I am a rental property owner with over 20 units (most all of them are not in this area). When I needed to get my 13-month-old Maytag dishwasher fixed I found GE Monogram Expert on Google only after calling several other providers that were slow to respond. GE Monogram Expert was out the same day and did a fantastic job. $50 dollars later we were fixed and good to go. Its tough to find honest repair folks in any trade, these guys have all my appliance repair business in the future.

Both times he has been very professional, on time, and always would give me a call 15 min before he came out to perform the work. His prices are competitive and I have found his work to be excellent. Very happy with him, and his service. Will call him the next time I need any of my appliances worked on.

Cook was really great and I would recommend his services enthusiastically to anyone. Its getting increasingly hard to find appliance repair these days and Cook was awesome. He does washers and dryers and his son does fridges, freezers, and dishwashers. He was early, texted me on his ETA constantly, and even showed me what he was doing as he repaired my dryer. Great service! We had a dryer that stopped heating. Tech of GE Monogram Expert came out the same day and diagnosed a heating element problem. Within a couple of days, he had the part ordered and replaced. Cleaned up the inside of the dryer and inspected the vents. Part of his service. The part cost more than he estimated, so he gave me a discount on the labor to cover the difference. Very nice guy. Definitely recommend.

The service here at GE Monogram Expert was absolutely fantastic! My refrigerator began leaking coolant and thankfully they were able to send a repairman who was able to Service me with a new coolant valve. Fowler was super helpful and I would definitely call him again

Phillip at GE Monogram Expert Came out to fix my refrigerator this week. He was very detailed and knew exactly where to look for the problem even though it was working at the time he showed up. I talked to him about another problem I was having that I did not call about and he checked it as well. He explained all costs and was able to fix my second issue the same day.
