Last week I walked into this place and there were three employees in the far back corner and no other customers in the store. I asked the guys what I needed to do to get my motorcycle inspected and one replied that they are weeks out for servicing and the only way to get it inspected is to get it serviced. I explained that I didn’t need my motorcycle serviced, only inspected. He replied basically with oh well there’s nothing I can do about that. Pretty poor customer service. I’ve actually reported this to the department of public safety because I don’t think a business like this can turn away state inspections when required. On a positive note I went right down the street to Freedom Powersports and they said bring your motorcycle in anytime and we could have it in and out of here inspected in no time. I guess that’s where I’ll take my business.

Poor poor customer service skills!!! The bald man was on the phone when we walked in, we waited until he was done to ask him a couple of questions. A few more minutes passed and he completely ignored us. Until we started walking out he asked what we were looking for and we said motorcycles and he mumbled “oh no we’re out” he obviously was not interested in our business.

Beware of greasy owner. Salesperson told me that titling an off road vehicle for street legal use was no big deal and that they could help me get it done. I was told they could even give me a temporary dealer tag until then and it would be mailed in a few days. So I bought a bike assuming I wasn’t being lied to. After the sale was final, I was told by phone that no dealer tag would be mailed and that it was my problem. I spoke with the owner who was immediately defensive before I even explained what I needed (huge red flag). Owner’s excuse was “I sold you an off road vehicle” and then outright accused me of lying about what the salesperson and admin person both told me. I was advised by a supervisor at the county tax office that Burleson had charged me an amount of sales tax on a vehicle that didn’t require that amount of sales tax, meaning Burleson is putting the excess in their pocket. I’ll be reporting them to the state and BBB. Other than that, the bike is great and I got a fair deal. However, I won’t be giving these grease balls my business again.

Nice folks. I like the family atmosphere, seems the the owner and family work there. Also I had some service done recently and i appreciated the updates as progress was made, there were some delay (but not their fault) and they contacted me with a plan, BEFORE I had to call wondering what was going on - like at other larger dealers.

I bought my R1M from here in 2015.I left a dealership in North Houston which had two in stock at the time, to go pick one up from Burleson. Thats should say allot.On top of that, when I got there, the customer service experience was great. If I ever have to buy another bike, I will make the drive again to deal with a good company, but my R1M is still running like a champ so it might be a while.If you live in the Dallas area, buying bikes from here should be a no brainer.

Hands down the finest Yamaha service department in all of north Texas! After one dealer said they couldnt fix my Venture, and another dealer never bothering to call me back, I took it to Burleson Power Sports. They fixed it right up! Honest, trustworthy, competent, and just excellent. Yes, there are three Yamaha service centers closer to where I live, but Im going here from now on.

Ive been going here for years now. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. My sons and I have all bought bikes from this dealership over the last few years and have always had great experiences from everyone involved.

I had my fuel tank valve start to leak on my 98 royal star. I had looked around and received numerous prices. When I called your store there was something very different from all the other calls. This difference was incredible. Meagan was incredibly helpful and worked to solve my problem in the easiest and most efficient way possible. She accomplished this with flying colors. I was notified when my part came in and she even made arrangements for my wife to pick it up. Which brings us to Phillip. Phillip made sure that the part ordered was in fact the correct one by physically opening the box and inspecting the part. He also checked the part sure it wasnt damaged. Phillip and I have worked together in the past as I have had my bike serviced there previously. Several months later I developed a fuel leak. the warranty was no longer valid, but he told me to bring it in and he would see what he could do. When I arrived he assured me that he would take care of it. when it was ready, he called me and informed me that there was no charge. and they even welded up my seat bracket. No Charge!!! As a former service manager I extremely impressed with the level of service provided. I will promise that not only will continue to due business there for service but will investigate any new purchases here as well.

I traveled from 6 hours away to purchase a brand new and somewhat rare Yamaha R1M. From the first conversation with Adam, the Sales Manager, to meeting the team in person, I was very impressed with the overall experience.It was comforting to be able to meet the owner, who was also a motorcycle enthusiast and very knowledgeable about the machine. He even assisted in troubleshooting an issue I was having with my motorcycle trailer restraint. I highly recommend Burleson Powersports for your motorcycle and outdoor equipment needs.

First time here, I had a rear tire replaced. I had called prior and they took me right away. Everything went smooth and staff was friendly. Reasonably priced in my opinion. I like having a shop I can count on for my safety.

I personally want to thank Adam for helping me out in trading my old bike in for my new FZ-09!He helped tremendously.He even told the team to clean up my throttle bc it was new with the glue. So he is pretty great.Great place to come too! Definitely will be back!

I think most business here would be good. However, after two bad experiences I felt I should share. The staff is great, but still human and makes mistakes. Still not a problem as I understand this. I drove almost 4 hours to have a warranty recall performed on my machine as they were highly recommended. I had an issue immediately following service and was instructed to return machine for repair. Things happen I understand. Then another issue arose from initial service shortcomings, and again instructed to return. Everything was good until the owner spoke to me as I should be grateful they were taking care of it. They had my machine a month, and never even apologized for all the inconvenience or wasted money. I will find another dealership, or may even switch brands after all this.

Great place to get a motorcycle, jet ski, ATV. Ive bought a motorcycle and a few ATVs from Burleson Powersports always a good experience. Service department is great as well, very knowledgeable guys there. I dont have any reason to go anywhere else!

Bought my husband a brand new Yamaha Raider SCL this weekend. He absolutely loves the bike. The service was great. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Answered all of the many questions we had. Made the financing process very simple. Will be repeat customers!

My Main use of the dealership is the service department. Everyone at this place has been friendly and as helpful as they can be. The atmosphere is welcoming, the place is clean, the waiting area is nice, and there are often donuts :) . The service department has always been prompt with my scheduled appointment and has given good explanations and/or directions for follow-ups.

Awesome place. Went in a couple of times to get some warranty work done on the FZ and so.e other stuff done to it. By far the best experience Ive had at a dealership. Everyone up there is super friendly and very willing to answer any questions you have.

I bought a Yamaha Stratoliner from Adam. He was great to deal with. I could not be more pleased with my new bike. I had some concerns and spoke directly to the owner-Harold and he was willing to take the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. I had some custom parts put on and dealt with Billy in parts-again I had no trouble getting what I needed. Then to top off my experience I got to deal with Phillip in service who listened to my concerns and steered my right. The mechanics are awesome to deal with after the work is done-Dallas and Mike would go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work that had done on my bike. Kudos to the entire staff. Again if you need a good bike and a dealership that is honest. Come out and ask for Adam he will be there for as well as the entire staff.

Good prices on full helmets. Megan was very helpful in selecting mine. I will be back for rated jacket.

Burleson is quite a drive from my home but I am glad I made the trip. I was looking for something very specific - a mid-sized ATV that would fit in my horse trailer along with my horse and carriage. Pulled in with my horse trailer, the ATV I was considering was brought out, tested for fit, zipped through the paperwork, left with my new Kymco ATV. I would definitely recommend Burleson Power Sports!

Good to the core people beginning with Harold the owner to Philip in the shop whom, because of his commitment to excellence in the shop has no lack of work. I purchased my 2007 Venture from BPS and they are the only service center I permit to work on my pride and joy even though its an hour haul from home.

Got my leaking fork seals replaced on short notice and I was able to ride practice with my son at his race this weekend. Lots of memories made this weekend thanks to your guys effort. Its very much appreciated.

Sold out and didnt know when they would get more jet ski instock. Bought 2 from another dealer..adding to my review. Call them up the other day asked if they had all filters for my Jet skis. I had the parts I was looking for told me they would set Them out on the counter. When I arrived parts were on the counter and I Was able to pay for it promptly. Change in my writing from 3 stars to 4 stars

If there was a no star thats what it would be I paid over 1000.00 to get my bike fixed and when I get it back it wont stay running, stuff is left loose and falling off the bike, when I call to talk to the owner about it I cant talk to him or get a call back so I cancel the payment because all they did was charge me a bunch of money and didnt fix anything... Then I get a call from the county saying there about to issue a warrant over having the payment canceled. I still have not gotten one phone call from the owner. And now I had to pay the county so I didnt have a warrant this place is a joke.

I was in your shop on Saturday 4-2-16 around noon time. I needed 2 bolts for a raider tail light. Your shop didnt have it in stock but the parts guy must have spent 30 minutes going through the store trying to find me something that would work. He found 2 bolts that were very close. He even went to the back, brought out a fender for a raider to see if they would work. They went in perfect. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge. I didnt get his name but he did a fantastic job going above and beyond.

I couldnt ask for a better team of service techs for my bike. They are always fast and flawless.

Took 2 dirtbike wheels for them to swap tires on. Charged me 75.00 cracked my rear rim, and the bead on the front tire isnt even close to being seated. Not sure whats going on over here but Id say far away. Pretty dangerous not checking the bead, or noticing a crack after install.

Had a wide variety of side-by-sides for wheelers and motorcycles on the floor and the Personnel behind the counter was helpful

Called on Saturday 12/20/14 to get a recall service on my motorcycle. They said the recall was expired and would have to call me back on Tuesday 12/23/14 because they had to get in contact with Yamaha Corporate. The service guy took down my name and number and I never heard back from him.Update got a call back on Tuesday 1/2/2015(changed rating to 3 star). However bike was serviced and returned to me on Saturday 12/20/14 by another local Yamaha dealer.

For the last 6 years the staff here has provided me with great service on my bikes. This is the most knowledgeable bike shop in Johnson County. From sales to service, I always get what I pay for.Chad

I got an excellent deal on a used bike. Very nice people. They could use more accessories though.

Very disappointed in their professionalism, took my used Yamaha blaster in to have service due to it being a used quad. Long story short I had told them I had a problem with the back brake locking up, the advised me it was the brake cable. Had them change it as soon as I got it out to ride the cable broke. Dropped it off for a warranty, guy calls me stating I needed additional work done to the brake and wanted to charge me additional for work that should have been done the first time considering that was an issue I brought to their attention. Needless to say I dont recconend these guys to anyone . I will say they took care of the issue at no cost but were not friendly about it by any means.

I have been to places like freedom powersports and had a very bad experience so to say the least I was hesitant to try Yamaha again due to having great experience twice with Honda but this place rocked! Adam was very helpful to get me in and talk to Analisa to discuss all the financial details, which she explained to me in ways I understand the process. They both together were very nice, efficient, and honest.I highly recommend going to see them. They do not waste your time, I was in and out within 2 hours. I live in North Fort Worth and driving to Burleson was well worth the drive to deal with service that they provided!

I have tear 2 credit and they wanted to rob me of 1500 down a on buying a YZ125,when it should have been 0 down. They tried to screw me on my trade ins also. So I contacted BPS and Adam was awesome he gave me what I wanted for my trade ins,0 down on our 2019 YZ125,and just a pure pleasurable experience at BPS. Stopped in this past weekend just to browse bikes for my son. Not a word from anyone for a while until service guy (nice guy) finally came over to talk to me. He went to get a sales guy to answer my questions. Sales guy didnt seem like he really wanted to be bothered. Told him I was looking at bikes for my son and I described his size. Sales guy said, Sounds like we need to get him in here. ........Yeah, I know. Just stopped in to check out your shop and ask some questions. He half-assed answered a few questions. I asked if they still had a Honda CTX 700N in stock I had seen on their website. He showed me to it. Then I said my son was interested in a Vulcan 900. He said, Thats a Kawasaki. Im a Yamaha dealer. ..........Buddy, I was just sitting on a Honda....at your Yamaha shop. Anyway, Ill be buying my sons bike elsewhere. This is a great dealership and shop! These guys are honest and knowledgeable. I recently moved from Granbury to Cleburne and quickly discovered that I wouldn’t be able to do business with Freedom powersports in cleburne because they’re rip offs and idiots. Luckily I found Burleson Powersports could handle all my motorcycle and Atv needs. I’ve been dealing with Atv shops for a long and this is a good one.

Took ducati 1098 in for tire change. They didnt have rear socket to change out tire, so they ordered the correct socket for next time. They did manage to change the front tire for me at a price of $58 out the door. Very economical since most places charge a ducati premium.

My 2002 Yamaha Roadstar 1600 has NEVER ran better. A throttle cable was loose and had dirty carbs. After adjustments and carb clean by Burleson power sports, it is 62TB6NQK running so smooth. I was given a fair price and appreciated not being treated differently because Im a girl. We will come back for all our toys.

Purchased a bike there. Everything was ok until the OWNER of the dealership tried to nickle and dime me for 9$ for two bolts that I took off the bike I traded in by mistake. He did this after I bought a 13,000$ bike from him. I have NEVER been nickled and dimed so bad in my life. This wasnt my worst experience buying a motorcycle...it was my worst experience buying ANYTHING...ever. He accosted me as I am getting ready to leave on the new bike. Got in a little argument with him about it...Most passive-aggressive person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Called Yamaha and the BBB on him. UGH! Never going back.

TEXAS OHV STICKERSBuyer beware - This dealer charges an extra $5.50 per Texas OHV sticker on top of the $16.00 the state charges. I have called and reported them to the Texas OHV Program Coordinator. I feel this is taking advantage of a state program. I have called 3 other dealerships that sell the OHV stickers and none of them add their own fee. Burleson Powersports has lost my business.FROM THE TP&W OHV DEALERS ORDER FORMTexas OHV decals are sold to dealers and OHV venues in booklets of 10 decals per booklet. Each decalsells for $16.00 per decal, therefore each booklet sells for $160.00. As Texas OHV decals are resoldthey must be sold at face value only and State sales tax is not charged. After each booklet has been soldout of decals, please mail the empty booklet back the TPWD’s OHV program manager at the mailingaddress found on the front cover of each booklet.NOTICE IT SAY MUST BE SOLD AT FACE VALUE!!
