level! Concrete didnt have flow down the stairs it built up and same next too my block wall. It was a terrible decision to go with aquatic pools and landscape should have went with baron pools and landscape not to forget too mention talking to Casey he had terrible customer service but baron has been nothing but 100% on the ball cleaning my pool

They will jerk you around when it comes to service calls. Tell you one thing and do another.
