Frank is the best screen printer Ive ever used, greatest quality, greatest prices. Weve used Frank to print on many different types of screen prints, t-shirts, masks, with many different types of logos. Best quality, we found him while we were coming back from Glendale.

I really dont like leaving bad reviews but the way owner of this place talked to us made me very mad and he made me to come here and leave a bad review. Me and my partner went there last week and explained him we have 9 items to do a small embroidery on the chest with one color. We have our printing place in LA & we want to work with someone who is honest and can give us a good price on the jobs we will bring. Frank asked if we can show him the logo and the shirts, after he saw the job and got all the details, he gave us $35 for set up and $5.50 per item which was fine. We agreed and signed the order form for positioning, color and quantity. A week later my partner stopped by to pick up the job, he gave her an invoice to sign with just the total showing with no other details. She asked if she can have a copy of the invoice & frank said that we will email the invoice. A day later we received the invoice with doubled prices. I called and explained that we agreed on cheaper prices why are you charging double of what we agreed on? He goes like less than 12 i CHARGE HOWEVER I FEEL LIKE IT, i can just give you $15 dollars credit for your next order. I though i didnt hear it right and asked told him we agreed on the prices you gave us that is why we did this job with you, this is not right, but he didnt care and hung up the phone.I think all these reviews are fake, he is offering his client money to leave positive reviews and I am not sure how he is still in the business with his attitude and the way he treat people. Very disappointing Mr Frank.

I called in on a whim after checking Google for suggestions. I was able to walk in with my own pocket t shirts and my own design. I paid for 21 t shirts on a Monday, and was told they’d be ready by the end of the week. I was called the next day and picked them up before closing. I really appreciate the attentiveness and smooth process.

I came in here last minute with an idea for a shirt. Spent $30 and was out in 5 minutes with my product. Lovely people and service.

I’ve been going to R&R to get my company’s promotional jackets embroidered. The quality and service are top notch. I also comparison shopped their prices and couldn’t find anyone that compared. Ill only use Frank and R&R, thanks for being my spot.

The BEST embroiderer I have ever worked with. I have so many nightmare stories about embroidery vendors and Frank is absolutely a dream to work with. I am a sample maker and always need embroidery, R&R will always be my go-to destination. I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Within minutes he produced a premium product with a pleasant attitude. Needless to say, my wife and I were more than ecstatic to have been serviced with such quality and care.

Awful. Completely destroyed two different team jerseys for two completely different reasons. Apparently he didnt realize his machine can turn white numbers pink on a red shirt. The owner refused to give us our money back, and seemed to not care.
