Made postings on Marketplace with incorrect, cheaper prices than the actual price. Along with that, I never got a response from the person who made the post, so I had to hunt down the shop it was in and call in, just to find out the item was almost $400 more than the listing. All that just doesnt sit right with me. Id rather trust a toddler to teach me physics than to trust them.

This pawn shop is by far the best in the metroplex. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions about my firearm purchase. Jerrod is the guy!!! They also have a very nice selection of items to choose from. I will definitely be going back.

EDIT:After posting my negative review regarding an exceptionally bad experience I had at the store the manager, which I had trouble with, actually reached out to me to apologize. Since then Ive returned several times and have been treated well every time.Would very much recommend, as of now.--------------------------Both times Ive come here theyve low-balled me in the hundreds of dollars. Manager is aggressive and enjoys getting into loud verbal bouts with customers.Go literally anywhere else, youll get a better experience than more money.

Update: after calling corporate office they let me return the iPad. Ended up just going and buying a new one so I wouldn’t have this issue again. If you buy a cellular iPad from a pawn shop expect for it to be a WiFi only iPad. And keep your receipt for it if anything comes back on you.Sold me a reported stolen cellular iPad, found out after I tried to put internet service on it... the girl with the tattoos on her arms and hands refused to take it back and then offered me $100 to buy it back... after I told them it’s stolen... I get that they have a “as-is” policy... but you sold me a STOLEN ITEM! I have filed a police report on them and on the item.

This pawn shop sold my husband 2 subs but one was blown. This is the second time this has happened at the same pawn shop. He bought them saturday we went first thing monday morning and they said pretty much your out of luck. NEVER again will i go here nor will i refer anyone. I will also be calling corporate as well.

Always a great experience when my family comes to shop! The manager always seems to have great knowledge of his inventory and never disappoints when it comes to negotiating prices!

I went in to buy a camera lens, and Jarrod helped me save 1k from buying expensive lenses, and pointed me in the right direction. The rest of the team was super helpful as well, and always has nice things in their store. been doing business with them for years, I am not goign to stop now. Very bad customer service went into the store the manager offered me 250 for my lawn mower then I returned to pawn it,he acts if he dont remember...besides that I was helped by a female worker she said she going to get someone else to come out and never told anyone..... I will never visit this store again very bad customer service, I hope the district manager reads the post...

I can proudly say I purchased my first handgun from these guys a couple of days ago & they made the whole experience enjoyable ! This place is rivaled by very few in terms of true empathy and care for shoppers at their store. Realizing I was in an incredibly unique/tight/near traumatic situation, gentlemen by the name Captain Aardon McKinley/Jarred Speagle/Jonathan Seigler all went above and beyond to make sure my situation was handled with personal care. The stayed after hours and handled everything with such professionalism and genuine care.
