Best waxing location of the franchise I have been to so far. Carolina is an great esthetician and does great Brazilian and eyebrow waxes. The owner is also very nice and tries to go above an beyond when it comes to anything brought up to her. Would definitely recommend.

A few years back when I started waxing I was super conflicted about which waxing location to choose, and ultimately decided on this particular EWC branch since it was closer to home, and the reviews were absolutely amazing. I think Ive been here at least 10 times, and each visit is amazing, kind of like my dentist appointments (I LOVE my dentist btw). The atmosphere is very relaxing, the two gorgeous ladies at the front who are greeting you are very attentive and dont ignore you and chit chat amongst themselves and make you wait around.Right when CA was reopening I desperately needed a wax but was unsure of whether I should make an appointment since Im Asian and I did not want to deal with any kind of bad behavior towards me. I went anyway and was greeted sincerely by the same two ladies I remember, and the waxer was very kind and thorough in their work. I did not feel like I was being neglected or mistreated in any way. I have been to other businesses where the moment I entered the premises I immediately felt unwelcome and unwanted, and even heard negative comments made towards me.EWC is an amazing, five-star company and I love that they strive to make everyone feel welcome and valued. Im always looking forward to my next visits!

Very clean and very professional.  They have a great package deal you can buy that really saves you money, especially if you plan on making waxing a part of your beauty routine.  It’s also great they have so many locations, you can make an appointment almost anywhere in the greater LA area.

Alexis was AWESOME! For being my first time she was very attentive to my worries and made me feel comfortable! I will be going back.

This is the place for the best wax experience. Eyebrows, underarms, bikini, whatever. So professional and charismatic. Very clean and organized. Brooke is my favorite and who I recommend to all. She makes the process so easy, painless and comfortable. Usually laughing through my session with her, apologizing to my arm pits for shaving in between appts. Book ahead a time and ask for Brooke!

Amazing first time experience! Front desk gals are super friendly and informative. Rima is professional, kind and as gentle and quick as one can be when waxing. Ill definitely be back in a few weeks!

I went to this European Wax spot in Burbank back in November. It was my time getting waxed ever. I knew the wax would be painful, but the girl I had was not patient at all. It was a horrible experience. Not only that, I paid for a Brazilian wax to have no hair at all, but when I got up, there was little hairs left is VARIOUS spots. The girl mentioned that because it was my first time, I would still have hair. She also said when I come back for my second time, then all the hair could go away. Smh. Come to find out from talking to professionals and other people who’ve done it before, that’s not true. She obviously just wasn’t on her job that night. Or was trying to rush my process due to people waiting in the waiting area. I don’t feel like I was given the care I should have receive to be sore from that experience for two days straight!Also, she gave me exfoliating instructions for the grow back process. And her suggestions didn’t work. The grow back process was horrible and very uncomfortable. I will never go back there again. I prefer to be assisted and instructed by someone who actually cares, and knows what they are doing.

Always a pleasant experience whether over the phone, the front desk, or the wax specialist. Of course the price is a bit high, but you get piece of mind coming here.

Tall Jenn at European Wax Burbank is the best Waxer Ive Ever Had She’s relocating but I’m going to try Dominque Tall Jenn refereed her to me There the best so far I might say they give you a discount your first time!! I love this Place!! There so friendly an the place is so clean!! If you’ve never had a wax or have had one you must try them out!!
