Terrible experience. I bought new tires less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems with them. They were installed incorrectly. One of the tires was even installed backwards. Ive been back a number of times because they leak. One time they replaced the valve stems. This last time, was charged $70 because they blamed my rims instead of their workmanship. I never plan on going back there!

I compared Wiygul shocks and serpentine parts to what I could buy parts directly from Tysons Mercedes and found that Wiygul prices were 30-40% higher than if I bought parts myself directly from Mercedes at TysonI do realize that Wiygul does deserve some profit for purchasing and handling these parts- but was not willing to pay what I felt was an unfair markup on already high cost parts.I contacted Marcos with my concerns about the extreme mark up on the parts cost & Marcos was very helpful in developing a more fair price for the parts needed to complete work.I appreciate Marcos’ efforts to find a more appropriate cost for the parts, and recommend that Wiygul review it’s pricing parameters for high end vehicles.

Very kind and helpful employees. Had 2k+ worth of work and they were honest about what needed to fixed immediately and what could wait. Unfortunately, I had to take my car back due to a issue with a belt, but I feel that was more an issue with the part than the mechanics. Absolutely wonderful customer service though; most of the employees will ask you how your day has been and everything! They also sent me a link to view pictures of what needed to be fixed - which was extremely helpful and made me much more confident in the genuity of the service!

Went in to get new tires and oil change. My inspection sticker does not expire until NOV. I asked him if I could get my inspection early to save a trip. The shop called me a few hours early and said it would be $1,600 more to fix the exhaust. I said I will wait for next month… he said I already scraped your inspection sticker off. So now you have only 15 days. I feel this is not right. I understand I failed. But I had until the end of NOV to get it fixed. I will not be returning to this shop. I feel it was almost extortion to try to make me move forward with the relaxing the exhaust now.

I recently had the oil changed in my car at a fast service located in the Burke Centre shopping center; however, I needed additional services they did not provide. As I was leaving, I noticed a Wiygul Auto Clinic located in the area and stopped to see if they could do a wheel alignment and tire rotation. I was surprised when they told me they could have both completed in about about an hour or so. While they were working on my car I started asking questions about other services they provided and found them to be a full service garage. I was impressed with their courteous professionalism and obvious desire to do a good job, plus I really appreciated their ability to answer questions and explain details about work being done. By the time I took a leisurely walk around the shopping center, my wheel alignment and tire rotation had been completed and their service charge was very fair and actually less than I expected. The employees at the Burke location are incredibly courteous, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They even helped fix my bike which was out of alignment so I could ride it home while they serviced my car. They went beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car in for second opinion. The shop I had it in was telling me I had to put 2800 into the engine to repair it.I had a friend that had taken his vehicle there and said they were good, so I have them a shot.185 dollars later I was out the door with my car running great. It was a simple fix but required some one with the tools and the knowledge. Thank God they have both.Professional, courteous, clean and knowledgeable. I wont be taking my cars anywhere else.

Went in for new tires, they installed the wrong type of tire, upon making the manage aware of the issue, they replaced it with the proper type of tire. They were very professional in dealing with the issue.

I had scheduled an oil change and inspection for 9am, but i got there early and they took my car right away. There was no one there to do the inspection so i thought i would have to go elsewhere for that, but midway through, they told me they found someone. So I was done almost before my appointment time arrived. Super polite and pleasant staff, clean and welcoming waiting room.

Highly recommend Wiygul! I had to bring in my 2008 Audi for A/C issues, resulting in a new A/C kit, hose, recharge, etc and was very happy with the work done. The team at Wiygul was communicative, gave me a loaner, and showed me what was broken and what needed to be done, including a reviewing the issue with their master technician. I ended up doing the safety inspections this year (usually husband takes care of those) and it was a breeze. My front tires had an issue and the technician took me back into the bay to demonstrate what was going on and found a great price on some nicer replacement tires.The second appointment we had a routine service done that would take a few hours and one of the gentlemen gave me a lift home so I wouldn’t have to wait around.Definitely will use them again for any repairs and complex services, and for VA’s inspections.

My daughter is a student at GMU and had a flat tire over the weekend. Another shop tried to sell her two new tires, said the flat was unusable. The guys at Wigyul Burke did an excellent job for her repairing the tire, mounting the spare, and got her on her way. She said they were nice and professional. My new go to place when she has car problems away from home.

I was a walk in for state safety inspection for my motorcycle. They were fully booked. However the inspector heard my request and said “i can take you now its a motorcycle theyre quick” i was in amd out in 20 minutes. Hats off to professional. Clean waiting area and shop. Polite and engageing employees smiles all around.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. They heavily overcharge you for parts and labor as well as up-sell you on everything imaginable to try and pry into your wallet. This place is a scam and I will definitely try my luck elsewhere from now on.

I’ve never gone to this particular Wiygul in Burke but I always use their services for all my vehicle needs. This particular staff was absolutely wonderful! They were very professional, accommodating, and they explained the process of what was going on with my vehicle services. Hands down the BEST experience I’ve had.

Here’s the short of it, we spend $3,200 (we’re fine w/ that, the car needed it) and asked them at that time to do a detailed inspection of the car and were told after the repairs we made it looks great! The check engine light comes on a week later.. My wife brings it in and they tell us it needs another $1,800 worth of work. My wife and I come in, obviously upset and the staff member helping us at first was arrogant and constantly interrupted us while trying to speak. Also, 4 days after getting all this work done and a “detailed inspection” the battery dies.. If they had done a detailed inspection, he’ll even cared a little bit they would have seen all the corrosion on the battery and should have said something.I took the car to 3 other shops that day where they were quite lower in price, much much nicer to speak to AND all told us that it wasn’t an urgent issue as Wiguyl stated.

Customer service is exceptional and my car drives like I just picked it up from the new car lot. Very communicative. I will take my car here again if anything happens to it.

Waiting for parts. That I understand. We are waiting for a left headlight.Although I think the price is reasonable, I was a little disappointed I had to pay the entire costs before it arrived.I was advised the bumper would be a different colour, close but not exact, than the rest of the car. This is disappointing. I had the repair done three years ago and the bumper was exactly the same colour.We’ll see how this works out on Tuesday, November 24,2020.George is a good guy, decent, a gentleman.

I was looking for an honest opinion on my son’s car. He’s a college student and I need his car to be safe. Every time I take it into the dealer it costs me hundreds of dollars. I spoke with George and he understood my concerns. I brought the car in and it was thoroughly checked out. I received a detailed email, including pictures, describing issues that needed to be addressed. Everyone there was professional and kind. They worked with me and I feel I paid a fair price. This is where I will take his car from now on!

This is my go to place for oil changes. Their office is always clean, staff has great customer service and I know they wont charge me for anything extra. Much better than your typical gas station oil change (combined with bad customer service).I would recommend this place to anyone in the area (even those outside the area)!

Very professional service. I used Wiygul for my state inspection and they found that I needed new rear shocks. After receiving a quote I found fair, they started work immediately. I received a free ride back home while they worked on my car. Great service and would recommend them.

I called them at 4:00 on a Saturday saying my battery died and they saw me and changed out my battery before they closed at 5! They were so nice and so quick! They saved me from having to walk to work! Great service 10/10 would recommend.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism at this Wiygul location in Burke. There was a little issue and the way they handled it was great. I have an Audi A6 and sometime European cars take a little more knowledge to work on well. I will take my Audi back to Wiygul.

Work seems to always be solid quality. Can be pricey compared to other shops but appropriate for all the amenities! If I don’t want to walk they’ll give me a ride and a really nice lobby with a clean bathroom to wait for your car.I did have an issue with an employee verbally harassing me twice for trying to prove he made a mistake the shop needed to remedy. The manager who helped me resolve the issue was very helpful & the employee has become very polite since the issue was resolved. Despite my distress at the time I feel they deserve 5 stars because my vehicle issue was fully remedied & the employee seems to have learned a lesson.

The people are wonderful but the cost is very high for example your cost to do the left front side of the side of the car is include lift up the car and dismount the engine and do the job. The cost of the right side should exclude the lift of the car and the dismounting of engine cost.The battery cost and labor cost is very high.I paid $3250.64 while any other shop will pay much less.Sadly l did not get any discount for Seniors or handy cape People

I just needed a headlight repaired, but they put it up on a lift and did a brake check, as though my brake pads might affect my headlight. Then, they told me they needed to replace rotors based on measuring only the pads. I took it to a different shop to have them inspect the brakes independently. I dont want to pay for new rotors when I only need new pads.

Wiygul service was quick, they drove me home and called Uber to return me to pick up my car.I had a synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $50 plus tax from a coupon sent in the mail, the mechanic listed 5 other things he felt needed done for $750, I declined at this time to have these items done, one was a interior air filter for $78, I bought one for $28 and installed it my self, the service manager was very helpful.

I was pleased with the communication and quality. I called to get a new set of tires for my daughter and they didnt have what I wanted in stock but they quickly were able to get them for me the next day. We dropped off the vehicle and had the job completed with an alignment. They kept us informed on the progress due to being short handed it was taking a little longer than expected. I went to have them look at mi car’s AC and they gave me two different diagnostics, when I asked why it was so expensive, They told me that that’s what the warranty suggested, even if it is not necessary to replaced the whole system they wanted to stick with that, at the end it took about an hour and a half to do the paperwork after I told them I did not wanted to proceed with their suggestion, very disappointing.

I can only comment on oil change. Wiygul changed the oil for my car and my wifes car, and both times, explained what they will do, and did what they promised for the price they quoted. Nice to have no surprises. The only reason Im not giving 5 star is because they did not remove the protective sheets when I picked up the car.

The Customer Car Care Representatives were very friendly. The work performed on the car was exceptional and the price was also exceptional. The owner met with me to personally thank me for the business. They truly do provide a family atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anybody.

I had the folks at Wiygul Automotive do my emissions inspection to renew my trucks tags. They let me drop my vehicle off early & were done even before my scheduled appointment. They also saved me money with the coupon on their website.

All I can say is these guys are top notch. They provided free concierge service due to the Covid restrictions in place. This was such a quick and convenient way to change my tires . The have a complimentary shuttle that took me home and in an hour and a half I was able to pickup my car . They didnt try to add any additional charges like other places!

George was the service manager who worked with us. He was fabulous. I took my Honda Pilot in because I had an indicator light showing low tire pressure. The crew checked it out and determined both my rear tires were in bad shape and recommended I replace them. They also adjusted the alignment. Work was done within 3 hours. Very impressive!

Rip OFF, never take your car here. Check out their reports with the Better Business Bureau and on Yelp. My issue, I had a simple issue and they recommend 5k in repairs. I gladly took my key back and drove to the nearest dealer for my vehicle. I explained the situation and the shop foreman took it apart and looked over every part that was recommended. He walked me through it under the jack and said the shop was right about one part a 400 fix. All together the repair was a 500 fix. Two things should help you understand their fraud. One, wiygul recommended battery replacement. Yet the photo they sent showed their computer reading the battery in good condition. THERE BATTERY PRICE 225. My conclusion, they will try to rip you offThe dealer advisor said it best, thats a lot of work and I would gladly take it, but its just not needed.

These guys have been taking care of my Honda CR-V for 13 years. I brought her in because the air conditioning wasnt working well. They gave me an estimate for the air conditioning repair as well as some brake work that was going to have to be done soon, and based on this information I was able to decide that it was time to retire the vehicle. They knew I was on the fence on whether or not to put any additional money into the vehicle and didnt low ball the estimate just to get me to spend the money. It made my decision much easier. Got a new Honda CR-V that, God willing, these guys will be working on for the next 13 years.

Ive been a customer for several years and have always been impressed with their service and pricing. I had to take my vehicle to the dealership for a recall repair and was quoted almost $2000 to replace just my front axles, and told that Id probably need the ball joints replaced as well for an additional $600.I brought my vehicle to Wiygul and had them replace both axles and ball joints, the serpentine belt, wiper blades, perform a synthetic oil change, state inspection, and give me an alignment for less the the price the dealership want to charge me just to replace the axles. Wiyguls prices were in line, if not under, Kelly Blue Books Fair Repair Range. All this and they supplied me with a loaner car at no charge for the day. Great place! Would highly recommend you try them out for yourselves.

I spoke to Jorge about the situation, he understood my concern and I went right in. Instead of waiting I was offered a concierge ride! Jorge texted me ( per my instructions) within 2 hours and he gave my the detailed estimate with photos. I had 2 front tires that were worn and because they were particular to my car Jorge drove to the tire store to pick up my specialty tires.
