When dealing with a business that you want to make custom one of a kind parts for the design of a new product, you want a company with a solid reputation and a shop you can trust. I called at 10:42 AM on Tuesday April 16 2019. Someone answered the phone Hello. i said sorry I may have a wrong number, I was calling a business. Sh got a little smart and said I do not know what number you dialed so I dont know who you are looking for. Would you not say something like you reached CNC Burbank. Then again he should have answered the phone CNC Burbank. It was his smart attitude that turned me off. If I am willing to spend top dollar to get my parts developed, I want a trustworthy shop with good customer service. His smart attitude was not what I want to deal with. I went back online and typed best machine shop and picked another shop.
