Every once in a while you come across someone who goes above and beyond. I recently had an issue with a grill I bought at this location. The manager Cheyenne helped me with such professionalism and grace! She communicated with me often and was always polite and kind on the phone!! Thank you so much!

They work hard to serve the community and keep dollars in town. Its nice to drive less for what you and need.

I love cal ranch. It is the best place to buy wood stoves, farm animal food stuff, and other general things. I would live there if I could.

Depending on who is there great service, the older men are fantastic when selling guns, the younger guy will help 2 other people who walked in after you.

Very poor customer service. Went there to purchase my first gun. The gentlemen that was helping me wasnt very happy when I said I was going to walk around the store and think for a minute because, honestly, he was being so pushy about me deciding on what I wanted. He made a sexist comment and I was humiliated in front of the other customers. I will never go there again.

Cal is a store for everything you need. They are willing to price match their competitors and all in all are pretty friendly. The only bad experience I had there was with Hal who apparently doesnt want to do his job and will walk away from customers because its not fair that he has to work. I would have gave 4 stars but the only thing Hal has done successfully is loose a star for C-A-L Ranch.

Such a good store with plenty of necessities for your daily life. Take a minute to go shopping or if you know what you need in mind Im sure they have it. Great place for your farm animal necessities or pets, a great store for clothing and my favorite, fishing. Friendly and helpful staff. And usually clean. Also a great place for you gun enthusiasts.

We went to the grand opening and won free drinks and treats! They also had a lot of discounts and all of the workers were super helpful in getting us what we needed! We were mostly looking at guns and bullets and the lady who was working in that section did an awesome job!

Good customer service. My dad and I come here frequently to get parts for many projects. Nice staff. Very friendly. Expensive line of clothes though. Chick season is in the spring. Got all our ducks and chickens here for the last several years.

This is a good place to buy fishing and hunting supplies, hardware and a variety of household items. They have a pretty good selection of items.

Love CAL Ranch just seems they have new people everytime I go in, which is fine, however, theyre in training and if I do need something it takes a bit of time. Still love shopping there and it wont deter me.

I would put 0 stars if I could. The service is ridiculously bad, they never have any actual knowledge on their products, and the prices are outrageous. I asked an employee to save two turkeys we live 25 miles away on a farm and they didnt even try! They just said oh darn maybe next time. After we drove all the way to town. Waste of our time. They also told us to use the wrong bedding when we started raising ducks and killed our ducks. I could go on and on. I am not impressed with their customer service. Ive been patient and kind and have received only frustration and waste if my money. I recommend just driving to D and B in Twin Falls. Dont waste your time here.

I really like this store. Very unusual items of all kinds not found at other stores. Only downfall is they are very high priced on clothing. Cute stuff but not so much for the price. Sticker shock. Customer service depends on who you get. Some as re very helpful and friendly. Some are rude as if they dont like their job. Do not feed your dogs farmers choice which was recommend by them. Made all my dogs sick with the runs. Avoid it.

Cal Ranch is that eveything department store with the outdoor emphasis. Not just farm or ranching gear. They also have a great pet section, lawn and garden, and the best Dutch Oven selection in town. Staff is beyond friendly and store is pet friendly

Absolutely love this store! Was doing some pre-christmas shopping, and I was very pleased with the pricing that they have. They have a little bit of everything there, and the store is fun to just wander around and gawk. Store is clean, and pretty well organized. Staff is super friendly, and I always get a good vibe here. Other places could take a page from their playbook!

Most of the time I can find what I need easily. Im still getting used to the recent remodel but absolutely love that the front door are automatic now.

Its kinda pricey! Didnt have the kind of shirts I wear! And not a very good selection of power tools mostly battery powered! But they do have some cool stuff!

My parents had an irrigation pump that failed 3 weeks short of its 1 year warranty. Even though it was a brand that CAL store no longer sold, they replaced it with a better pump, no problem. Ive been a customer for 30 years and will continue to be the rest of my life.

Great store for all your home supply needs(farmers, ranchers) guns, ammo. They have it all.

Gotta love CAL Ranch. I have a lot of good childhood memories from here. However, lets be realistic, it is terribly disorganized and only about half the items have their price marked.

Just a heads up.. If you need to return something you bought with your debit card, it will take 1-4 weeks for your account to be credited. In my case it took just under 2 weeks.

Its an ok place to shop. Sometimes they have stuff that the other stores dont. The problem is their prices are usually a lot higher than the other stores. The only bonus they have is you can put firearms on layaway but like I said the price is higher than everywhere else.

Seem really racist there. Ignore people of other racist no diversity in the employees. Thers was one young sweet girm there folding clothes thats it.

C-A-L Ranch is a family owned store that has been around for as long as I can remember. They are some what higher priced then your average country store. How ever while its true they are higher priced they seem to have more brands to choose from. You take their clothing department where most of the items are top of the line name brand and seem to last longer than clothes purchased from other stores. While it says Ranch Store and they do in fact have tons of items that you will usually find only on a ranch. They carry a huge variety of items that can be found on farms, small country homes. You can even find items for the costumer who lives in town. From lawn care to sprinklers, lawnmowers and plants. For the Ranch you can find all types of feed,stock equipment like leather goods,ropes, saddles, even medical supplies and fencing. Perhaps your the outdoors type who hunts and fishs or hikes, likes to kyak the Ranch Store gots you covered. There do supply several types of snacks but you wont be buying your food for your home or your outdoor recreation because thats one of the few items that the Ranch Store dont sell. While they do stock many items the store is layed out in a way that makes shopping rather easy to find what you want if they have it in stock. Plus most times you wont go far before one of their many employees will be asking you if they can help you find what you came in the store for. Like I said a great place just a little higher priced then the average store but if you want quality and dont mind paying afew dollars more then Cal Ranch is your store in the are.

Every time I visit this store I am amazed at how it manages to stay in business! If any other store or business was managed in the way this one is it would be bankrupt in just a few weeks. I believe that the management must actually look for the most unqualified, uneducated and inept staff available. On every visit I have found the clerks at the front counter huddled together talking amongst themselves and act highly disturbed if a customer dares to ask a question. When a clerk can be found in an aisle (a very rare occurrence) I can always count on a puzzled look and and absolutely no useful information. I have actually had members of the staff turn and walk away when they saw that I needed help with a purchase. All in all I would have to say that this is definitely the worst farm store in the Magic Valley on most every level and I absolutely would never shop here if were not for a few emergency purchases to keep a farm going. I must give them credit for being able to keep this business afloat for so many years because it has always been run this way and apparently always will be? If you happen to have an extremely low IQ and are needing employment, I would imagine that CAL stores of Burley, Idaho will hire you on the spot!
