They are a great seller through Amazon but as a company they go above and beyond to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I called and emailed the next day to see if I could get the item I wanted substituted. I was friend greeted friendly and professionally to check into my request, they followed up with by email. Not only did they make the switch as courtesy to me but they were still able to get the item shipped promptly that day. I will most definitely order from again and recommend them to others.
