Seller beware!!! I recently sold a 2021 Porsche 911 to bidlane on Oct 1, 2021. Today is Oct 20, 2021, it had been 3 weeks since and bidlane still hasnt payoff my vehicle to the bank yet. I called bidlane 10 times and left 10 voicemails, so far still no responses.

Went in to sell my 2014 228i BMW and I was in and out of there with a check in hand in 15 minutes. I had done my homework and had prices verified at other dealerships before I went. I was referred to by a friend since he works specifically with BMWs and other foreign cars. Tanner is a positive guy that seems like a straight shooter. He is very open and up front about the pricing. I knew what I should get and he did exactly that and even gave me a little bump for not depositing the check. I will go back to sell my wifes X1. I sold my vehicle to Bidlane and person who helped me was very helpful and assured me that they would payoff my car loan within the 10 days. He called my loan company while I was there and obtained a payoff amount that was good for 10 days. After 10 days, I noticed that my loan was not paid off so I called Bidlanes Burbank office and spoke to three different people on separate occasions. Each of them promised to get to the bottom of the problem and call me back. I never received a call and I felt that I was getting the old run around. I asked to speak with a manager and requested the managers info and they refused to provide it. So, I found the owners info on the internet (THANK YOU GOOGLE!) and called him. I told him the problem I was having and how their staff in the Burbank office was giving me the run around. He immediately made a three way call with me and the General Manager who in turn issued a check to my loan company to payoff my loan in full. I would not recommend using Bidlane if you have a loan on your car as it appears they do not have anyone to perform back office functions to answer customer questions and process loan payments. Also, I did not appreciate being treated by their staff like it was my fault for doing business with them in the first place.

Alright so this is a bit overdue, I have to give a huge shoutout to Tanner and Bidlane! I called them on Sunday letting them I had my car appraised at carmax and wasn’t getting the offer I wanted for my car. I was selling a 2020 Civic Type R with low mileage and added features. Tanner and his team was extremely helpful guiding me on the phone knowing I’m in chino and their in Burbank (1 hour distance). I stopped by Sunday to get an appraisal and Tanner spent that time reaching out to upper levels to meet my request. After 30 minutes or so, he came back with the good news and beat carmax offer. Super cool dude and extremely friendly, he explained the next steps and scheduled an appointment for me the next day to finalize the process. NEXT day comes along and I arrive as discussed to sell my car. Tanner made the process extremely easy and took care of all the paperwork for me, to pay off my existing loan, dmv documents, and so forth. BUT, that wasn’t just it, he was able to pay me right away and took an extra step to have the check dated that day because he knew I was headed to riverside to purchase a new car. HE THEN took an additional step because he knew I had no vehicle and needed a ride, he scheduled a UBER ride for me even when I told him I was headed passed chino, to riverside. He didn’t deny me but instead accommodated while increasing the buyout for my car. The ride came out to $170 and he mentioned I was the farthest he ever sent someone a ride to. Haha overall I would say my experience was a 10/10 and was fortunate to have someone like Tanner help out, shoutout to bidlane and it’s leaders for bringing in an individual like Tanner to represent their brand. I was getting my car appraised at Carmax and saw this place across the street (as they intended), so I decided to give it a shot. There was a car blocking the small driveway. The one guy inside saw my car in the entrance and couldn’t be bothered to come out or signal to me what I should do, so I left it at the entrance gate. When I went inside, he was explaining to me that the appraisal wouldn’t be good by the time I received my title, as the car was just recently paid off. That’s fine. But he then went on this explanation of how I wouldn’t receive title for another month or more, and he exuded this very brash, obnoxious tech bro energy. When I told him that his explanation was contrary to what I heard directly from the bank I financed through, he curtly said “they lied to you.” Carmax, for what it’s worth, was super professional and friendly. Just go there.

I went to Carmax and Carvana and this place beat both offers to buy my car. I highly recommend this place. The only thing that made me weary was that they didnt want to give me a paper with my buyout price, I had to take their word for it when I came back later in the day.

Just Sold my 2018 Silverado at Bidlane. Completely satisfied with the ease of process. No pressure, but Tanner was persistent to get me the best offer for my vehicle which is exactly what I was looking for. I waited about 5 days after the bid to turn my Truck in and that was fine with them as well. My Truck was financed through GM Financial and that also was no issue. They got me a check for the difference of payoff and buyout before I left Bidlane.Without going into all the specific details Tanner worked to get me the best offer over what I currently had from other buyers when I went into Bidlane. I was upfront and told him what offers I had after he initially assessed my truck which was helpful to both him and me in the end.To be clear I got offers from :KBB.com with 4 separate dealer offers,Carmax (whos system really isnt for exceptional vehicles)Carvana,Vroom,Trade in Solutions,TrueCar,and a few others not worth mentioning.I did most of all the offers in a three day period and Bidlane was somewhere in the middle of all of that. So I had at least 4 numbers already offered before I ever went in.In the End I had 3 offers all extremely close but I decided to go with Bidlane based partially on previous reviews and the fact that everything seemed completely upfront. They actually were the highest offer in the end by $100. I wasnt wrong in the end. Very happy with how smooth the buyout visit went as well as initially coming in for the offer. I will be checking back when its time to get another new vehicle and sell another before.

Bidlane lives up to their promises. I was looking to sell my 2015 Civic Si and had taken to several places to get a quote. By far, Bidlane was the most efficient.
