Unfortunately the old counterbalance in my window broke resulting in a smashed window. I made dozens of calls to find a repairman and it turns out that repairing a window is a small job nobody wants. Many glass repair businesses took the info and said they would call back and never did. Ive lived in the area for over 20yrs, I must have passed by this place 1000 times.I was driving around Town looking for help, and my eyes caught this place.Thank God!All I needed was to replace a small piece of glass for my old Bathroom Vanity.The job was completed in 5min.I didnt have cash on me at the time,, but the Guy said it was ok to bring it back later.I was truly appreciative of that level of service. 5 $tars, for sure!

He had me drop off my frame to his house, we agreed and signed an agreement. Then, the next day, I received a text and told me that he can not work on my order. No reason whatsoever.

Poor service. Was told that our order would be delivered 3 times and no one ever called to cancel. On the 3rd time when I called again to ask where it was the guy said he would deliver personally and still never showed up with no call. Will NOT be using them ever again.
