I dropped my car off on to have the AC repaired. When picking up the car the AC was fixed but now my radio and AC vents were broken. And when trying to get out of my car now my driver door handle was broken. My husband called to complain and they basically told him there was nothing they could do because it was “already broken” before they worked on it. And that we would have PAY for them to fix it for something they broke. So I go with one thing broken, and leave with three more things broken. NOT happy with this place. This is the first and the LAST time I will ever be using them. Waste of my time. Don’t waste yours and go somewhere else.

Went in for an alignment. Was told I needed my struts replaced for a total of $1200. Took it to the dealership to be checked out and nothing was wrong with the struts. The front lend was perfectly fine. If you are a woman I wouldn’t go in there.

BEWARE-All they are interested in is money. I didn’t want to give any stars because they left my sister and my 97 year old dad outside and wouldn’t take her to a car rental Interprize down the street. Plus tried to it was my fault for getting a radiator from O’Reileys and not getting one from them. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Went to a place near my work in Saginaw and they wanted $1500 to fix my a/c issue in my truck. These guys fixed it for $800. Good and honest work. Will definitely come back here to solve any other vehicle issues

Dropped our vehicle off at 8am for 1-2 hour diagnostic, scheduled the day before. Said theyd call when done. We finally called them at 3 30. Not impressed.

Took my truck here the other day to get a second opinion on what was wrong with it because another mechanic had quoted me close to $2000 to fix some issue with the engine, which didn’t seem to add up to be the problem. So after taking it here after work and dropping it off, the people here called me back the very next morning and told me what they found and got it taken care of that same day. I showed up that day after work to pick it up and happily paid my bill of $149 and drove home. I will definitely be going back for future mechanical issues I can’t fix/figure out myself. They’re honest and fair and treat you with respect.

Very satisfied and happy!! They saved me thousands on unneeded repairs. I had taken my SUV to get a quick oil change at another quick lube place before our vacation trip the next day. They pulled me out to my car and said I needed to fix my front end or my wheel was about to fall off. They were sending me to another shop that would do the repair for $3200.00. I panicked. Im supposed to leave on vacation tomorrow. While they finished my oil change I called Stowes auto because I knew Brian. He asked me to bring the car by. I drove straight there. I gave them the paper i received from the oil change that listed my major issues of my wheel about to fall off. Stowes experts, actually all of them and the owner Randy combed over my front end. All they could find was a loose nut that a cotter pin had fallen off. They tightened the nut, placed a cotter pin in, and had me on my way with only a $35 bill. I know all those guys took a lot of time to look over my car. Their time was worth way more. I appreciate their honesty and dedication to doing whats right for the customer. Ive put 10k miles on my car since then. Still running great with no issues. I cant thank Stowes auto service enough for saving me $3165.00 of needles maintenance. God bless you guys!

12-9-18 My pickup up and stopped on me and tow truck driver recommended this shop for my electronic problem. I got a rental car and left it with them and in short time traced it down to simple blow fuse and fixed me right up. Great service with far price definitely recommend and use them again.

Super honest people ... Good on their work and word. Always call you before doing anything and lets you know up front what needs to be done ... Got frustrated with them a while back but it wasnt their fault, just got stressed out. Ive been to another shop close by and they tried marking me up so i moved the truck to stows and they squared me away cheaper letting me know the parts on the truck where not that expensive (87 gmc).. And they stick by their work.

Took my truck in for brake job front and rear which included the front rotors being changed with drilled and slotted rotors and carbon metallic pads two containers of Dot 4 brake fluid rear drums and wheel cylinders as well as rear brake shoes I asked for the master cylinder to be drained and filled with the new Dot 4 fluid and I also asked for my old rotors and drums to be placed in the bed of the truck I picked the truck up on the way home the pedal felt worse then it did before the brake job I also noticed the rotors which where labeled on the box as right and left and I also had wrote on the bag of each rotor right and left they were installed on the wrong side I next popped the hood and clearly saw the brake fluid had not been drained and filled but just topped off also did not find my old equipment in the bed of the truck I called back and spoke to Bryan as he was the one I was dealing with and told him about the rotors being installed on the wrong side and about the old equipment not being with the truck and then stated to him that the fluid was obviously not drained and filled as I paid for it to be but it was just topped off he assured me it was and told me to bring the truck back and they would swap the rotors from left to right....After being lied to on the phone I decided just to cut my losses and not take it back but to just do it myself like I should have done to begin with I went to swap the rotors out which isnt a that big of a deal just a little time involved when I found that the front pads had NO brake grease on any of the moving parts what so ever completly dry mind you I did this two days after picking my truck up so it isnt like it melted away or something I next drained the fluid from the resevoir and clearly saw this was the original brake fluid from day one I took pics of the fluid after draining it straight from the resevoir to a container I then filled with new dot 4 fluid and figured I better check the rear I am glad I did the drums practically fell off in my hands they were so far adjusted away from the shoes no wonder the truck wouldnt stop and the pedal felt terrible there were 6 contact points on each drum and they were dry as can be so I then had to pull them apart and lubricate with the synthetic brake grease I paid Stowes $250.00 for this job and I provided all the parts and I ended up having to do the job all over myself at one time before Stowes was sold it was a very good shop I never heard or had any complaints my father use to carry all of our vehicles there this was the first visit after the buisness had been sold and nor me or my father will be back it was a total waste of money and when I called I gave Brian an out I told him it honestly did not look like the fluid had been changed he simply had to say oh sorry maybe there was some miscommunication and bring it back and we will fix it but no he assured me it had been changed well I have the pics of everything I said to prove every word of the above statement. Its my two cents to avoid Stowes in Burleson at all cost.
