The staff was absolutely amazing!! We got such an amazing deal. We are upgrading from a full to a king size bed. We also got special pillows and bed covering to with it. The staff text us on delays let us know when the bed is covering. The staffed helped get us a great deal on delivery as well!!! I highly recommend coming to this store and their new location opening. Jake was a great delivery guy very friendly and helpful did an amazing job. The manager of the store also texted me to let me know they also wrapped the bed in plastic before delivery. Everyone went above and beyond in service and quality!!

The sales guy was great my wife was in there bouncing from mattress to mattress trying to decide what worked best for he was very informative about all the products he had new what was in stock and how long it took if it was not gave us a great deal and we even got a second mattress for or son while we where there I geal the mattress will be great now to get a few nights sleep on it

I was sold one bed, took it home, didnt like it, and requested a swap. Craig made the process super simple! Very knowledgeable and forward about what might work best for-me. I never felt pushed and his 1st offer prices were very fair (nothing outrageous like other store offers). Also, 15 year FULL warranty and 110% price match is super unbeatable!Thanks Craig!

Stay away. These guys sold us a mattress about 3 months ago or so and it was very comfortable at first. Unfortunately the pillow top of the mattress has collapsed in and when we lay on the mattress it feels like laying in a deep hole. They refuse to honor their 12 month exchange policy so its been a huge disappointment all around. I would advise you to avoid this company like the plague.

Mattress collapsed 3 months after purchase. Must have got a bad one, checked the reviews and this has happened before. Warranty process is not consumer friendly. Will not buy from here again, threw money out the window.

The cleburne store (which is closed now) sold me a mattress and the guy talked me into this mattress that they were not going to carry anymore and they had it on sale so I bought it he said it had like a 12 year warranty that was in june 2019 and by December 2019 the mattress sinks in to the box spring... so I call the one of the stores and the lady said oh yeah if it sinks more than 2 inches its definitely covered in the warranty. So then she tells me that any kinda stain pretty much voids the warranty (my gf spilled coffee on it like the first day) so a stain voids the mattress defect and they said they cant do anything to help me because it has a stain

Walked in the store, picked out what I needed, approved right there. I was in the store maybe 30 min. It was delivered on time and I am not supposed to lift anything heavy due to my heart attack. The delivery driver was polite and courteous as he helped us put the mattress where I needed it. I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved. My daughter now wants a new one after I pay this one off. We will be back.

Went to look for mattress. Offered to sell me a mattress with water damage for 1499.00 (no warranty) but later exact same mattress for 1599.00... not only was the an insult to my Intelligence but the fact that this could pose health risks was neglected too especially when I mentioned going in for chemo therapy next week.. all he cared about was making the sale. I get they make their Money by selling but REALLY? I won’t be returning ever nor will I ever refer anyone here.

I bought a new bed for my son from this place about 3 years ago. I havent gone anywhere else since. I have not only replaced my kids beds, but just bought myself a brand new fluffy piece of heaven. The beds are good quality and reasonable prices.

The two young ladies working were very pleasant and helpful. Deanna was extremely knowledgable about all the mattresses. The other young lady said she was new, but she was still knowledgable and both had great customer service skills. Came in at 4:15pm on a Friday, left with a mattress at 4:30pm. Fair prices, no pressure to upsell. They just let us lay down on the mattresses, educated us about the benefits of each, and they had the one in stock that we wanted. The tiny girls were going to carry the mattress to our truck, but my husband just had one of them help get it up on his shoulder and he carried it out himself. Great place to buy a mattress!!! Highly recommend.
