Great selection of books. So happy B&N is still in business! Always an awesome place to visit. Love perusing the aisles and finding a gem to take home. Theres a Crunch gym above and a bunch of great stores to shop and eat at nearby plus free parking. Oh, and a big movie theater too!

Was peaceful and fabulous. I love bookstores and this seems to be the only one left. Online and libraries are convenient but theres nothing like the inventory in a bookstore to love. Its magical. I recommend it for everyone!

Always an awesome place to visit. Dont know whos idea was it to build a gym on top of a bookstore. But it does add charm to the location.Wide choice of magazines and journals to write in. And the people here are well versed in literature. Boom 5 stars.

Have always loved going to Barnes and Nobles. Although their books and toys can run a little more on the expensive side I truly believe its worth it to hold a paperback book in your hands and pay a little bit more!

Wonderful selection of books and magazines,however my last visit was not very enjoyable. As a senior, I was trying to review a magazine from the bottom shelf. To do this review I needed to sit on the floor to retrieve the magazine. I was asked to not sit on the floor even though I explained the difficulty in retrieving the magazine. Needless to say I did not purchase the magazine and will find it physically difficult to shop there again for magazines

I had a great experience with Mike M. over the phone. I called in to place an order for an item that my local B&N didnt have in stock but this location did. Mike M. told me he would check to see if the warehouse had the item so they could ship it to me directly, but the warehouse didnt have it so he told me hed make an exception and ship the item directly to me from the store provided I pay for shipping, which I did. The item got here in under 48 hours and I am super pleased! Thanks again Mike!

Ive got to say - the Barnes & Noble itself is great. The staff are great, and very helpful.However, the young man with the dark curly hair working in the cafe was extremely off-putting.Everything I ordered, he repeated back to me in an almost condescending way, changing my words as if I wasnt using the correct language for him.Very strange dude. Not welcoming or friendly in any way, as if I had done something to him. Probably shouldnt work in the service industry. Just my opinion...

They have a large supply of books, of course. But they also have lots of childrens books and high-quality toys, plus cards, magazines, puzzles, etc. And Starbucks! Hardly any customers, sadly.

Ive been coming here since I was a young boy. Their selection of books is great, the workers are nice/helpful, plus they have an indoors Starbucks if thats your thing.

This is my favorite Barnes and Noble. The easiest parking and curated. I feel that Americana and Grove locations are too big and parking is a hassle (especially at Grove). I hope everyone reading supports this location because it was supposed to close and due to Covid, it has remained. Please support the best bookstore left as per assortment and casual book discovery.

“Fast and friendly check-out” is the exact opposite of my experience here. The night team is HORRIBLE. Huge attitude for what is supposedly the neighborhood’s bookstore of choice. As for the night manager, she is exceptionally rude and probably should not be in retail. Do not be fooled and do not give this store another chance. She tried rushing everyone our with 30 mins to close and was treated a senior woman trying to return a book exceptionally nastily

Store is generally nice, but the Starbucks is horrible. Its illegal in the state to deny a cup of water, but it was refused. The guy, who seemed like he could care less about anything, gave an excuse about a cup shortage while he stood behind a large stack of cups, so you could tell he was lying. I informed him it was illegal, but he didnt care. I have had trouble with this Starbucks before with not making drinks properly or adding extra fees without telling you. Stay away!

Last of the great bookstores out there today, it is a frequent haunt for our family. They have a nice all round selection of books, music, toys, etc. plus a nice cafe. A great place to relax and give your mind some much needed rejuvenation therapy.

Books and so much more! In addition to books on nearly every subject, this store has bargain books, calendars extremely unique gifts, and a game and toy section that cant be beat. I can never go without seeing the toy section because they have things like felting kits to make tiny animals, barbie dolls, knitting kits, and just all kinds of fun toys for tiny kids up. The game section is great also. Not to forget the huge book selection and I can easily spend hours in the health and psychology sections alone. Great book store and on line shopping can never replace the experience of a good book store!

Love Barnes & Noble! The people here are always so helpful and knowledgeable; even when theyre busy, theyre willing to lend some recommendations and advice. Theyre courteous, too.Selection of books is definitely a plus; its constantly updating to keep up with new releases, all the while keeping the older books, too. The books themselves are generally well maintained and organized, save for perhaps the Manga section which always seems mixed up because of the confusion between the order of the authors family names VS personal names.Love coming here, even just to browse!

Great place except for the Starbucks cafe inside i asked for a mango dragonfruit drink and got water with mango syrup even though I ordered it without ice it was clear as water worst thing ever this coming from a former barista.

Pros: Nice selection of niche topics. Starbucks located inside with lots of people typing away on laptops. A decent amount of seating around to check out some books.Cons: adjacent to an AMC theatre and occasional bass booms and various sounds can be heard but not obnoxious or constant. Didnt see a bathroom but also did not ask.

Any Barnes and Noble is a spectacular location... More than them its the selection of items that manufactures and publishers are putting out nowadays but Burns and noble does a fine job of displaying them.... And once in a while they even have an author signing.

This Store is great my son prefers this one, they have the biggest Funko pops around and they are great when I need help.

Came in to return a book that I ordered online from Barnes & Noble that I found out was not needed. As far as I know, returning B&N online ordered books at a brick and mortar B&N should not be a problem. It is stated in their online order return policy. Its not a dvd or Nook or anything like that. So, the cashier who helped me said I cant return it at their store cause it is some special order book or something like that and that theyll just throw it in the trash. Really?! She told me to return via mail which I have to pay the shipping cost. After I left, I decided to go to the Americana B&N to do the return. They took the book and refunded my money. No issues or excuses there. Bottom line, dont do returns at the Burbank B&N!

Barnes & Noble I was glad I went to visit to see if they a book in stock I have been wanting to read since last year when my sister was telling me and my sisters about a book shes was listening to. Not only were we gravitated into the series of the book. I love listening to my sister tell us about the book the story behind the series and the author of the book. Even thou the book wasnt in stock I was able to know they could order the book for me. I was able to purchase two books join their membership and return to order the books. Thank you Barnes & Noble for have a great staff great Customer Service. Having a variety of books to read Books where I could spend hours looking at books reading the summary behind the story and learning about different cultures. Friction, Biography, Non-fiction, Educational books, History, Novel.

With fewer bookstores its nice having places like Barnes & Noble still in business. Like most B & N this location is large and has plenty to offer everyone.Employees are always friendly and the store is well organized. My only complaint would be that the location feels slightly rundown and outdated. It could definitely use a remodel inside and out.Parking is usually not a problem, the large parking structure offers plenty of options.

Barnes & Noble is a very large traditional bookstore with a vast selection of books in virtually all genres. Its well lit, well maintained, and provides a comfortable environment. A Starbucks Cafe and long hours make it even more accommodating.

Who doesnt love a place that houses all those books?! Ive always had great service at this location and any time they havent had what I was searching for, they could order it for me. Highly recommend visiting, staying & reading, and picking the knowledgeable brains of the staff :)

Nice bookstore. Parking is a cinch as there is a free parking structure on site. Theres a Barnes and Nobles cafe that everyone mistakes for a Starbucks. They just sell Starbucks brand coffee. Its a great place to sit and read, do homework, etc. They have wifi, but no outlets. Thats the only bummer. Still, really like this spot!

Whenever my daughter needs a new book this is the place to go. There is a huge section for kids to make reading fun. There is hardly any wait in the lines and the staff is really friendly and willing to help you find the perfect book. I recommend this place.

The Store: It is clean and organized. They do have a few seating area.The Service: Besides the staffs at the cashier, there is also a customer service booth. The staff can help you to search for the books you are looking for. They are very helpful and friendly.The Parking: Parking structure (free) sharing with other restaurants, retailers and cinema. During weekends, it gets pretty crowded.

Lots & lots of parking. Great location downtown Burbank. Also across from In n Out Burger for those who enjoy that place. This Barnes and Nobles was huge, very clean, had a cafe as nd I found it to be a great experience going there.

I asked am employee if they had any Christopher Pike books (Goosebumps-esque books from when I was a kid). They didnt, but he went out of his way to order some, not just for me but so the store would have them in stock so a new generation can be introduced to Pikes books. Just in time for Halloween! That type of interest and passion for all different types of books is one of the reasons I will continue to shop at B&N, especially this one. Great employees are invaluable and make all the difference. Greatly appreciated!

I love this Barnes and Noble because its not too big and still has the cafe and a good book selection. Its starting to get more music and DVDs, which will be nice. And still free parking from the mall.

Have lots of digital books on my kindle but something about physical books is still better. My kids prefer physical books to the digital copy too. Bookstores just have a smell to them that is inviting. Glad Barnes & Noble still around.

Its a bookstore! GO THERE!For some reason this war on knowledge and wisdom is also semi focused on closing Book Stores. Even at this corporate-level, theyre arent that many bookstores left anywhere.
