Working in wildland fire i was assigned to Burley over the weekend to a new truck and inspecting our equipment my boss discovered our saw was broken and we needed it fixed to maintain our contract. Upon bringing it to the shop it was fixed in 6 minutes and were able to purchase extra chains and needed supplies that got us back out immediately. I would highley recomend if you need quick help or routine maintenance.

I have never been treated so badly by a business in my life.I needed to have a repair on my side x side door so I took it to them it needed to be welded.A week later it came back and was the worst weld ever they were promised to have it repaired correctly never did.The next time I took it in I had stripped the drain plug ask them to repair it they did I havent used the machine since spring due to my wifes knee surgery.Went to use it and it was leaking oil so I took it back to them to repair it and all of a sudden my door fallsoff this is after a week again Second time weve missed a ride. Told them on August 20th that we had a ride on the 22nd they promised they would have it when I called on the 21nst it wasnt ready.Second ride weve missed this year due to their inadequacies to repair in a timely manner.NEVER AGAIN

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Maybe if they spent as much time working as they did messing around on people’s toys, and not treating the public like garbage, I would go back. But I won’t. I highly recommend everyone stays clear of these douche bags.

On arrival we informed them that we had checked compression for our sled already and all we needed for them to do was a carb rebuild. When they called back they informed me it would be $80 for a new pull rope and compression after I told them it didn’t need it. When we show up to pick up the sled, the price changed from $80 to $100. For replacing a rope, that I was getting by with just fine, and checking compression which was already done. Left the clutch pulled apart from the sled, informed us the crank seal was out and quoted me over $800 to put a seal in. Won’t be getting anymore of my money.

These guys know how to get it done. I highly recommend them.
