Called on a Friday evening and they came over the following day. Easy simple set up. Had a father-son duo that worked really well and efficiently together. Super friendly and patient. These guys are amazing! I texted them some photos and a request for quotation, --and within minutes I had a quote and an appointment. They came out *NEXT DAY*, cleaned up the broken glass, and replaced my shattered window in 30 minutes! I received OEM glass. I paid cash. All the other shops I contacted didnt have availability for 6wks and were quoting 3hrs; that includes both my dealer and Safelite, et al. I was referred to Elias Auto Glass by Seattles best body shop, Interbay Fixed Auto (Thanks, Charles! 🙏).

The owner is a great and reasonable guy. Very fair pricing and is mobile! Cant ask for better service from him and his wonderful team!

Where do I even start? If I could give Elias Auto Glass 100 stars I would. I needed to get my windshield replaced for my 2007 Audi A4 and my insurance would not cover it. I started by calling a ton of glass repair shops to compare pricing and then I stumbled on Elias Auto Glass and right away his quote was $50 less, bingo! I went on Yelp and saw that people were leaving them great reviews so I figured Id schedule an appointment. I called them on Monday, and theyd scheduled me in Wednesday between 9-10 am. Come Wednesday Kevin and his partner Nghia showed up at my house around 9:15 AM wasting no time they began to replace my windshield. They were punctual, friendly, professional, speedy, and wasted no time. By 9:45 AM we were shaking hands as they headed on to their next job. Thank you Elias Auto Glass! PS Im not a big reviewer but I was so pleased that I felt obligated to do it; plus we should all help out our local small businesses.

This is precisely how an appointment with them went down:-Ring my doorbell-I hand them the car keys-Kevin and his son replaced my windshield in my driveway (30-45mins)-They return the keys and receive paymentIt was super convenient, especially during this crazy pandemic. They were friendly and fast, needed my rear window replaced sooner than later and they provided great service. But they didnt give me any options of type of rear window style/tint replacement like every other company I called. Which now I have the wrong tint style and have to get it corrected. Make sure to be specific if there are options or different types of windows or expect to get the wrong one.

Showed up late and charged $20 over. And very nice work.

UPDATE: May 22, 2019. Windshield they replaced is now CRACKED after only a few months from substandard brand. What a waste of money and time. Got in touch with the owner but they hung up after I told them that they had put it on and that I had given them the negative review. Clearly, these people don’t want to make this right.Save the trouble and headache and go with Seaview Auto Glass. Rob did a great job and the windshield he used was just like OEM. HUD finally displaying like it was before and glass is actually speckle free. And it’s Pilkington brand.UPDATE: April 3, 2019. They never touch base with me like promised in the reply below, of course. What a bunch of liars.Original post:BEWARE of promised quality and brand vs actual glasses use on car. Cheap for a reason.I was promised Pilkington glasses which is BMW OEM quality for windshield and two windows. I just noticed yesterday that only one window is Pilkington while the front windshield and other window is some chinese brand called Fayou. The new windshield now shows halos from on-coming cars with LED headlights. It also has speckled marks that are distracting in bright sunlight and my head-up display is now incorrectly sized.Tried repeated attempts at contacting. Nothing. I know theyve seen and heard my messages but they refuse to respond.

Elias Auto Glass responded to my text on a Sunday afternoon almost immediately. Said they could come to my home the next day to fix some damage. They were there first thing in the morning for $50 less than the company my insurance suggested. 100% will use them again if needed. 100% recommend to anyone else.

Great Job!I spoke to Kevin who was friendly and able to come to me the same day I called. In fact, he came by within 2 hours. The other places were telling me tomorrow, the next day, or next week. (Like I really want to drive for two or more days with a busted window chauffeuring a two year old.)They were done in a little less than 45 minutes and were cheaper than the others.Awesome job & made my day a whole lot better knowing my car was taken care of. My car was broken into last Friday night, and one of my windows was smashed. On Saturday, I texted Elias auto glass and asked if they could fix the window on Monday. They conveniently fixed the car while I was at work, and vacuumed it entirely. I didn’t have to do anything besides leave my key in an accessible place, and was able to pay them over the phone. They communicated with me the entire time and thoroughly repaired the damage. Thank you!

So, Long story short .I was scheduling an appointments with other guys two days in a row. First day they said that they can do it,but 1 hour after they called me back and ask if they can replace my windshield next day, I said OK. We scheduled an appointment for next day afternoon. Next day at appointment time they didnt show up and denied to answer on a phone calls so because of their unprofessional and unresponsible have to struggle for a third day. Hopefully i found Elias guys whos was able to come next day and fix my windshield for 20 min for a better price.Nice work Guys .

They made a special trip to my house over the holiday weekend to wrap my window until they could obtain a window to replace the one that was broken. They were fast, friendly, and did an excellent job. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
