My battery on phone was expanding and causing my phone to come apart. Aerial was the young lady behind the counter helping me. She was extremely professional and friendly. My Hubby & I bought new phones yesterday. While we are pretty savvy for our ages, there’s still a Lot that swishes right over the noggin!! Couldn’t have been treated better!! Daniel was our helpful Sales/Tech guy. He was wonderful! He told us our options & then explained the difference in their purpose as well as their price. I never once felt I was being talked down to. When you get grey hair & you’re a woman, quite often you are talked down to or worse spoken to with this sweet voice one would use in talking to a toddler!! That can Boil my Blood!! But Daniel was nice, very courteous, and very sincere. An asset to your business & you should recognize him!!!

Jason helped me switch over from iPhone XR to the new Samsung Flip 3 and I couldnt be happier. Amazing service and an amazing new phone. The screen is bigger and better for reading and the camera is literally phenomenal. 11/10!!!

This store in particular gave me the best customer service I have ever received I was assisted by the manager Jason and also by Albion (Al) both helped me get into a new phone get everything set up and was patient and super kind to me if you want great customer service I highly recommend you go see these gentlemen I definitely will be going back and only to this AT&T store.

Tony and Edgar ROCK! I walked in wanting to switch from Verizon to AT&T and they sat with me to work me through every discount available I qualified for. They mentioned how if I paid a one time annual fee of $12 to join AARP, then theyd waive my $90 Activation Fee! Ummmm YES please!!! I walked out having both lines switched over and a line added for FREE and for just $150/ month. Waaaaaay cheaper than Verizon. And would not have known about any of the discounts if these two fine men hadnt taken their time to work with me on seeing what discounts I qualified for. Edgar and Tony, thank you for going above and beyond. AT&T customers for life🙌

Edgar was great! Getting a new phone line is right up there with getting a car, usually a long drawn out difficult process. Edgar made it so smooth and FAST! He got us an even better price than we expected. His service was above and beyond what is the industry norm. I will 100% be going back for all of our mobile needs.

Firstly, I hate going into cell phone stores! Theyre the absolute worst! Its either getting constantly bombarded with some pushy sales guy or dealing with a smooth brain troglodyte! NOT THIS PLACE! I walk in and to greeted by a polite young woman (Jackie) smiling and asking how she can be of service ( I dont actually know if she was smiling since covid/masks and all but her eyes got kinda squinty so im just assuming). I told her that I needed to add another line to my account. After verifying my info and we talked about what kind of promos they offered and how I actually might be able to save money with needing a new line and bundling with some other things they had going on I settled with a device and TV as well! The entire process was quick and easy and I never felt sold to. Instead she simply asked me what issues I was having if any and how she may be able to offer a solution. No BS quick buy this yada yada...I would recommend this location over the others I have been to in a heartbeat! Ask for Jackie if you stop by and she will hook you up!

I went in To get a new phone… and TJ told me it would be 10$ dollars a for the new phone upgrade.Instead he put an entire new line on with the phone! It made my bill outrageous and no one in the company could fix his error. Lol actually he was just trying to get extra commission. Att sucks! Every employee is super incompetent.

My experience was out of this world, Austin and Edgar were very knowledgeable about all the phones in the store. They got me switched over to my own plan and upgraded me to the newest phone at the lowest cost. Thank you guys so much for the amazing customer service!!

Today I went to the AT&T Store located at 141 SW Wilshire Blvd in Burleson, Texas and was initially helped by Sara but because he was with a customer the Manager-Justin helped me. I cant begin to say how happy I am from the service, kindness and knowledge I receieved.Walked away with more than I ever expected.Separated wireless plans and accepted new fiber optic service and all at lower monthly prices than I had been paying.Thank you Justin and thank you Sara for the exceptional customer service you both provided. My daughter and I visited this store yesterday to upgrade her phone. We were greeted and welcomed in at the door by Edgar. He was very informative and helpful by adjusting my plan to save me money. I highly recommend this store, they have always provided great service.

Great service, very fast and professional. My wife had tried to get her phone fixed at the John Jones location and recieved horrible customer service and was told to update her phone (which did not fix the problem). This location however took the time to actually the time to listen to the issue and had it fixed in under 5 minutes

I would give zero stars if I could, I went to purchase A new phone Albion R was who assisted us. Told us about this amazing “promotion” they were having with their accessories for only 20$, when asked what the fine print about this amazing promotion was he failed to mention I was signing up for a 12 month contract for these accessories for 20 dollars a month! After looking at my receipt when I got home I noticed It had financed under the purchase item. I went back to the store talked to the manager James P who apologized for his employee misinforming us about this promotion, returned the items and said he would take care of it so it would not show up on our bill. Much to my surprise I get a bill with the financing charges on there for items that I already returned! I go back up to the store and talk to another manager who says he CANT help me even though I had my receipt and the manger James who previously said he would take care of it and take the financing off of my bill was there as well. All in that to say I’m being charged for accessories monthly that I no longer have! We have been loyal customers for over 16 years and have never had to deal with these issues, we will be taking our business else where! Beware they try to sell you these amazing deals but don’t explain what your really signing up for!

The customer service here is awesome and excellent. Everyone is happy and capable and patient to help you with your questions about all sorts of things (prices, products, etc.). They go out of their way to make sure youre getting a great value for your money and satisfaction with AT&T products and services.

I usually go to the store located in the shopping center off the highway, however when i went there they were rude and didn’t even attempt to help me. When I went to this location I was greeted with. It bing but kindness and they helped us get my daughter a new phone at half the price and lowered my bill! I will definitely come here from now on.

I am so pleased with Justin and Edgar at the Burleson Att store. They are both awesome. I have been with AT&T since 1998 and I cant imagine ever going to another cell phone provider. They are knowledgeable and very personable. I would adopt them if I could. I have received excellent service before. I expect it from ATT. But Justin and Edgar take excellence to a new level. They both deserve a raise and a promotion. They could teach a class in Excellence.

Got AT&T TV over the phone and never received the box. So I went into this store instead of them just ordering me another box and sending me on my way. They started me up another account for the same thing and started charging me double a month for the same service just to get a sale. Wouldnt recommend going to to this store!!

Brought a dear friend having trouble with his cell phone. The young man was so much help..recovered his contact list andmade the cell more easily used and programmed in his Most Frequently Called Contacts...And 911 for any night timepossible needs. Wish I could remember his name.

Although, the agent DID update my plan & lower my bill (because I last updated my phone & plan 3 yrs ago), the reason for my visit was a promo AT&T is running for the new Note 20+ Ultra5G. A qualified trade-in is worth a $1000 credit towards the new smartphone. A Galaxy S8+ would qualify, worth $70 to AT&T. My GalaxyS8+ did not because it has a small chip in the bottom of the screen, worth only $35 to AT&T & not qualifying for the credit. Mind you, my phone functions perfectly. Ive been with AT&T Wireless for over 25 years (1st Cingular, now AT&T). Ive had DirecTV longer than anyone I know, since 1990. I now have DirecTV, AT&T Wireless, Uverse Internet (25 mbps) & home phone (voip). Im 67 years old & feel taken advantage of. T-Mobile has a 5G senior plan that is literally HALF what I pay thru AT&T Wireless & it includes new phones! I now have the opportunity to get 500 mbps internet CHEAPER than Uverse Internet (25-30mbps). So, guess what. I will NEVER buy another AT&T product again.

Went in to get a replacement phone. I was the only customer in the store the entire time. Took 1-1/2 hours. During that visit I was given incorrect information about the charges and found that out when I got my first bill. Went back by the store twice to inquire about the unexplained charges on my bill and both times there was going to be an hour wait. I eventually just called AT&T to resolve the matter. Long waits at this store has always been the norm even during off peak hours. Dont go there if you dont have an afternoon off.

Rigo and Kourtney were very professional and courteous. Both of them were very helpful and assisted us in a timely manner. They recommended the best phone for us for the best price. Would definitely recommend this store.

This was actually the 2nd store I went to, on that evening! I won’t even waste time discussing how disappointed I was with the Cleburne store. Let’s just say, as soon as I left the Cleburne Store feeling conned, tricked and mishandled, I called Burleson to see if they could help. Albion answered and told me they had what I was looking for. He also was available and greeted me as soon as I opened and entered the door. He even caught costly mistake Cleburne almost caused me to make, because they were more interested in a sale, than a long term customer. After this, I will continue to drive the extra mileage from now on. If for nothing else, to make sure that I am getting the proper service,. This all any consumer can ask for and it’s what of us deserve! Lastly I’ve been an AT&T Customer for years and I have always utilized the Cleburne store! Well thanks to Albion caused me to switch stores, but he seriously has me contemplating switching my cable over to AT&T TV as well!! I mean seriously and that never happens!

When I went in to talk to a representative about my upcoming upgrade and the Galaxy S9 plus, the person actually stood and listened to our questions and had a conversation with us. This outlet has very good customer service. I will almost certainly come back here for my next phone upgrade. The store is large and spacey so you dont feel crowded.

Tabitha deserves a raise and a promotion! I came in here after a very aggravating experience at the other Burleson AT&T store and Tabitha was able to do everything the other store said that they couldn’t do for me and all of this with a smile on her face. I went to Verizon to price compare because I was so bent out of shape with the previous store, but the way that Tabitha handled all of my questions and her genuine concern for me to get what I needed to get out of my ISP company was a breath of fresh air that restored some of my faith in the company. I hope the company gets its act together and all stores should offer the same products and present the customers with the same options and level of customer service across the board.
