I got a detailing on my truck and I paid 200 dollars for the job they missed some places that did not get cleaned. The door hinges had old leaves and dirt stuck in them, they did not clean the window between the shell and the truck cab,, overall I think the job should have cost 140 dollars that is my opinion.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere, on thanksgiving, I got towed in to Larry Chris auto, he fixed my car for half the price that that other auto shops in Utah wanted to do it for. He stayed open late to accept my car, and worked extra hours to help my car get fixed up and back on the road car on a holiday weekend! Highly recommend this auto body shop!!

We brought our van in to repair a dent in the side. The repair was well done and we really appreciated the loaner van they provided for free. That was extremely helpful.Their original quote was for about $2500, but in the end it cost us $6800. They did have to order some additional parts once they started repairing, but we were not told quite how much it would increase.Also the repair that was going to take 4-5 days ended up taking 4 weeks! The first two delays they let us know about, but I had to call three other times when they said it would be done only to find it was delayed yet again.Although the delays were frustrating I do understand that can happen. I would have greatly appreciated them calling me to let me know rather than the other way around.We really were not happy with our experience and wish we had gone elsewhere.

These guys were great! We hit a deer and these guy had it I. The bag. They told me when I called for a tow that it would be about an hour before they could arrive. I had called around and other places said 1.5-2 hours. I was a little skeptical at first. But 56 minutes from the time of my call the tow truck pulled up. I was shocked. We made the ride back to town. I had decided to use them because they were so quick at sending the tow truck, that maybe the repair would be just as fast. Boy was I correct. I got a call from them with an estimate and the information was sent to my insurance within about 4 hours. They ordered parts then went right to work. They told me there was about 50 working hours of body labor and about 20 on paint that it would take a few weeks to complete. In 8 days we got a call stating that it was to be ready the next day. I was shocked. I went in the next day to pick it up and my truck looked even better than before the accident! Excellent towing and repair service! We lost a fuel pump 25 miles outside Twin Falls on a Saturday afternoon. NO ONE was open to do repairs. We got a tow from Larry Chris at a totally reasonable price, and they have an off-hours mechanic that was able to fix us up and back on the road ASAP. Totally saved our trip! The guys are super professional and nice to talk to as well. Highly recommend if you have the need!

Best Bodyshop and Detail shop not just in town but in the valley. Had my Ford Mustang fixed from an accident and they went ahead and not just fixed the small damage but painted the whole car made it look like a brand new car cleaned the inside and out amazing job myself and a lot of people recommend it 👍🏻

Over Easter, I was traveling through Idaho when my truck became disabled in a remote area where cell service was limited. Emergency services were also limited. After a 4 hour search, my insurance company made contact with Larry Chris After hours towing who found me stranded on IH84. Korbyn went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of, including providing me a ride to a local hotel and locating the part needed to repair my truck. He further went out of his way to have the part delivered to me so I could make my repairs and continue my way back to Texas. I was really excited I called a couple different body shops to fix my door handles. They said they would fix it up and for the lowest price every where else was way expensive. So I took it in and they were done fast. I was excited. I asked about warrenty they said the handle had it. Then, I got in my truck.. my driver side handle never worked right barely opened it and maybe 3 weeks later the handle broke I called and asked and they said Ill see what warrenty it has and call you back in a couple of hours no call from them ever came so I called again different guy answered I asked again about my situation and he said the same thing Im sorry Ill find out called you back and again no call back I was getting frustrated. I called again they said they called ( I never received any call from them) and they said they cant fix anything it isnt under any coverage that they told me to fix the launch and I didnt. They never told me that or I would have spent the extra $50 to make sure it was fixed right. But he didnt tell me I needed it fixed. I told him that and he said he wasnt going to argue and hung up the phone. Excellent customer service I dont think so. They never fixed my handles right then they wouldnt call me back and they wouldnt give me warrenty even though I asked about it before anything happened and they said it had it.I wouldnt recommend this auto body shop to anyone. It maybe a little less expensive but not great work. Spend more and get it done right or you are going to end up paying more getting it doube fixed.
