Ann saved the day!For my wedding reception I looked everywhere, every formal dress and department store and I even went to the mall and I didnt find anything.This store is so close to my home, it shouldve been my first option but it was my last resort because every store didnt work out.I called Ann and she was so sweet and made my appointment to come in.When I came in the store OH MY GODthey have soooo many BEAUTIFUL EXTRAVAGANT dresses and soooo many options !Ann you are AMAZING, Professional, You know about style and have amazing taste! Thank you for taking your time with me and helping me find my PERFECT second wedding dress! The women that work there are incredible. Ten or so years ago, I went in, with hardly a dime to my name. And the woman working let me dream and look at the dresses anyways. And encouraged me that I could come back some day and buy such a dress. A decade later and I finally got to walk away with one of their gorgeous dresses. Thank you Ann, for letting me try a dress on the other night. And being so friendly and kind. The dresses are unique, the management superb. So excited to see their location change to main street instead of hidden in the mall.

Ann was amazing! Took my daughter for her 2021 Prom Dress and from the moment we walked in the door Ann was consistently showing effort and patience. My daughter was allowed to try on as many dresses as she desired until she found the perfect one.The choices of dresses were absolutely beautiful which made the final decision difficult. Wonderful show owner. She attended to every single one of our needs, and helped us pick three beautiful dresses. She spent hours assisting us until we found our perfect dresses, and she did all of that with a smile on her face. Would definitely suggest looking at her shop if anyone needs a beautiful dress for any special occasion!

I love this store and Ann is absolutely wonderful! We found a beautiful dress for my oldest daughter at this store 3 years ago so I last week when my second daughter needed a prom dress, I knew right where to go! This store has a great selection of beautiful dresses and if you don’t see exactly what you want in the store, there are more that can be ordered. Ann is extremely helpful! She really went out of her way for both of my daughters, making them feel special while trying on dresses and even helping is to find a special dress staying within the budget we set. We are so thankful for this store and for Ann! I highly recommend this store and I will definitely go there again for my other two daughter’s dances!

Purchased a dress for my sisters wedding because she fell in love with it. The dress was beautiful but she ripped the price tag off of the dress so she could charge anything she wanted. The dress was originally no more than $800. She charged us $1800 because she could. Such a criminal price. Do not shop here. She will try to play games and make up the price.Check her Yelp reviews. Theyre horrible!

Had such an awesome experience with Anne finding the perfect dress for my daughter who is super picky. The selection was vast and the customer service was wonderful. New location downtown Burbank (across from Granville Cafe) is prime; better than inside the Media Center! Thanks again Magnifique Mademmoiselle!!!!!!!!

I don’t even know where to begin with the server you so I applied for this job and they called me in for an interview and I excepted and I was supposed to be there in two hours so this is very last minute planning on their part I was thinking about what the paint stuff was like at that dress shop and that’s when I remembered they only pay 1050 an hour and so I called back and I asked the lady if she can cancel my interview because I was trying to explain to her “for me personally the” and that’s when she cut me off and hung up I was trying to tell her before she Rudely and unprofessionally hung up on me I was going to tell her that the pay wasn’t going to be enough for me to pay my bills and that is my reason for not being interested in the job anymore but instead I just get hung up on. This is by far the worst treatment or professionalism that I have ever received from any place that I have applied to so if you’re looking for a job here don’t it’s so in professional I cannot even begin to explain how shocked I was at thus experience !

Went dress shopping in DTLA then came to this mall after. Saw a lot of familiar dresses. One specifically... was offered $150 price tag in the fashion district, this place tried to tell me it was $480. F- that ....

They were super nice. Great customer service. I order my dress from a catalogue and they order it fast and easy. It turn out really nice then I expected. All an all I had a great experience.
