We have used this company before. Sam is always thorough and won’t send the truck out until it’s done right. I did have a long wait but not as a result of ProTruck- parts issues. Yes- there customer service is at times lacking but as busy as they are it’s not a big deal. I’ll hopefully not have to be back soon, but when I need a truck guy i’m definitely going to ProTruck. 👍👍

This place has terrible customer service!! They dont answer their phones and keep your trailer way past time it was suppose to be ready and not call you or let you know whats going on the tell you and price and charge you double!! The guy that owns this place was very rude and inconsiderate I would never recommend this place to anyone!!
