These guys are the best! Every time I call they’re friendly and super helpful. Cheap delivery rates (at least for me in Burien), and they were able to get a couple yards of 5/8 crushed minus delivered to me in about 15 minutes. Awesome service!

Received my first delivery from Burien Bark today. I had a couple yards of medium bark, and garden soil delivered. The bark is a beautiful red/brown and I am excited to use it! The delivery was smooth, and they worked with me for spots to dump the soil and bark. People were personable, friendly, and helpful though the whole process. They were a joy to order from and I will make more orders from them in the future!

Great place, busy as a beehive, but all workers masked and distant (now, a good thing). Quickly loaded bark in our pickup with no special maneuvering required. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Yay! This was our first visit. Well go back soon!

I purchased a yard of the garden mix for my raised beds. To my dismay, the 10% sand advertised is actually rather coarse gravel. Additionally the mix was absolutely littered with bits of trash. Plastic, metal, broken glass, etc.I regret my purchase and absolutely will not be giving my repeat business.-=EDIT=-Im unable to reply directly to the owners response to this complaint, so Im editing my original post.I understand that using municipal compost sources can be hit-or-miss and I cant reasonably be too frustrated with the trash problem.However your response completely fails to address the fact that my garden beds are full of gravel. Considering that you clearly read my review, this seems like an intentional omission.

They carry cedar chips which a lot of places dont. Was quick and easy to pick up and delivery to Seattle is less than a place 3 blocks from my house wants to charge.

We use their MooDoo on our flower gardens - looks good and stops weeds - AND theyll take the bags back for reuse.

I cannot praise Burien Bark enough! From the first call I got great service and prompt, punctual delivery- the bark to finish my landscaping is perfect- super friendly and helpful driver too.

They have bark and gravel, you can also take to dump your concrete here and yard debris, is small and sometimes is hard to find a space but if you are patient or go early youll be fine. Oh yes and I believe they also do deliveries,A plus is that they help you to dump the yard waste if your truck is not a dump truck

I didn’t really know what my expectations were when I went to buy landscaping rocks, but Burien Bark exceeded all of them. I went in on a Tuesday morning to see the types of rocks they had and get a price quote, and by Thursday morning at 7:57 the rocks were at our home! I can’t praise the service higher, and the price was roughly 40% of what we would have paid through Home Depot. I will continue coming here when we need rocks/bark.Thank you!

Burien Bark does a great job in the pricing and delivery of 12 yards of fine pitch bark. We have a narrow, steep, winding road to our house. The driver (Robert Weezendonk) handled the ordeal with no troubles, and delivered the bark perfectly. He even brought a shovel to help move some of the bark so it would not fall on my driveway. Great job!

I made many trips to Burien Bark this Spring and I am impressed with the fast friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They carry quality products at a fair price dont make you wait.

I was expecting a delivery for nursery blend topsoil Saturday from 10-12 noon. It never showed up. I called and they said they can’t find the ticket or computer record of my order. They then located my tickets out of 70 tickets. He said Tuesday is the new date. Then I asked it to be expedited today or soon. He said there is a chance today it could be delivered but he doesn’t know. Basically no he can’t. Very unprofessional on the phone as well.No customer service skills by owner Rodger L. “He said no no no there is no way it could be today we are way too busy.” I said yes it was to be delivered today. He said you had your yards wrong by 1 yard. “Maybe you are wrong”. No good owner says that to a customer. Shasty service by a man that should never solve problems for his company.

Quick and easy to get supplies for my yard.

The staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed a quick patch with some 5/8ths minus and they showed me the different gravels and then filled up my truck by the time I left. It was smooth and perfect.
