Burke Hallmark store is fantastic! I love this store! The staff is great, and I love Hallmark products. I went there to pick up my ornaments. Half of the ones I wanted were not in the bag I went to pick up (Hallmark will package the ornaments you want and have them ready for you if you fill out a wish-list prior to ornament release day). Two of the ladies helped me locate all of the ornaments I was missing, and helped me ensure I got all of the ones I wanted. They were fantastic! So, it worked out for all of us! I got all of the ornaments I wanted, and I spent about $1000.

Very friendly and caring staff. I wish they had a bit more on staff as sometimes at busier hours there are longer waits, but it makes sense to keep staff small because its not that big a store and is usually not busy. Join the rewards and youll be able to afford to shop here.

Love going to this hallmark! When I was younger they had the hottest toys and still to this day they do! The staff is always so kind and helpful!

Lovely store. Very clean. Fantastic and nice staff. My only comment is that the store is filled with...well...stuff. I couldnt tell if I was in a Hallmark store or a tourist store. It felt gimmicky.

Have been shopping here for many years. The store has a great selection of cards candles, ornaments, Vera Bradley items, and other items. I find the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They also handle special orders very efficiently.

This particular Hallmark store is amazing! The selection of gifts is comparable to a boutique you would find in Old Towne or Georgetown. Aside from the Hallmark brand gifts, they have such a wide variety of cool and trendy, as well as traditional gifts for any occasion for women, men, and kids of all ages. From Scout & Vera Bradley bags to 4Ocean bracelets to Jellycat stuffed animals- this is your one-stop shop that you will surely spend hours in! Also, they keep their inventory fresh and updated by rotating in gift selections from local artists. This store is a true gem....and their employees are delightful as well!!

I would not have given any stars for this store. I stopped in for Christmas Eve 2019. Looking for the Christmas Angels of color that other Hallmark Stores carry during the holidays. I was truly sad to find did they not only not have the angels but there was no section for the mahogany cards nor were there any cards or gifts for people of color. I love Hallmark Gold Crown but this store is truly a disgrace to the brand. They need to fix this and to be so close to Springfield and within the DC Metro area. All thumbs down for this store.

The most unfriendly staff but located in a diverse neighborhood. I live walking distance from this location. Questionable reputation as a company.

I havent been to Hallmark in a while. Spent two hours there because i needed a lot of cards. I thought I could find some funny ones but found more sappy ones than i care to mention or ones that were not funny at all. Ended up buying ones that just had a saying on the front and i wrote my own inside. Hallmark needs some new writers thats for sure. They had a lot of lovely gifts, however.

This store has great Christmas decorations and candles. They have great stuff and gift ideas, but I was there the other day and the young lady who was the cashier was so unfriendly and it was very offensive to see such poor behavior especially considering shes dealing with the public. Management at that store needs to do something about that. Thats so not ok, very disappointed with that experience, and the fact that I shop there often. Also do not attempt to pay using a hundred dollar bill, they do not except them.

Went here on a Winter weekend looking for Crocs sandals since my daughter regularly goes to an indoor pool for club dive practice and needed a new pair. We noticed the store attendant including the young girl helper never once asked us if we needed help. When we finally asked if they still carry Crocs, the older lady replied no seemingly annoyed and the young girl laughed like she thought its funny. I am 100 % sure they used to sell crocs because I got pairs before. Its a very nice Hallmark store, bought many items in the past: Precious Moments figurine, Life is Good products, cards, etc.. I was appalled by the attitude, seems they need to brush up on customer service skills or maybe stop being selective on how they treat customers.

I have never liked the Hallmark stores, because they are too expensive the items they offer, such as a miniature airplane model for $ 15, while in other stores a plane of the same size, material and weight only $ 5 see? Truth is that they have very nice things to sell, but their prices are not, in my opinion, the right ones.
