Reasonably priced, fast, friendly and professional. Took less than 2 weeks to completely gut and remodel our upstairs bathroom. Very happy with the results.

We recently had a bunch of work done by Kitchen and Floor Master, and I can recommend them highly. We had our kitchen and master bath remodeled, hardwood floors refinished, and some new carpet as well. All of the work was done very well and we are extremely pleased with the results. The whole company has been great to work with from beginning to end. Dominick was super-helpful throughout, and made sure that everything was done the way we wanted it done (even when they had to re-do a few things to make me happy). Carlos just did outstanding work, and was always very careful to make sure things were done the right way. The whole project was done on time and on budget, and the price was within the range that we expected. All in all, were very happy and I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

I had a very nice experience with this company. The price was about what I expected, and the work was done quickly and everyone who visited my house was very nice. I never noticed anyone not wearing a mask while in my condo, and they did use tarps to protect the floor (as well as booties for their shoes).I have recommended them to friends.

Kitchen and floor master did a fantastic job on our master bath. They arrived on time and did a great job. Cleaned up after they were done for the day and worked late many days to stay on schedule. They even finished earlier then they told us it would be and were very easy to work with. The price was competitive to other companies and they dont start until everything needed was in which is a real plus.

We just had carpet installed by Kitchen and Floor Masters and it looks great! Its very soft and nicely installed. I especially like the install on the stairs. The best part was the price is all-inclusive so we didnt feel nickled and dimed. Also, the company is taking covid very seriously and getting their employees tested often. The employees in the show room always have on masks and bottles of sanitizer are scattered through out. We had the upstairs and stairs installed and it was done within the day. Communication with the team was great. They also do hardwoods, tile, kitchens and baths. Theyve been around for over 30 years and have lots of experience with the products they sell and with the northern VA area. We were recommended to them by a friend and will pass on the recommendation to others.

We had our new carpet installed last week and absolutely love it! Its must soft than our previous carpet and the color was better than expected. The crew was also very friendly and we were treated professionally throughout the process. I would highly recommend KFM in Burke, VA.

I was redoing floors from carpet to hardwood in some places including the stairs. They helped me choose the right fit for the house and helped me get the right quality carpet and wood. This also required basically a rebuild of the stairs and railing/bannisters, which turned out beautifully.

My husband and I recently hired Kitchen & Floor Master to replace the hardwoods in our top floor & main level. The floors look gorgeous! Not only do they look beautiful, but the project was supposed to take 4 days and only took 2. We are very pleased with the final result.

We have just finished a full bath remodel with Kitchen and Floor Master of Burke VA.From the beginning our design consultant gave us great advice. Once the work began the workers showed up every day and worked full days in order to complete the job. The senior worker was well-versed in all aspects of construction and remodel. All of the questions, concerns and choices that arise during a remodel he pleasantly and skillfully addressed.The project manager was a pleasure to deal with. He was always “can do” and wanted us to have “exactly what we wanted.”This is not the only job that Kitchen and Bath Masters has done for us. Throughout the years they installed hardwood flooring, carpeting and a remodel of a powder room. Each and every time we were very pleased with the work and the scheduling. They have our highest recommendation.

We had carpet replaced in three bedrooms, foyer, and two sets of stairs. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. The stairs were done in 2 different styles, and the new york is done very cleanly and looks wonderful. The furniture was moved and replaced to my requests. Very professional and very pleasant. They were also very conscientious about covid.

My parents have used them many times over the last 20 years. They carpeted their bedrooms many years ago, a few years later their Basement and couple years ago they had them install Exotic Hardwood floors on their entire first floor and completely remodel their Kitchen with beautiful cherry cabinets made by Wellborn, so I knew their service and quality of workmanship is very good; however I had a fixed budget to work with for remodeling my master bath and to install Oak Harwood floor planks on the first floor except my kitchen which has ceramic and its in a good condition. I got 3 estimates from other reputable companies and got a rough estimate from Home Depot ( its a zoo in there) and Low’s.Kitchen and Floor master price was in line with Low’s and Home Depot but much less then the other three companies plus I was very impressed with their knowledgeable staff, especially with the designer, floor specialist and Amy with that welcoming smile.The entire work was done in less than three weeks, even though I did change my mind on a few decorative items in my master bathroom, but Dominick their project manger was able to get them quickly and make the changes on time. I am very happy with the end result and I will recommend them to my friends,family and colleagues.

I couldnt be happier with my completely new kitchen. The staff and crew were great. They kept us well-informed about everything along the way and finished within the estimated 3 week timeline! How often does that happen with renovations?The work was great. I was very impressed with not only the attention to detail, but the fact that they quickly addressed the minor issues that popped up along the way (issues that are going to happen with any renovation). The crews were professional and did a very good job of cleaning up as they went along.I would highly recommend them!

AVOID. My family and I have used this place for years (25 to be exact), but finally calling it quits. The carpet itself looks great (Even though it looks completely different than what I picked out in the store), but just not worth putting up with everything else. They are rude in the store and install was an atrocious experience— no masks during COVID, tore up portions of the walls, and did not anchor the thresholds of the doors upon completion.Called the store to inquire about getting the thresholds properly nailed down. They were left barely nailed back in, and with a light step can be dislodged. Was told that the crews do not carry that equipment, and it would have been impossible for them to have reinstalled the thresholds. ??? Why would anyone want their thresholds left like that? Isn’t that part of the job to have it put back in after installing the carpet?It was alarming enough that the install crew was sent with no masks to be worn while interacting with me. They were rude and upset in response to me kindly asking them to put on a mask upon entering my home. The attitude after that interaction lingered the rest of the time they were here. I didn’t think it would be too much to ask for them to pop on a mask while interacting with me, but apparently it was. The store defended the installers saying that it’s too much to wear a fabric mask while installing the carpet and disregarded the heath concerns I proposed of them going in and out of peoples homes. Again, I was only asking them to wear a mask while interacting with me; they could take it off during install in the bedrooms.Side note— good luck if you’re a woman, you’ll be spoken to like you’re stupid.

I cannot say enough wonderful things! The work is well done. We love our floors! And the customer service was fantastic. Everyone was friendly and professional (which we found is not the norm). Overall, we highly recommend Kitchen & Floor Masters and will be contacting them again for future projects.

We just had Kitchen & Floor Masters do our kitchen remodel and we couldnt be happier. They had done all our hardwood and carpet over the previous years and they were very dependable and easy to work with that we decided to go with them for the kitchen remodel. The store location is so close by making it very convenient if you need to stop in or if they need to run to your home. They met me at the counter top stores and walked me through the various granite/quartz warehouses, guided me with their expertise and recommendations on what would work & look good, etc.. Phil was wonderful and very dependable in the design/decision process and Dominick was very good in running and supervising the work to be done. They responded to emails and text almost immediately. Their work crew was very polite and good. The whole process went very smooth and I would recommend them, for sure. We are very pleased!

The team at Kitchen and Floor Master just redid our entire house except for the basement. They gave us a brand new kitchen and three brand new bathrooms, they painted the entire interior and gave us new hardwood flooring for much of the ground floor and new carpet for the second. The result is fabulous, and the work done by every team (tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) masterful. If you possibly can, hire them. Paul, who worked with us on the project, and Dominic, who oversaw it, are both as expert as they are gracious, and the teams that work for them, every one of which has been with them for a long time, are peerless. This was our third home renovation over two decades, and although the first two were very good, this was superior in every respect: from the pricing to the perfect quality of the work done. They took no shortcuts, there were no surprises, everyone who worked in our house was unfailingly polite, and in doing the renovation, Kitchen and Floor Master worked really hard to minimize the disruption on our family. We cannot recommend them enough. It is hard to imagine a company that can do everything needed better than this one, and at an affordable price. The result is work that is absolutely superior. Friends of ours marvel at it. A five-star company in every respect.

We had floating laminate floors installed less than 5 years ago and there are major gaps in between the boards in every room we have. When we first used them, they did a shoddy job and had to call and ask them to come back again to fix some trim and molding. They simply glued trim in between our dining room and kitchen and almost immediately it lifted off. Since then, weve had to nail and fix it several times ourselves. Ive lived in homes with floating floors before and never had had the issues that weve had with these. The only reason we went with this company is because the previous owner used them to install the kitchen flooring and wanted to match it. (Which they denied that they installed the kitchen floor when I called recently to ask about all the gaps showing up. I have all the historic emails to prove otherwise.)

They have done work for me personally and just finished a total kitchen remodel and I am so very pleased. Whatever you need to have done on your home, you should be delighted with results. I had both carpet and hardwood installed. The installers were universally pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and efficiently. No mess, no fuss. Cleaned up. I cannot tell you how worried my husband was about the installation. He was delighted. So am I. I LOVE my new floors! Highly Highly Recommend. No fear Here! BTW - They are in the Kohls Shopping Center off Burke Centre Parkway. They have been there for about 30 years.

We just had our whole kitchen redone by them and I was completely satisfied with their work. They were able to give me everything I wanted and help me make decisions when I didnt know what I wanted. The work started on the day they had scheduled and there were no delays along the way. Their workmen were polite and did a great job. They responded to every question and concern immediately. I will be going back to them next year when its time to renovate the bathrooms.

Being a first time home owner had me nervous and scared on what company to trust and get the best bang for my buck. So I discovered Kitchen and Floor Master from driving around and seeing there truck parked in front of Kohls I decided to call and schedule an appointment for a free estimate on my kitchen. When I called the receptionist was very friendly and made me feel comfortable with moving forward with my appointment. A few days later there designer came to my home and took measurements while going over my ideas. Not only was he open to hearing all of my concerns he was also giving me input on what he thought would work best for me. Within a week later we came up with a great style and design for my kitchen. As we moved forward with remodeling my kitchen things really started coming along. The workers kept my house neat and clean inside and out. All of the trash was hauled away each workday. The Project Manager stopped in several times to check on the job and took pictures of the progress. After a few weeks my kitchen was completely finished and I couldnt be any happier.

We just completed a full kitchen remodel and it looks fantastic! The staff is professional and courteous. We had several estimates to remodel 35-year-old kitchen. Not only the best estimate, we added additional items to be completed (carpet, closet doors, fuse panel, etc.) and still under the other estimates. Crew cleaned up every day, never leaving a mess. Home construction, particularly kitchen, is very inconvenient and stressful. As expected, experienced minor inconveniences but very little stress as we knew the timetable in advance, what we were responsible for selecting and by when (granite, back-splash, appliances), and a lot of products they have in their showroom for easy shopping (cabinets, tile, carpeting, sink). Cannot say enough for their attention to detail and making sure the customer is happy/receives what they want. We have two more large household projects, no doubt we are going with this company!

They helped us remodel our kitchen and refloor/recarpet our whole house and did it quickly, cost-effectively, and with care.

They redid our kitchen: cabinets, counter tops, appliances, kitchen island, recessed and under-cabinet lighting, backsplash, paint -- the whole works; everything but the floor. We got several estimates; theirs was about the same as one of the others in terms of cost, but we liked their design better so we went with them. They worked with us to refine things and come up with a design we liked. The work took a little longer than their original estimate, but we are very happy with it. Everything looks beautiful!We did have some minor communication issues (stuff like people showing up on a Saturday without calling first or having no one show up a couple days in a row with the work still incomplete due to some materials not arriving, but not calling to let us know what was going on), but these communication issues are no worse than weve had with similar contractors in the past. Sad to say, it seems to be a pretty common thing, so we would not let this deter us from using them again. They did a really nice job for a reasonable price. Overall, we would recommend them.

Call them to come and give and quote on our home said would be out between 5:30 and 7:00 showed up at 7:30. Call main office to find out when to expect the sales guy,person on phone was very rude said doesnt have his # he gets there when he gets there and said our business is not worth his time. Sales guy showed up with only a measuring tape and a piece of paper asked what we wanted and I told him, he looked around and said 20 thousand and left, that was 3 days ago and havent heard back from them since. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM EITHER
