I’ve been looking for furniture for about 2 months and wasn’t able to find anything my style. I stopped into 5star just to look and found what I was looking for but not in the correct color. Victor came over and found something even better! If you decide to try out 5star ask for victor he will make sure you leave out of there happy.

Its taking forever to get my furniture. I paid in full in February and still have not gotten it.

I do not recommend this Furniture, I order a 3 piece sofas sets and they only send me two pieces they didn’t give me a call before they arrived explaining why they forgot the other piece, i called and salesman Otto who assist me that day, had a bad attitude over the phone saying that wasn’t his problem that the other piece wasn’t available yet that’s why they didn’t sent it just giving slot of excuses... I also bought a 4 piece dinning set marble table and the Chairs are soo horrible to assemble the instructions are not right I have almost like 4 different persons help me out to assemble them and they can it’s too complicated to assemble (Because due to COVID they can’t assemble nothing even if your okay to pay extra for it...) not worth it at all do not go there!

First and last time i will be shopping in here. I purchase a living room set with a rug for delivery, and also a bedroom set. 1 they send me the wrong rug after repeating it to the sales person so many times 2 they didnt send my matress. Not only that but when i call they try telling me i never wanted the matress and wanted to chargee an xtra $100. Worst furniture ever! Ill start shopping for my furniture right across the street where they got better material and service as well.

Was not truthful about the delivery date of furniture. When called about updates the sales rep tried to avoid me. I would never shop here. They will lie to get a sale.

I am not the easiest customer to work with Im very indecisive when it comes to big purchases and the salesman was patient and helped me decide on what I would be happy with. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very confident in my purchase. I ended up buying a dining room set as well as a bedroom set.. I am very satisfied and happy with my furniture, they are of good quality. I would recommend this store to my family 👌

The new owner is sooooo rude. I asked for the number to the finance company and he basically blew me off because he didn’t want to look for it. He was SUPER Loud and disrespectful. I have bought at least 10 pieces of furniture from this place and even recommended people, but I will NEVER go here again.
