Great customer service. My 9 year old has had ears pierced twice already at a different place, but ears have gotten infected both times. Read yelp reviews, decided to try this place, so glad we did. Girl helping us out mentioned that my child is probably allergic to white gold. So we went with regular gold this time. Hoping for the best.

The girl that works here with the mouth piercing is the rudest employee Ive ever met i my life!(she definitely tops them all smh!) .We asked her a few questions about a piercing and she rolled her eyes and turned around to ask her co worker to help us instead because she didnt want to help us out! I already told a few people about the incident and all of us will be getting our piercing at claires instead.
