Small shop for furniture, but they unfortunately couldnt mix and match the items we liked (they came as sets). Everyone was very nice and helpful

They promised me to deliver in four weeks but I didnt get my order in eight weeks. Calling every time they are transferred my call from one person to other and every one blame each other even the manger or owner didnt take the responsibility of their failures. The best way to check other furniture shop.they hold your money and waste your time.

Wish I could give zero stars. Bought a bedroom set with mattress set & living room set from the Tacoma location. They took weeks to deliver my furniture, kept pushing it further & further because they forgot to order my living room tables .. then finally got my delivery without my tables or my mattress set. & now there saying I never ordered the mattress set because the girl didnt write it on the receipt but I was charged for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEYVE BEEN NOTHING BUT A HEADACHE!!

This furniture store have a bad review. I wonder why because when I ordered it was delivered on time. Price unbeatable. Quality superb. Definitely will use them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! HORRIBLE customer service. We bought a bedroom set from here. the lady was nice but didnt speak very good English. I tried to make sure I was as clear as could be. We dont have a set schedule so I needed to make sure the delivery people would be there on time and call us in advance. She promised they would. That NEVER happened. I had to call her, she couldnt remember me or my order. She said she would look into it and call me back, that also NEVER happened. When I called her again she said she would call me back. I told her thats what she said the first time and she said she was busy WHATT?? I am a paying customer and you were helping me shouldnt I be priority? They got there late and my husband was late to work. the reason they were late was cause a customer before us requested their furniture be set up (which was not scheduled, and the decided to do it). So since they were late to us we asked if they could set up our furniture as a courtesy and we were told NO, they had to contact the owner and would have to come back. I will NEVER buy from here again nor do I recommend anyone to buy from here. Their customer service is horrible and yes the prices are cheap, but after seeing what they delivered you get what you pay for. HORRIBLE experience. I would pay a little more and go somewhere else. Discount furniture is GREAT!! the only reason we didnt go to them was cause we maxed out our credit line with them. I wish we would have just waited and went to them.

Went their and it was past time for them to be open and it wasnt open. This was when after I called them and they said theyd be open.

I just got my 3 piece sofas and dining table everything was fine in till next day that i saw that my sofas were ripped and i been calling every single day response this is my first time buying from Hispanic people and my last i am Hispanic not racism but they just lie and still from people not fair

I purchased a sectional sofa last year ($850) and there sofas are so cheaply made ...the springs are hurting my back when im sitting down, the stuffing in the couches are pushed to ones side, the couch looks lumpy now....the leather is peeling off! Very cheaply made! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THERE FRURNITURE DOES NOT LAST LONG.

Bought a dining room table and a sectional... They delivered the dining room and 8 chirs into my apt but said they were going to take a break next thing I know they were getting into their vvan and left... They left my sectional which was in 2 huge boxes outside my front door... Was pissed

I got a sofa from them I told them I need it delivered before 10am was going out of town I been wait after he said it not a problem just called he said he forgot and was not able to deliver tell 2pm I have to be on my way to make it on time at 10am pissed ready to just go get my money back for real
