My Furnace was out in mid winter in 2018. Ramseys came out the same day and repaired my furnace immediately, at a very fair price! Glenn also removed a bad outlet and exchanged it with new!Called them late Spring 2021, same fast response, my old furnace finally died. They competed with two other quotes to replace my furnace. This company choose to be honest and prepared with the information and alternatives I needed. I had a quotes for $5000-2000 over their bid. They are the company I chose when I install next month.Thank you, Glenn and Ramseys.

READ THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS. They are 100% accurate. When calling their office you receive a response from a lady who has no interest in the success of the company. We had a new central air conditioning installed 2 years ago. It was installed incorrectly and leaked. When we called them to fix it they got us through the 1 year warranty simply by adding fluid. We are now stuck with a leaky AC unit that costs $400 dollars a summer to maintain, no warranty, and no willingness to assist. Believe me when I say this company could go under any day now by how they treat their customers and word getting spread. Im not sure how they are still open. I am begging you to go literally anywhere for your services! Its a losing game for you here.

Very disappointed with Ramsey’s service. We had them install central air and the next year it was leaking. All they did was refill the refrigerant and even then tried to charge me for that. Obviously it didn’t last but they wouldn’t take care of the leak. We also tried to have them fix our furnace when it stopped working and after 5+ calls and 4+ visits the problem still wasn’t fixed so we called another company who took care of it right away. If you want things done correctly and in a reasonable time frame definitely do NOT use Ramsey’s.

Went in to pay my bill and dared to ask a question charges for a job that hasnt been finished. Endured being screamed at by a woman who obviously had a bad day caused by something other than my question, watched her tear up my check, threaten to tear up a second check I attempted to write, and was informed that she does not care in the least for my return business...after being informed that it was MY job to call the business and report what work had/had not been done, not the technicians. Definitely done with Ramseys Heating and Electric.

My heating unit would not shut off. They came over and fixed it in a timely manner. They are very affordable, reliable, and honest.

These guys are amazing! We had a very large job that took a little over a week. The employees were very professional, polite, and they cleaned up their mess everyday.

Jared, John and Don have all been out to repair different things. Very nice, knowledgeable people. I always call Ramseys and for all my heating repairs. Never disappointed. I recommend them.

We compared three or four different companies that offered installation of the Mitsubishi Splits systems or a similar knock-off. One outside of the local area (Boise/Nampa), one out of Twin Falls, and two out of Burley. No one was even close to their price. I was worried with the drastically lower price, the quality and customer service might be just as low too. This was not the case. At all. Mark and his team were so professional. Their work is high quality. And they went above and beyond expectations. I was working on some separate home projects at the time, and Mark volunteered his expertise to help out. He even let me use some of his personal power tools for a project. They were quick in completing the project, and cleaned up great after. We loved having them for this project, and highly recommend their team. We will certainly be using them exclusively in the future.

It was a very small mom and pop type HVAC supply store. But they also do electrical supplies which makes it so they have really common things but not less common things. You might find most things but you will also probably wait for other things to come.

I dont understand all the negative reviews. After nearly 3 weeks and 5 visits from another local heater repair service, and replacing 3 different parts, my heater still didnt work, so I called Ramseys. They sent a repairman within 24 hours and in 30 minutes or less, he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. The heater is running perfectly now! Thanks, Ramseys!

Dont let them install ANY PARTS without knowing the amount FIRST. They charged $725 for something I was told was half that. I could have bought on Amazon for $300.

For 30 years alls I have ever used is Ramseys I deserve better then to get hung up on. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very poor communication (came by unannounced), did not dig far to try to diagnose the problem thus we had to call a different business anyway. Such a steep price for them to come out & not solve anything. The bill was 4 months late. We thought maybe they weren’t going to charge since the tech didn’t really solve anything. Not the case; was a steep price.

BEWARE! SCAMMERS! My old mom 65 years old, her AC broke, she called Ramsey Heating & Cooling to go out and they came. When the tech arrived he replaced the capacitor and put 2lbs of Freon. Next morning, AC wont turn on and is broke worse than before. She had to go to work so I called them for her. Rita is who I spoke with... she tried to rush me off the phone and said a tech was going call.. I told her I wanted to know why my poor old mom AC was still broke after they came out to fix it the day before. RITA SAID WHAT DO YOU EXPECT.. DO YOU EXPECT MY REPAIRMAN TO STAY THEIR ALL NIGHT? I said, no I expect it to get fixed the first time, she cannot afford more repairs. So RITA REPLIED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I replied I am going to leave you reviews everywhere. RITA SAID I AM GOING TO CALL ALL MY COMPETITION AND TELL THEM NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH A CUSTOMER LIKE YOU WOW!My mom said that the tech guy said there is a lack of electricians in the area so they think they can treat people however they want!CONTACTED STATE BOARD OVER RAMSEY. I called to have my ac looked at on friday and the Secretary was very nice and helpful she told me the fee to have them come look at my ac was 60$ so i set my appointment for monday. Today (Monday) i called to ask what time they were coming because i wanted to make sure someone was home, well Mrs. Rita Ramsey was very rude she asked who owned the home when I was simply asking what time they are coming, then she proceeded to tell me its 85$ when i told her i was paying for the services. I let her know on Friday i was told 60$ and she said it doesnt matter do you want the services or not i asked to speak to a manager or someone above her and she said she is the owner and that I have to speak to her, well I agreed to pay the 85$ and let her know i would be metioning that on her review well she fliped and said shes canceling my services, I asked why she was cancelling my appointment and she said they dont have time to come look at my ac well, thank you Mrs. Ramsey I will be taking my money else where my ac will be fixed reguardless but your nasty attitude will forever hurt your business have a nice day 😊

My mom has been without heat for over 3 weeks. They kept telling her to buy different parts and its still not fixed. She still has no heat and they told her to call an electrition!! Really thats what u people do!! They made her pay her bill in full and left her still with no heat!!! Terrible service!
