Love Star nursery! Always friendly, almost always have what Im looking for. Usually a lot of stuff I didnt know I needed Haha.

For our area, Star Nursery has the best quality/variety of house plants. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have always gone above and beyond to help me. A bonus for me is their resident rescue, Kit Kat. ❤

We found lemon thyme, lavender, large rosemary and creeping rosemary yesterday. Also a helpful woman told me about a flowering bush that was on special would attract hummingbirds. A hummingbird came by to check out the flowering bush right after I removed it from my car and set it on the ground at home. We liked this place. Good variety, fair and good pricing, knowledgeable staff.

Showed up at 415pm worker walking out with costumers plants said was closed all I need was 23/4 inch couplers he would not sell had to go all the way to Lowes thank God for LowesI hope you did not fire him I didnt even tell him that all I wanted was 2 couplers I understand where he was coming from it was already 15 minutes after closing and a costumer coming out that he was helping said they were closed he just said ya Im sorry my post was that maybe you might keep the store open until 5I think if I had told him what I was there for he would have sold them to me he was very polite about itIt was the customer that was kinda rudeSorry I worded the post wrong but I have changed my stars to 5 I dont normally give 5 stars but this was my fault I have always been given a 5 stars welcome therePlease give him his spot back I didnt mean to make it sound like it was his fault my intentions was to hopefully have you open another hourSorryFrom a long time customer and hopefully a life time customer

We stopped by at 2pm on Sun and the doors were locked, the was a guy inside dust mopping and a young girl . The website said they were open for 2 more hours and yet they wouldn’t let us in. No more trips for us to this nursery! Loews, Home Depot, and Walmart are the way to go. I would not be surprised if this Nursery does NOT makes it through this Pandemic with this kind of nonsense!!

Went there to buy my Kindergartner some pretty flowers for her garden. Walked around to see what they had first but when we were ready to grab our selection there were no carts in sight. We had to walk all the way to the very front of the store where ALL the carts are OUTSIDE. So the plan was to have my daughter hold the hanging plant I had already selected by the door while I grab the cart so we can finish our lovely garden selection. We were close to the register walking towards the carts that are inconveniently outside when I hear very rudely, you gonna pay for that!!??. Were about 12ft from the door at the point of the cashiers attitude and bad assumptions. Instead of having my daughter hold the plant as planned I set the plant on the floor and tell the lady, yeah... But we need a cart.. why dont you have any carts inside!!??. No answer so I just shake my head and proceed to grab the cart.. which honestly I really wanted to walk out and take my business someplace else but I promised my baby some flowers and she already had her little heart set on the ones inside. So we proceed to shop at this undesirable place. No way to avoid the rude cashier (Jaunita) lady and she could clearly see I really didnt want to talk to her any further but she kept pressing me for conversation. Shes dropping plants.. it was all bad and following me in the store. No apologies on her part, had she said sorry or had even a little bit of Common sense I probably wouldnt have been so shut off. People make mistakes- its only human But you own up to them. You dont go trying to make the situation worse. Plus I was starting to feel a bit harassed when she followed me and my daughter In the store. Reality check is this: who goes into a place of business, heels on (but been on my feet all day) and 5yr old in tote to steal a small hanging plant!??? I mean seriously how far could I run in that condition!?? Am I gonna leave my beautiful car there!?? Risk going to jail and precious child taken!?? All for a $3 plant!?? I dont think so. If someone is walking towards the carts. Guess what!? They need a cart.

Checked online said they are open till 4:00 . I got there at 3:30 they are closed what good is it to post hours if you are not going to honor the posting . had to drive a hour there and back for nothing because a employee wanted to leave early . maybe thats why nobody is coming ??????

Thought Bullhead finally had a Nursery 😢 I went to the grand opening, all of the plants were vibrant and I saw Dr.Q. I was very hopeful. Returned recently and it was obvious the plants were being neglected. Its a damn shame.

Trees for the back yard ..live in BHC Az needed trees BIG VARIETY lots of shade trees to choose from and the help knows a lot about them ..we got a tree that doesnt lose its leaves ..woohoo ..shade
