My experience with proline was A+. We needed the bumper replaced on our Subaru Forester in the middle of serious international supply chain issues. Proline was totally understanding of us needing out vehicle back before they could acquire the required parts and even paid for the Uber for the early pickup. They were hyper communicative about the status of our vehicle upon request and ultimately got us the car back with new bumper, our existing parking permit, and a complimentary wash and wax. Even the rims look brand new! Nothing like bringing in your damaged vehicle and getting back something much better than before. Thanks Travis, Jasmine, Spencer and the rest of the team at Proline!

Excellent service for our Tesla. We had to wait a bit of time due to delays in the repair parts from Tesla (not the body shops fault) during the pandemic. Proline communicated well throughout the process and returned our car in great condition with detailing.

The Proline team was awesome from beginning to end. They dealt with my insurance with almost no interaction needed from me. The quality of the customer service along with the repairs they performed is the best I have ever experienced. I highly recommend their services to everyone!

So this is the second time I had to take my car in for *extensive* auto body work. Some weinerschitel drive up and on the whole drivers side rippling every panel on the way, and crushing my door (on a parked car.) Christy was awesome to work with and Proline helped us with wrap around service including the insurance, the rental car, and dealing with Subaru. About as painless and easy as possible considering the situation. They even detailed my car!

Bar none the best experience Ive ever had in the automotive world. We stopped to get an estimate after my wifes leased suburu was backed in to. After meeting with the rep we ended up dropping it off right then and there. They arranged to have a shuttle pick us up to go get a rental. Christy was well informed and filled us in on the schedule, the insurance dealings, etc. They detailed the entire car top to bottom. They even did the engine bay and vacuumed out every last bit of dog hair. Keep in mind this was a complimentary service.I highly recommend them.

This was the best customer service I have experienced from a body shop. Christy tse provided not only spectacular customer service but her personality and people skills made us feel welcomed. She spent hours on the phone with our insurance company to clarify the process and details. We forgot our wallet while driving there. She got us an uber at her own expense to get us home!
