DONT LET HIM OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!I walked in to ask about getting a ring with sentimental value re-plated with gold where it is starting to wear off. He took it from my hand, then the phone rang and he went into the back, I assumed to answer it. The next minute I hear this grinding sound and I shout for him to stop - he had already started grinding off the gold that was still on the ring!! He then came out and told me that he wouldn’t even re-plate it, that I should make the decision to just remove it all. That is NOT what I wanted, but he took it upon himself to start destroying it before even finishing the consultation!

I definitely got VIP treatment at Burbank VIP Jewelers. I went to get my wedding ring resized and in the process I learned more about my stone and ring sizing. Job was complete the next business day. Very nice, fair, trustworthy and a great view of the Burbank Hills from their showroom.

Jack was absolutely amazing. He provides top-tier service for jewelry including cleaning and resizing. I was able to get my fiancees ring resized very quickly for a very reasonable price and with the best-quality work. He made sure that none of the stones were going to fall out easily and he welcomed us to come back in several months to get it rechecked. I definitely plan on taking more future jewelry needs (including purchases) back to this shop.

Jack is super awesome. I just got engaged and needed my ring sized. He got it done in 24 hours and even cleaned and secured some loose diamonds. I will be going to Jack for any of my ring needs.
