I got my Maserati from this dealership 2+ yearw back from Moe (Sales) and today i came here for minor repair but his service was as good as buying a new car. Very respectful and customer focused. In fact few of the suggestions he gave me like wheel alignment was excellent. Excellent place to be for buying car. You are in safe hands at Maserati of Burlingame with Moe.

Maserati’s are great cars. I wish their service departments matched. They don’t provide a loaner car, which used to be what separated them from all the rest. Unfortunately, you don’t get what you pay for at Maserati.

Worst Maserati service department. They won’t give you a loaner car when your car is been service.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a used car from Putnam Toyota, and sales rep. Hendrik Nursalim, could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process!

Seems ok so far, but I only had very simple things done here. They are much more available for service appointment than the previous dealer I used
