Didn’t realize there was a Tempur-Pedic store on Burlingame Ave. Stopped in today looking for a mattress and Eric helped us figure out what style of mattress we needed. He helped us navigate all the different types of mattress and adjustable bases. We bought our first mattress years ago and love it but wanted to upgrade from a queen to a king. Eric helped us through all our questions and trying out of different mattresses.It was a friendly, informative, and very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this store if you are even thinking about a new mattress.

My husband and I recently purchased a Tempurpedic mattress at another 3rd party location and were not originally thinking of buying the pillows to go with it (I figured what does it matter). After a couple of weeks on the new mattress figured we should at least check the pillows out. My husband and I walked into this store earlier this morning in search of pillows and we were immediately greeted by Greg. We told him what we were looking for and he quickly got us trying a couple of different pillows based off of our height and frame. Greg was super helpful and very knowledgeable and we actually really liked the pillows that he suggested. But because he knew we had just purchased a mattress elsewhere he suggested that we get the pillows from that location with the $300 credit that they were supposed to give us. I thought his customer service was EXCELLENT (and I have well over 15 years of it myself) so I wanted to make sure we gave him some sort of sale. We ended up buying the pillows we liked and will use the credit for our guest bedroom pillows. All in all I would highly recommend visiting this store. The representatives there are quite professional and don’t push the sale as they are not paid on commission. We love our mattress and now our new pillows! Thank you Greg!

Is it weird to say I had a great time at this store? Besides being personable and very funny, Team lead Gregory Ford knows all things Tempurpedic-Pedic. We are very happy with our new bed and highly recommend a visit to this Burlingame location for superb service.

Decided to go for a King, and called and spoke with Ricardo who worked me through the process and over the course of a week he even arranged to help us exchange the adjustable base even though that is not normally allowed. I am very impressed by the service I got at this store, not only on the initial purchase but also the exchange. Highly recommend.

This is a Red Carpet service. We booked a private tour. Greg greeted us with a super friendly service and he was very knowledgeable. The place was clean and you can tell they took care of the place, well run operations. We have been touring a few places, by far, this is the best of the best. Greg took his time to answer our questions. Greg placed sheet covers on the mattresses and pillows before we laid down. OMG, these mattresses and pillows were very very comfortable. We really like the Luxe Breeze mattress and the Pro pillows.

I set up an appointment to visit the store on a Saturday. The automatic text prompts were very easy to follow and the conversation quickly transition from automated responses to a real person on the other end. I came into the store and was warmly greeted by Ricardo. Ricardo was very thorough with explaining the difference between the 3 mattresses I tried. I have chronic back problems and Ricardo was very patient, took care of me, and made sure I found the right mattress that will help improve my sleep. I came in well aware that Tempur-pedic mattress is an expensive product but I see it as an investment in my health. Because I am extremely indecisive, I ended up spending almost 2 hours in the store. Again, Ricardo was so patient and answered all my questions. This was easily the best mattress shopping experience I’ve ever had.
