It was my first visit and I was not disappointed! I got a piña colada sushi with coconut jelly (nata) and it was delish. The young man who took my order was very helpful since I didnt know what I should order. I will go back to try different things.

Very unique concept and a good vibe to this trendy tea cafe. Drinks are indivually sealed with a clever machine to prevent spilling with a spike straw, so handy for travel.There are plenty of optional healthy + traditional drink toppings to choose from, but I enjoyed just the delicious specialty tea blends alone.

My family loves their bubble tea. We like to get ours on the rocks...not blended. I really like that they will cater the sugar in the drinks 50% ...30% etc. I really enjoy the rosehip lemonade 30% sugar. But I like tart drinks.

We love getting different teas (usually milk tea) with boba🧋. The app is useful for ordering ahead and earning reward points. The staff has always been friendly and thoughtful, particularly if a flavor is not available at the end of the day.

Oh my god, the drink I ordered already sounded amazing when I ordered it (passionfruit green tea), but once I tasted it, I was definitely NOT disappointed. it tasted amazing and it was made perfectly. it was also my first first tasting boba and it was definitely worth the extra few cents. it tastes good, and I dont mind it being a little chewy. the lady behind the counter was very friendly and even complimented my makeup~ I am DEFINITELY going to go back to get some tea, even if it isnt at this specific location. its definitely worth the money.

I ordered online. I showed up and they asked me to pick different flavors. I wasted time and money. This happened on different months. They need to update their app to reflect actual inventory.

Went in for a specialty drink and it was overpowering in sweetness. tasted like straight up strawberry syrup out of a straw it was not the vibe

This guy was so nice, he was the only staffed and still banged out 7 drinks in under like 4 minutes. Super impressive and nice guy. The lid on my drink wasn’t sealed well and along with a very sincere apology he immedietly fixed it. Super great service by this place.

The barely visible dirty storefront windows to the store tell you everything you need to know.The staff are usually congregating together and are not attentive to customers as well.The place is a mess. However its sparse teenage followers probably dont mind.

Nice place! We spend like an hour here just playing board games. The drinks and the prices are good. The only thing is that they didnt have high chairs, at least I didnt see any... I had to chase my toddler around a couple of times but other than everything great...

The boba itself was perfect (texture consistency and flavor), but the drinks themselves were beyond too sweet. We ordered 70% less sugar for all drinks, but they still came out tasting sickly sweet. The best of the bunch were the mango slush and house milk tea. But the taro slush, passion fruit slush, and honey oolong drinks needed 50% less sugar.For the price we paid and the size of the drink...it was sadly not worth it.

Okay so long story short, I dislike tea. It’s just lightly flavored water to me. However, I’ve finally found a boba place I enjoy because they have slushes!!! The strawberry one was basically like ice cream, super sweet but still good, and today I had the mango slush with lychee crystals at the bottom. So fricking good. My bf loves the basic house teas and honey boba.

Out of all the locations in the area, this is probably the worst one. Theyre all a bunch of high schoolers that cant seem to stop socializing and do their job instead.

UPDATEOriginally it was a good place, but the past two poor experiences have ruined my satisfaction of KFT. At a previous visit the order was wrong and we were unable to be refunded, and were advised to go through the bank. This last visit they were only able to fulfill one drink out of two. Once again the employee was unable to do anything and I’ve had to reach out to my credit card company. Not worth another trip.

Great atmosphere and a nice place to get a drink and talk with friends.

Overall a great place for bubble tea. I have been to many bubble tea places but this out does all of them. Sometimes the staff can get off task but overall the staff are very friendly and helpful. They almost always have what I order but there have been occasional times where they didn’t have a drink that I wanted. This is also a great place for kids because they now a fuse ball table available for anybody along with a large selection of board games. There is an option on the menu for everyone. I would definitely recommend checking out Kung Fu Tea!

Terrible customer service. Employees were rude to me and careless with the drink. It didnt even have a cap on.

Ordered via Uber eats. Store gave the wrong order and then proceeded to say they can’t do anything about it. I’m fact they said I should go to the bank and ask for a refund. The guy on the phone seemed to want to blame the issue on Uber Eats when clearly one of the KFT staff members messed up the order. You’re better off (way better off) going to the Springfield store.

💔 they had a leak in their cup and it made a huge mess while I was driving.

Cashier was friendly, tea order was correct and very fast. Didnt stay long but the store seemed clean. Have been to other good Kung Fu Tea locations and this one was just as good. Would return based on this visit.

I was a happy customer, but they have not addressed my issues with the app. Essentially, downgraded my reward tier and have said someone will contact me to resolve the issue many times. This has not happened. I refuse to go back.

Bubble Tea is my sons Favorite, I first time tried in Chai Time London,UK. After that I was fan of bubble tea. I was passing near this place & my son wanted to go there. The staff was nice & drink were good.

The tea are good. If the grand kids had there way we would be there every day.

Ive been to Kung Fu Tea twice. Both times were disappointing. The first time the tea was very weak and yet bitter. (Bobas were a great texture and plentiful. However, they were hot, which melted the ice and left it with a watered down tea.) Tried it again today with Matcha, and it was just as sad. The matcha was chalky with not enough ice. Again, the bobas were hot, which left me with a watered-down chalky boba that I could feel on my teeth later throughout the day. It was a terrible gift that kept on giving, and one I wish Id never received.

They didnt have the lychee black tea OR lychee jelly which they normally. Do in other locations
